Abstract

This article was written to describe vocabulary of student, ability to write expository narrative, relation mastery of vocabulary with mastery of  write expository narrative. This research method is deskriptive. Data in this research is objectives result test for means vocabulary of ability student and performance tests in the form of write expository narrative essay for means of ability student to write expository narrative. Based on result of research, congcludes three things. First, mastery of vocabulary is at more than enough qualification (71,92). Second, ability to write expository narrative is at good qualification(81,55).third, there is significant relationship between mastery of vocabulary and mastery write expository narrative.

Abstract

This research the challenge faced by Islamic Religious Education as a subject is how to implement it, not only teaching knowledge about religion, but how to direct students to have the qualities of faith, piety and noble morals. This research aims to evaluate the professional competence of teachers of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in MAN 1 Solok Plus Skills in mastering teaching materials, use of learning media, and implementation of learning evaluation. The school has a good reputation for achieving achievements in the district of Solok, being a reference in some ways. Researchers want to explore how well the professional competence of teachers of Information Education is obtained from various sources, such as the head of the madrasah, teachers, and students of the 12th grade of religious major. Data collection methods include observations, interviews, and documentation. The data was then analyzed with data reduction techniques, data display, and Islamic Religion (PAI) data verification at this school. This research will use descriptive qualitative methods. The study showed that the teachers of Islamic Religious Education at MAN 1 Solok have solid skills in mastering the learning material, the use of relevant media, as well as the evaluation of learning to improve student achievement. Hopefully, this research could encourage other researchers to investigate similar topics in different contexts or fields of study.

Abstract

This exploration expects to decide the impact of CEO self-absorption and company size on monetary execution in assembling organizations recorded on the Indonesian Stock. This examination utilizes an quantitative methodology. in this examination is193 organizations that are recorded on the Indonesia Stock Trade and have distributed reports for the 2020-2022 period. The examination procedure utilized purposive testing with an example size of 30 organizations. The sort of information utilized in this exploration is auxilliary information. Information examination utilizes the Numerous Straight Relapse Test. In view of the exploration results, it is reasoned that self-centeredness adversely fundamentally affects monetary execution. Abstract

Motivasi merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat menentukan hasil belajar siswa, dalam hal ini yang menjadikan perilaku untuk bekerja atau belajar dengan penuh prakarsa, kreatifitas dan terarah. motivasi belajar adalah segala usaha dalam diri yang mengarah pada kegiatan belajar, dan menjamin kelangsungan kegiatan belajar serta memberi arah pada kegiatan belajar sehingga tujuan yang diinginkan tercapai. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya motivasi belajar setiap individu terbagi menjadi dua yaitu; 1. faktor eksternal (dari luar), 2. faktor internal (dari dalam). Strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam memotivasi belajar untuk menumbuhkan keinginan dan hasrat belajar siswa. Dalam proses pembelajaran guru mampu memotivasi siswa secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui alternatif-alternatif yang tepat. Bentuk-bentuk strategi pertumbuhan memotivasi siswa. Dengan motivasi siswa dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan keinginannya dalam belajar, siswa mampu mengarahkan dan memelihara ketekunan dalam menjalani proses pembelajaran di kelas. Strategi dalam menumbuhkan motivasi siswa berupa Strategi Internal: Keterlibatan Ego, Keinginan Belajar, Minat, Memberi penilaian, Pujian. Sedangkan Strategi Eksternal: Hadiah, Saingan/Kompetisi, Pemberian Ulangan, Mengetahui Hasil, Hukuman, Tujuan yang Diakui. Kemudian strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran adalah: Strategi Internal: Meningkatkan keaktifan siswa di kelas, Memotivasi siswa secara langsung, Memberikan pujian. Strategi Eksternal: Menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dan beragam, Menciptakan persaingan dan persaingan, Memanfaatkan media seoptimal mungkin, Melakukan evaluasi secara berkala.
