Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of social media use on the formation of students' morals in the digital era. The problem raised is how social media affects students' moral values and character. The method used in this study was a survey involving 60 respondents from among students. The results of the study showed that the use of social media has a significant and positive influence on the formation of students' morals, where the more often students use social media, the greater the impact on the development of their character and moral values. The conclusion of this study confirms that social media not only functions as a means of communication and entertainment, but also as a socialization agent that plays an important role in the development of students' character. The implications of these findings indicate the need for integration of digital literacy into the school curriculum, parental involvement in monitoring children's use of social media, and recommendations for policy makers to design regulations and educational programs that encourage healthy use of social media. Thus, the positive impact of social media on the formation of students' morals can be maximized, while its negative potential can be minimized.

Abstract

This paper was written based on research that describes the adaptation strategies carried out by cultivating communities. The majority of the people work as cultivators which is their main livelihood. However, there are several obstacles they encounter in farming, such as weather conditions, the slope of the land, the distance to the market place, and limited farming tools. This study aims to explain the adaptation strategies carried out by cultivating communities. The theory used in this research is the adaptation strategy theory introduced by Conklin (1954). Data collection was carried out by means of passive participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The research findings show knowledge of adaptation strategies developed by cultivating communities: First, adaptation strategies to the natural environment. Second, the adaptation strategy knowledge system that was carried out to the limitations of technological tools in farming was carried out by making tools from natural materials, namely Sungkaik and coffee grinders or gulunguih.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between the principal's transformational leadership style and teacher teaching motivation in elementary schools. Transformational leadership is understood as a leadership model that is able to build an inspiring vision, provide individual attention, encourage critical thinking, and be a moral role model for teachers. Teachers who work under this kind of leadership tend to have higher motivation, strong work commitment, and satisfaction in carrying out their professional duties. The research method used is a literature study, by reviewing various scientific journals, academic books, and relevant research reports in the last 10 years. The results of the synthesis show that all dimensions of transformational leadership contribute to increasing teacher motivation in designing learning, improving competence, and creating an effective classroom atmosphere. The conclusion of this study confirms that transformational leadership style has an important role in forming a positive work environment and supporting teacher motivation in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The literature review article on factors that influence Leadership: Work Quality, Work Effectiveness, and Work Communication is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that it will use for further research, as well as within the scope of Human Resource Management. In this literature review article, the researcher uses the library research method by reviewing previous papers relevant to this research variable on online media such as Google Scholar and Mendeley and other online media. The results of this study are 1) Work Quality affects Leadership; 2) Work Effectiveness affects Leadership; and 3) Work Communication affects Leadership, apart from the three exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables. There are many other factors, including 1) The quality of work affects Leadership; 2) Work Effectiveness affects Leadership; and 3) Work Communication affects Leadership.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Relationship of E-Commerce, Influencer Marketing and Social Media to Digital Marketing is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Marketing Management. The method of writing this Literture Review article is using the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this study are: 1) E-Commerce is related to Digital Marketing; 2) Influencer Marketing is related to Digital Marketing; and 3) Social Media related to Digital Marketing. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables, there are many other factors including the display of advertising, word of mouth and event marketing variables.

Abstract

Abstrak-Internet, wifi dan server merupakan istilah yang melekat dengan perusahaan di berbagai industri. Penggunaan infrastruktur IT sering kali tidak dilakukan dengan maksimal, ini diakibatkan kurangnya pengetahuan atau informasi terhadap bagaimana mengelola infastruktur IT dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Network Development Life Cycle (NDCL). Drop connection masih sering terjadi di kantor PT.X sehingga mengganggu kegiatan operasional yang ada, setelah melakukan , ternyata penyebab utama dari permasalahan tersebut terletak pada kondisi konfigurasi yang belum optimal dan access point yang digunakan di perusahaan tersebut tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna yang ada. Dengan diketahui akar permasalahan, segera dilakukan perbaikan konfigurasi dari yang sebelum nya menggunakan channel auto menjadi channel 1,6,11 pada jaringan 2.4 GHz dan perubahan channel 36 pada setiap lantai yang ada menjadi 149,153, 157 dan 161 pada setiap lantainya di jaringan 5GHz. Pergantian dari accesspoint juga dilakukan di setiap lantai yang ada (total keseluruhan lantai ada empat) , ini disebabkan oleh spesifikasi dan tampungan user dari Netgear R7000P yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan PT.X. Access point yang digunakan adalah Unifi AC 6 Lite, setelah perubahan di implementasikan pada jaringan wireless dari PT.X , kini layananan jaringan wireless sudah stabil dan dapat diandalkan.Kata kunci— infrastruktur, NDLC, teknologi, industri , optimalisasi , access point , jaringan wireless

Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine the 'shining Batu' branding strategy in instagram content @dispartabatu; and (2) knowing the dimensions of tourism promotion in Instagram content @dispartabatu. This research is qualitative-descriptive research. This research describes the branding 'shining Batu' as tourism promotion in Instagram content @dispartabatu. The data analysis technique in this research consists of data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that (1) the 'shining Batu' branding strategy in instagram content @dispartabatu includes brand positioning showing the geographical location of Batu as a tourism potential that other regions do not have, brand personality showing the government's ideas regarding the characteristics of the city of Batu by referring to potential, and brand identity shows the help of the culinary sector in branding Batu as a tourist city; and (2) the tourism promotion dimension in instagram content @dispartabatu contains an entertainment dimension by displaying Sanduk art as Batu's cultural identity, an interaction dimension by inviting the public to visit various interesting tourist destinations in the city of Batu, a trend dimension by uploading trends in international paragliding championships as branding for Shining Batu through sport tourism events, and customization by displaying Batu's typical Rampak Barong art.
