Abstract

Differences in environmental cultures lead to changes in behavior and lifestyle Post-returning ex-TKW. They tend to bring the culture from abroad like consumptive behavior, and lifestyles that follow the trend, though not all so. So they forget the main purpose to fulfill the needs of the household or to open a new business, they are more concerned with personal desire to behave consumptive follow the trend. This research was conducted in Polorejo Village of Ponorogo Regency. Qualitative descriptive research method, determination of informant snow ball sampling method to ex-TKW, to search data using  observation, interview and documentation with data analysis Interactive Model Analysis and data validation with triangulation method. The purpose of the study describes the Changes of Consumptive Behavior and Change of Lifestyle of Full-time Female Workers (TKW) in Polorejo Village of Ponorogo Regency. Result of research Consumptive behavior change done by TKW full is influenced by hegemony of society perception that TKW success have much money, assuming they can increase self esteem in society. As a result TKW behaved consumerism, a simple lifestyle that turned into a lifestyle that tends to follow the trend. Lifestyle changes include clothing, housing, and food. Clothing is everything in use from head to toe, whereas the housing is everything that is perceived to be a necessity like home, electronic equipment and gadgets, and the last is food that includes tastes to the habit of eating a stylish fast food modern.

Abstract

Dahulu Ponorogo terkenal dengan batiknya. Generasi penerus pembatik yang tersisa, kondisinya banyak dari keluarga kurang mampu atau prasejahtera. Untuk melestarikan batik Ponorogo dan memberdayakan masyarakat juga untuk memberikan lapangan pekerjaan, melalui Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini mereka berkeinginan untuk merintis dan mengembangkan kembali batik khas Ponorogo tersebut. Metode yang digunakan, adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Mitra dilatih tidak hanya ketrampilan membuat batik tulis, namun divariasikan dengan batik cap dan batik ciprat. Mereka dilatih dan diberi beberapa bentuk variasi model perpaduan batik antara tulis dan ciprat juga antara tulis dan cap, dan filosofi dasar pewarnaan. Program ini memperoleh tanggapan bagus, mereka antusias belajar sampai melampaui waktu. Setelah menyaksikan langsung hasilnya, pemerintah Kelurahan meminta mereka untuk dibuatkan batik seragam bagi perangkat dan ibu-ibu PKK (Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) dengan dibantu bahannya. Untuk keberlanjutan dari program ini akan dilakukan pendampingan secara intensif dari Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo bagian Kewirausahaan. Dibentuk kelompok dan kepengurusan sehingga mereka dapat belajar bersama dan bermitra dengan pengusaha batik dalam menerima pesanan pekerjaan. Jangka panjang diharapkan kelompok ini dapat memproduksi batik secara mandiri atau berkelompok. Dengan begitu maka dapat menambah pendapatan keluarga mereka. Disisi lain juga melestarikan batik tulis sebagai salah satu produk unggulan Kabupaten Ponorogo.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine whether there are differences impacts and perception on the construction dams in the Ngindeng Village, Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency and in Karanggede Village, Arjosari District, Pacitan Regenc. The dam construction sites are the location where they live before receiving relocation or compensation in the form of money. In addition, the researchers also looked for differences or similarities related to the socio-economic impacts for community in two different locations. This study used quantitative research methods. The total sample population taken in this study was 29 respondents from each place with a total sample of 58 respondents. Based on research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that there are differences in perceptions between the people of Ngindeng Village and Karanggede Village, where in the instrument, Ho's perception was accepted and Ha was rejected. While indicators of the impact of development based on socio-economic instruments have the same answer between the people of Ngindeng Village and the people of Karanggede Village, where Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the success of the Ponorogo reyog digital marketing system using the Wijayanto Information System success model approach, and the value of millennial culture as a moderating variable. The method used is a quantitative research approach, with a sample of 250 respondents, namely users at start-up reyogku.com and ukmreyog.solution17.com. data analysis using SEM. The results showed that product quality had an effect on use, use had an effect on benefits, and millennial cultural values moderated the quasi, influence of product quality on digital marketing use of Reyog Ponorogo devices. recommendations from the results of this study are the need for digital literacy for reyog Ponorogo craftsmen so that they are able to do marketing through digital marketing, millennial culture in trading products that have historical or cultural values has an important role, so it is necessary to instill cultural values in the millennial generation through digital media.

Abstract

Immigration in Indonesia continues to strive to innovate in immigration services by utilizing developments in information systems and technology to facilitate immigration services and improve the bureaucratic system. The online passport queue registration system has been implemented at the Class III Non-TPI Ponorogo Immigration Office since the issuance of the Circular of the Directorate General of Immigration Number IMI-UM.01.01-4166 concerning the Implementation of Online Passport Application Queue Registration Applications throughout Indonesia. The application of this online passport queue registration system has been realized by the Non TPI Ponorogo Class III Immigration Office since 2017. With the online passport queue registration system, the public can more easily register queues and get information related to when to come to the Non-Class III Immigration Office. TPI Ponorogo made a passport. How is the application of egovernment in the online passport queue registration system at the Class III NonTPI Ponorogo Immigration Office? This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The Online Passport Queue Registration Application (APAPO) as a form of e-government practice in its application in society has been able to improve the quality of effective, efficient, transparent and accountable government administration with non-stop service interactions. The pattern whereby the user or applicant can access this application anywhere as long as the user or applicant is connected to an internet connection. The Online Passport Queue Registration Application (APAPO) is able to reduce queuing time for passport processing so that applicants do not have to queue for a long time because with this application applicants can find out the arrival hours at the immigration office and this application is quite informative for its users.

Abstract

The Dhadak Merak Reyog Ponorogo is a mask that embodies aesthetic and philosophical values. Therefore, this study aims to capture the form of Dhadak Merak Reyog Ponorogo over time and uncover the values it represents. The methodology in this research uses a visual semiotics approach to explain the symbols in Dhadak Merak Reyog Ponorogo. The findings reveal that the development of Dhadak Merak was initially very simple, lacking peacock feathers, and performed by two people acting as jegol in the 1920s. Subsequently, the peacock appearance was neatly arranged, but it did not have peacock cohong until 1940. During the Sukarno period, the peacock cohong began adorning Dhadak Merak, giving it a realistic impression until the New Order era, when the form of Dhadak Merak was standardized. The evolution of Dhadak Merak’s form is related to the community’s social, political, and economic conditions. Dhadak Merak holds meanings that symbolize the representation of a king and queen, embodying high aesthetic and philosophical values for the people of East Java, Indonesia.Dhadak Merak Reyog Ponorogo merupakan sebuah topeng yang mengandung makna nilai estetis dan filosofis. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini ingin memotret bentuk Dhadak Merak Reyog Ponorogo dari waktu ke waktu serta mengungkap nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan semiotika visual untuk menjelaskan simbol-simbol secara objektif yang terdapat dalam Dhadak Merak Reyog Ponorogo. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perkembangan Dhadak Merak pada awal sangat sederhana, belum memiliki bulu merak dan dimainkan oleh dua orang yang berperan sebagai jegol tahun 1920an. Selanjutnya tampilan burung merak sudah ditata dengan rapi tetapi belum memiliki cohong burung merak sampai dengan tahun 1940. Pada periode Sukarno, cohong burung merak sudah menghiasi Dhadak Merak sehingga terkesan realis sampai pada era Orde Baru ada pembakuan bentuk Dhadak Merak. Perjalan perubahan bentuk Dhadak Merak terkait dengan kondisi sosial, politik dan ekonomi masyarakat. Dhadak Merak menyimpan makna yang melambangkan representasi dari raja dan permaisuri yang memiliki nilai estetik dan filosofi yang tinggi bagi masyarakat Jawa TImur, Indonesia.
