Abstract

Nyeri pascalabioplasti dapat dicegah dengan blok infraorbital bilateral. Penelitian bertujuan membandingkan lama analgesi blok infraorbital pascalabioplasti anak antara penambahan petidin 0,25 mg/kgBB dan klonidin 1 µg/kgBB pada bupivakain 0,25% menggunakan skala nyeri skor face, leg, activity, cry, consolability (FLACC). Penelitian prospektif, uji klinis acak terkontrol tersamar tunggal dilakukan bulan Maret–September 2013 pada 30 pasien status fisik American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) II, usia 3 bulan–1 tahun yang menjalani labioplasti dengan blok infraorbital bilateral di Rumah Sakit Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung. Subjek dibagi dua kelompok, masing-masing 15 orang. Kelompok BP menerima blok infraorbital dengan adjuvan petidin dan kelompok BK dengan klonidin. Setelah induksi anestesi, dilakukan blok infraorbital sebanyak 1 mL pada tiap sisi wajah. Analisis data dengan uji t menunjukkan perbedaan lama analgesi pascaoperasi yang sangat bermakna (p<0,01) antara kelompok BP (1.828 menit) dan kelompok BK (1.072 menit). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penambahan petidin 0,25 mg/kgBB pada bupivakain 0,25% untuk blok infraorbital labioplasti anak memberikan analgesi pascaoperasi lebih lama dibandingkan dengan klonidin 1 µg/kgBB. This study aimed to compare the effectiveness addition of pethidine 0.25 mg/kgBW and clonidine 1 µg/kgBW to bupivacaine 0.25%  for postoperative analgesia using infraorbital block in paediatric labioplasty with a pain scale score face, leg, activity, cry, consolability (FLACC). The study was a single-blind randomized controlled trial from March to September 2013 involving  30 pediatric patients, physical status American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) II, ages 3 months–1 year for labioplasty surgery with bilateral infraorbital block  at  Dr. Hasan Sadikin Hospital  Bandung. Subjects were grouped into two groups: 15 subjects using adjuvant pethidine 0.25 mg/kgBW (BP) and 15 subjects using adjuvant clonidine 1 ug/kgBW (BK). After induction of anesthesia, infraorbital block done 1 mL on each side of the face. Data were analyzed by t test, showed a highly significant difference (p<0.01) in BP group compared with BK, the average length of postoperative analgesia 1.828 minutes (30 hours) vs 1072 minutes (18 hours). The conclusions is the addition of pethidine 0.25 mg/kgBW in bupivacaine 0.25%  to infraorbital block in paediatric labioplasty provide postoperative analgesia longer than of clonidine 1 µg/kgBW.Key words: Bupivacaine, clonidine, infraorbital block, labioplasty, pethidine DOI: 10.15851/jap.v2n2.302

Abstract

This article aims to produce learning modules that help students to learn independently. This research is a research and development (R&D). This lesson module been tested by two people and media expert validator 2 person validator expert material. Pratikalitas test is carried out by the student D3 Tata Fashion force 2015 with a total of 14 people. The stages are done in developing learning modules are: 1) define, 2) design, 3) develop. At this stage of the development of data analysis is done as follows: 1) validity of data analysis module, 2) data analysis pratikalitas module. Data analysis techniques used by calculating the mean and percentage. The validity of a test conducted by the validator the validator 3.5 media expert and expert material obtained a score of 3.37 categorized very valid. While the pratikalitas test done to students D3 Tata clothing, with a small pratikalitas test results and test pratikalitas 3.36 powerhouse 3.45 module menswear stated very practical. This module is in decent criteria used as learning materials courses menswear for the students of the fashion Department of the grammar of D3 family welfare of the Faculty of tourism and hospitality State University of Padang. Abstract

Allium cepa L skin waste is one of the household wastes that is still rarely used and thrown away, even though this waste can be processed into liquid organic fertilizer to replace chemical fertilizers such as urea, which provides fertility to plants such as elephant grass. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of onion skin organic fertilizer (POC) on Pennisetum purpureum productivity, consisting of plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, and fresh weight, and to determine the concentration or dose of Allium cepa L skin POC that gives the best results on Pennisetum purpureum productivity. Method of research design was Complete Random Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replicates, so that 20 experimental units were obtained. The treatments of the study were A1: without fertilizer (control), A2: POC Allium cepa L skin 25 mL/polybag (pot), A3: POC Allium cepa L skin 50 mL/polybag (pot), A4: POC Allium cepa L skin 75 mL/polybag (pot), and A5: POC Allium cepa L skin 100 mL/polybag (pot). The results of the analysis showed that the provision of Allium cepa L skin POC at different levels had a significant difference (P <0.05) on Pennisetum purpureum productivity consisting of plant height, number of leaves, and fresh weight. while the number of tillers showed no significant difference (P > 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that the provision of Allium cepa skin POC with different levels has a significant effect on the productivity of Pennisetum purpureum consisting of plant height, number of leaves and higher fresh weight. Giving with a concentration of 50 mL/polybag is the best treatment for Pennisetum purpureum productivity.   Key words: Allium cepa L, POC, Productivity, Pennisetum purpureum.   ABSTRAK Limbah kulit bawang merah merupakan salah satu limbah rumah tangga yang masih jarang digunakan dan dibuang begitu saja, padahal limbah ini dapat diolah menjadi pupuk organik cair untuk menggantikan pupuk kimia seperti urea yang memberikan kesuburan pada tanaman seperti rumput gajah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) kulit bawang merah terhadap produktivitas rumput gajah yang terdiri tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, dan berat segar serta mengetahui efektivitas konsentrasi/dosis dari POC kulit bawang yang memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap produktivitas rumput gajah. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap yang terdiri 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan sehingga diperoleh 20 unit percobaan. Perlakuan dari penelitian adalah A1 : tanpa pemberian pupuk (kontrol), A2 : POC kulit bawang merah 25 mL/polybag (pot), A3 : POC kulit bawang merah 50 mL/polybag (pot), A4 : POC kulit bawang merah 75 mL/polybag (pot), A5 : POC kulit bawang merah 100 mL/polybag (pot). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemberian POC kulit bawang merah dengan level berbeda terdapat perbedaan nyata (P<0.05) terhadap produktivitas rumput gajah yang terdiri tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan berat segar. Sedangkan untuk jumlah anakan menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan nyata (P>0.05).  Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu pemberian POC kulit bawang merah dengan level meningkatkan produktivitas rumput gajah yang terdiri tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan berat segar lebih tinggi. Pemberian dengan konsentrasi 50 mL/polybag (pot) merupakan perlakuan terbaik untuk produktivitas rumput gajah.   Kata kunci: Kulit bawang merah, POC, Produktivitas, Rumput gajah

Abstract

Indonesian people'sinterest in milkconsumptionis minimal compared to several developed countries. One of the factors causing minimal milk consumptionis the unattractive base color of the milk. The solutionis by diversifying dairy products with a combination of butterfly pea flower extract (Clitoria ternatea) as a natural coloring. Butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea) contain flavonoids as natural dyes and anthocyanins, which are bioactive components that have functional value as antioxidants. Besides being anantioxidant, butterfly pea flowers (Clitoriater natea) also function as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-diabetic, anti-cancer, and anti-histamine. This research aims to determine the percentage of butterfly pea flower extract (Clitoria ternatea L) in making pasteurized milk, which has the best hedonic quality in termsof color, aroma, taste, and level of preference. The research design applied was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatmentsand 4 replications. Treatment P0: Milk (control), P1: Milk + 10% butterfly pea flower extract, P2: Milk + 15% butterfly pea flower extract, P3: Milk + 20% butterfly pea flower extract and P4: Milk + 25% butterfly pea flower extract. The variables observed are hedonic quality, including color, aroma, taste, and level of liking. The research showed that pasteurized milk with a combination of butterfly pea flower extract, namely the P3 treatment (Milk + 20% butterfly pea flower extract), was the best color and taste. Mean while, the highest level of liking was P4 (Milk + 25% butterfly pea flower extract) in terms of aroma.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui level penambahan ektrak daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) berbeda yang mampu mempengaruhi karakteristik organoleptic meliputi warna yolk, aroma, rasa dan kemasiran telur asin. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimen menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 taraf perlakuan yaitu K0 : Tanpa perlakuan / kontrol, K1 : Ekstrak daun kelor 10 %, K2 : Ekstrak daun kelor 20 %, dan K3 : Ekstrak daun kelor 30 % dan setiap perlakuan dilakukan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan ekstrak daun kelor pada telur itik asin berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap penilaian warna yolk, aroma, rasa dan kemasiran. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan sangat nyata (P<0,01) pada penilaian warna yolk, rasa, aroma dan kemasiran. Semakin tinggi level penambahan ektrak daun kelor maka warna yolk semakin gelap, aroma amis semakin hilang, rasa kurang asin, dan kemasiran semakin berkurang. Level penambahan ektrak daun kelor 10% memberi karakteristik yang disukai panelis terhadap telur itik asin.

Abstract

Penggunaan pupuk kimia yang berlebihan dapat merusak struktur tanah dan membahayakan lingkungan. Pupuk organik cair (POC) yang dibuat dari limbah rumah tangga, seperti kulit bawang merah, adalah alternatif yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Selain kandungan auksin dan allicin, kulit bawang merah ternyata mengandung banyak zat yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman. Di Desa Lamuru, Kabupaten Bone, ada pelatihan dan penyuluhan tentang pembuatan POC dari limbah rumah tangga (kulit bawang merah). Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan masyarakat tentang pengolahan limbah rumah tangga menjadi pupuk organik yang bermanfaat dan untuk mendorong pemanfaatan limbah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat dapat memahami dan memiliki keterampilan untuk membuat dan memanfaatkan POC, yang diharapkan dapat berdampak positif terhadap lingkungan

Abstract

At present there is a lack of awareness among parents about the importance of nutrition in the growth of early childhood, one of which is that knowledge about milk consumption is not evenly distributed in society. This socialization aims to increase parental awareness about nutrition by teaching young children to consume milk. The 2024 ISS-MBKM PKKM THEMATIC Real Work Program (KKN) activities at Muhammadiyah Bone University, carried out in August 2024 in Bonto Karaeng Village, Sinoa District, Bantaeng Regency, this activity aims to improve nutrition through milk consumption in early childhood. The methods used include observation, counseling and distribution of free milk which was carried out at community health centers and posyandu which were attended by mothers and children, followed by socialization. The results obtained were an increase in community knowledge in Bonto Karaeng Village about the importance of milk consumption in early childhood to meet nutritional status. With socialization carried out in the community, it can provide awareness to parents to always fulfill nutrition in early childhood for the sake of children's growth. In this activity, initially we wanted to use pure milk, but it was difficult to find pure milk nearby, so we used packaged milk (Clevo milk) as a sample from this program. This activity can make parents aware of the importance of consuming milk every day to maintain body health.

Abstract

White teak leaf and corn cob are waste with low nutrient content which is one of the limiting factors in their use, so it is necessary to carry out processing to optimize their use as animal feed, one of which is by processing in the form of a complete ration. The purpose of this study was to compare the quality of feed between the complete ration based on white teak leaf and corn cob against the consumption and digestibility level of feed nutrients in goats. This study used a t-test design for 2 different averages. This study was conducted using 10 local goats who were randomly divided into two groups, namely a complete ration based on white teak leaf (P1) and a complete ration based on corn cob (P2). The results of the analysis showed that the consumption of feed nutrients consisting of the consumption of crude protein, and crude fiber did not differ markedly (P> 0.05) between the two treatment groups. However, the digestibility of crude protein and protein fiber of the P2 treatment was higher (P< 0.05) than that of the P1 treatment. The conclusion of this study is that the utilization of corn cob-based complete ration nutrition in goats is better than the complete ration based on white teak leaf, by looking at the higher nutritional digestibility value.   Key words: complete ration, consumption of nutrients, corn cob, digestibility of nutrient, white teak leaf.   ABSTRAK Daun jati putih dan tongkol jagung merupakan limbah dengan kandungan nutrisi rendah yang menjadi salah satu faktor pembatas dalam pemanfaatannya, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengolahan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatannya sebagai pakan ternak, salah satunya dengan cara pengolahan dalam bentuk ransum komplit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan kualitas pakan antara ransum komplit berbasis daun jati putih dan tongkol jagung terhadap konsumsi dan tingkat kecernaan nutrisi pakan pada ternak kambing. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan uji t untuk 2 rata-rata yang berbeda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan 10 kambing lokal yang secara acak dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Kelompok pertama diberi ransum komplit berbasis daun jati putih (P1) dan kelompok kedua diberi ransum komplit berbasis tongkol jagung (P2). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi nutrisi pakan yang terdiri dari konsumsi protein kasar, dan serat kasar tidak berbeda nyata (P> 0,05) antara kedua kelompok perlakuan. Namun, kecernaan protein kasar dan serat protein perlakuan P2 lebih tinggi (P< 0,05) daripada perlakuan P1. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan nutrisi ransum komplit berbasis tongkol jagung pada ternak kambing lebih baik dibandingkan ransum komplit berbasis daun jati putih, dengan melihat nilai kecernaan nutrisinya lebih tinggi. Abstract

Confidentiality and data security are very important in data communication, both for the purpose of shared security and for individual privacy. Computer users who want the data to be unknown by unauthorized parties always try to get around the way to secure the information that will be communicated or to be stored. One method for securing data or information is cryptographic methods. The LUC algorithm is a cryptographic method using two different keys in the cryptosystem. To encrypt text, an encryption function is used that uses a public key, the result of encryption is encrypted text that is safe from intruders. Furthermore, by decrypting encrypted text using the decryption function using the private key it will return the same text as the original. With the LUC algorithm the author tries to create a text encoding to secure data with the LUC algorithm.
