The phrase speech ban is believed to contain a ban if not complied with will be rewarded . Ban expression can be used to educate members of the public to know the manners of behaving . If only given a warning by regular expressions , they did not heed it . Ban any expression that is accompanied by rewards , then they will stick with it . Social functions contained in the prohibition of expression should be preserved because it is enrich with Minangkabau .This study aims to describe the expression of a ban on the social function Lansek Kadok Nagari , District of South Rao , Pasaman . Type of this research is descriptive qualitative research method . The theory used in this research is partly verbal folklore . Data collection is done by : ( 1 ) the situation of the environment and conditions of speakers , (2 ) conduct interviews and record phrases delivered ban speakers using an audio recorder , and ( 3 ) record the biodata speakers .Based on the research findings and discussion summarized as follows . Found 44 ban on public expression Lansek Kadok South Rao Pasaman . In the words of as many as 5 tesebut ban ban expression that has the social function of religion or belief emotion thickening , 21 idiom ban that has the social function of education of children and adolescents , and as many as 18 expressions ban which has a social function explanation acceptable reason some folk .

Perkembangan teknologi dan pengaruh modernisasi telah menggeser keberadaan permainan tradisional, sehingga menyebabkan permainan tradisional tidak dianggap menarik untuk dimainkan meskipun permainan tradisional secara umum memiliki pengaruh yang lebih baik bagi anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam permainan tradisional cak bur sebagai upaya melestarikan warisan budaya lokal, sehingga anak-anak memiliki karakter cinta budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian literatur publikasi hasil-hasil penelitian berbasis internet. Hasil identifikasi ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel dan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan nilai-nilai karakter yang dominan dalam permainan tradisonal cak bur. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa permainan tradisional cak bur memiliki nilai karakter yang sangat penting untuk perkembangan sosial, psikologis dan jasmani generasi muda. Aspek karakter individu dan karakter sosial lebih dominan dan menonjol pada permainan tradisional cak bur. Aspek lainnya adalah karakter kebangsaan dan karakter keagamaan.

In order to make a image-based search for historical sites in Java, Convolutional Neural Network is used. Not only to make a website which can search historycal sites in Java using image, it also compared two CNN structure. There are two architechture which is used in this paper which is Residual Network and Inception. There are some experiments that were done to establish the best architecture among the two for this aplication. Those experiments showed that inception gave a better result for the application

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and motivation on job satisfaction of employees at the Tampan Mental Hospital, Pekanbaru City, partially and simultaneously. This research used a questionnaire as a data collection tool which was distributed to 117 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and determination efficiency using SPSS 16. Based on research results, the work environment partially influences the job satisfaction of employees at the Tampan Mental Hospital, Pekanbaru City. Background: The process of drowning begins with respiratory distress either because a person's airway is below the surface of the liquid (submersion) or the water only covers the face (immersion) (Putra, 2020). In a body submerged in water and suspected of having died from drowning, it is necessary to determine whether the victim was still alive at the time of the drowning. The probability was marked by intravital signs, whether there were other signs of violence or the cause of death. All these things can be determined through an external and internal body examination of the corpse and are supported by supporting examinations. With this series of examinations, the diagnosis of drowning can be established, and the cause and mechanism of death of the bodies found can be estimated. Doctors in forensic medicine have an important role in cases of drowning deaths, such as in helping to identify victims and determine the cause of death. (Armstrong & Erskine, 2018). Objective: This report aims to learn more about drowning deaths, the classification, the pathophysiology of drowning deaths, and the process of investigating drowning deaths. Conclusion: Drowning is asphyxia that prevents air entry into the lungs by inhaling fluid into the airways, i.e., nose and mouth. Cases of drowning death are caused by irreversible brain damage in the development of irreversible cerebral anoxia and hypoxia. There are two classifications of drowning, namely Dry Drowning and Wet Drowning. Doctors in the field of forensic medicine have an important role in cases of drowning deaths, such as in helping efforts to identify victims and determine the cause of death. The investigation process includes Pre-Autopsy Preparation and Interest in Victim History, External Findings, Internal Meetings, and Special Tests.

The aim of this research is to see how the quality of local government financial reports, with the internal control system as a moderating variable, is influenced by the use of technology, good governance, and human resource competence. This research is motivated by the increasing cases of corruption, bribery, low integrity and fraud in the administration of regional government. This quantitative research uses primary data and purposive sampling method involving 98 employees of the finance subsection of Regional Apparatus Organizations. The smartPLS v3.0 application allows analysis to test this research hypothesis. The research results show that good governance and human resource competence improve the quality of financial reports. Likewise, the internal control system strengthens the influence of information technology on the quality of financial reports. However, the use of information technology does not affect the quality of financial reports.

This article aims to describe the role of Islamic social organizations (ormas) in the development of Indonesia. The method used in this paper is descriptive analysis. The results of the discussion indicate that Islamic organizations have played a role from the independence struggle to the present day. There are Islamic organizations in the era of independence, the old order, the new order, and the present day. Islamic organizations need to actively contribute to the development of Indonesia by acting as a link between community aspirations and the government. Additionally, Islamic organizations should enhance their role in deradicalization programs to prevent terrorist acts and radicalism.

Pancasila is the foundation of the state for the Indonesian nation. Pancasila as the basis of state guidance has its own philosophy that is deeply rooted in the Indonesian nation. Pancasila has moral elements, a value system, a spirit of development, as well as a system in the Pancasila Economy. The moral philosophy of Pancasila Economics can be interpreted as a unified measure, or a norm that regulates the patterns of thinking and patterns of action of economic actors in the Pancasila Economic system. Salah satu usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) Cendol Pasar Setu yang berlokasi di Pasar Setu, Kabupaten Bekasi. Usaha cendol ini dimiliki oleh Pak Dika kurang lebih selama 15 tahun, dimulai sejak tahun 2008 hingga saat ini, hal ini tentu dengan memanfaatkan strategi lokasi yang tepat. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi strategi lokasi, masalah yang dihadapi, dan kemungkinan ekspansi bisnis. Pengabdian menggunakan observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan analisis data penjualan selain itu untuk menentukan lokasi ekspansi yang tepat menggunakan metode analisis pemeringkatan faktor. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi di Pasar Setu menawarkan aksesibilitas tinggi dan arus pelanggan yang stabil, meskipun ada masalah seperti keterbatasan ruang dan lingkungan yang tidak mendukung. Dua lokasi ekspansi, Burangkeng dan Cisaat, menunjukkan hasil bahwa Burangkeng memiliki prospek yang lebih baik karena tingkat keramaian yang tinggi, daya beli masyarakat yang lebih kuat, dan dukungan fasilitas yang lebih baik.
