Abstract

Sengon nursery business groups, especially in Poncokusumo Subdistrict and Wajak Subdistrict, Malang Regency still rely on sengon seeds that grow wild in nature with low growth rates. Though sengon seeds are a commodity of high economic value. This can be seen from the small number of breeders who manage the sengon seeds well. Even though the availability of plant seeds is a factor that plays a major role in the success of the sengon plant forest development program. Quality seeds with the support of aquaculture technology can provide high quality seeds so they can produce quality trees and wood products. The stages of implementing PKM activities are as follows: (a) Survey and planning, (b) Counseling and training "Optimization of Yard / Garden Land Management with Sengon Solomon Results of In Vitro Culture in Sengon Nursery Groups in Malang Regency", and (c) Cultivation Solomon's sengon seeds from in vitro culture. The results achieved through this community service program are resolving some of the partners 'problems, namely sengon breeders still rely on sengon seeds that grow wild in nature, lack of sengon seedlings, lack of public understanding of solomon sengon cultivation technology, limited breeders' ability to seed sengon, and low superior sengon seeds produced, which have an impact on the amount of sengon seedlings produced. The activities carried out have succeeded in supporting the service program, namely counseling and training on "Optimizing the Management of Yard / Garden Land with Sengon Solomon Results of In Vitro Culture in Sengon Nursing Business Groups in Malang Regency", and cultivating the seeds of sengon solomon from in vitro culture.

Abstract

Social interactions in everyday life are commonplace and occur naturally. But not automatically the guarantee that the association without giving birth to conflict, on the contrary, the existing naturality has the potential to create a 'sensitive space' of various diversity; ethnicity, culture, even religion. In the context of student interfaith relationships, occupy sensitive positions. This lies in the 'taboo' of students in discussing 'issues' of religious differences. If this is the reality, then one day the 'taboo' will become a deadlock center, thus hampering the process of socializing (social intercourse). This will not only cause a culture of silant, more than that it can also cause social conflict, so that it will affect social harmony across religions within the scope of the education association between students at the IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. Activities that will be carried out are analyzing cross-religious social relations of students at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang, with the aim of finding patterns of interfaith social relations among students, and offering an offer of social concepts of student interfaith intercultural engineering, so that religious social (social) wisdom at the student level becomes better. The approach used is a qualitative-phenomenological research approach, using the instrument indept interview, documentation, and observation / participants. The analysis model that will be used is the Miles and Huberman analysis model: data collection, data display, data reduction and congclusions: drawing / verifying. While the grand theory used in this study is to use sociological theories of religion.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to apply the concept of trilogy + 1 learner at the humanist learning process in elementary school of Malang. The study used a phenomenological qualitative approach. The instruments used in-depth interviews, documentation, and observations with a grand theory analysis model based on humanist educational theory. The results of the study show that (1) the humanist education process through the role and function of stakeholders can be carried out through the concept of trilogy + 1 learner which involves the guardians of students in all school activities, especially in the periodical learning process with a system of 1 week face to face, 1 lessons alternately. (2) The appreciation, sympathy, and empathy of the stakeholders of education, as well as the appreciation of children for the value of humanity, are increasingly better.Keywords: trilogy + 1 learner, humanist education, stakeholders, elementary school.Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan menerapkan konsep trilogy+1 learner dalam proses pembelajaran humanis di SD kota Malang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi indepth interview, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Model analisis yang digunakan grand theory berdasarkan teori pendidikan humanis. Hasil (1) proses pendidikan humanis melalui peran dan fungsi stakeholder dapat dilakukan melalui konsep trilogy+1 learner yakni melibatkan wali peserta didik dalam semua kegiatan sekolah, khususnya dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara periodik dengan sistem 1 pekan 1 kali tatap muka, 1 mata pelajaran bergantian. (2) Apresiasi, simpati dan empati stakeholders pendidikan, serta apresiasi anak terhadap nilai humanitas semakin meningkat lebih baik.Kata Kunci: trilogy+1 learner, pendidikan humanis, stakeholders, SD.

Abstract

This research aims to synthesize and apply the concept of trilogy +1 learner in the learning process at school, so as to create a humanist education process. The research design uses qualitative-phenomenological, with Miles Huberman analysis model, and grand theory of humanist education Paulo Freire. The results showed that the results of the synthesis and application of the trilogy +1 learner concept had constraints on the involvement of parents of students. Factually and scientifically it can be proven that the involvement of students' parents, together with educators and students in a learning forum, can improve the quality of the humanist education process. Through the concept of trilogy +1 learner, the sympathy and empathy of students' parents is expected to get better. Penelitian ini bertujuan menyintesiskan dan menerapkan konsep trilogy +1 learner dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah, agar tercipta proses pendidikan humanis. Desain penelitian menggunakan kualitatif–fenomenologis, dengan model analisis Miles Huberman, dan grand theory pendidikan humanis Paulo Freire. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil sintesis dan penerapan konsep trilogy +1 learner memperoleh kendala keterlibatan orang tua peserta didik. Secara faktual dan ilmiah dapat dibuktikan bahwa keterlibatan orang tua peserta didik, bersama pendidik dan murid dalam satu forum pembelajaran, dapat meningkatkan kualitas proses pendidikan humanis. Melalui konsep trilogy +1 learner , simpati dan empati orang tua peserta didik diharapkan semakin baik.

Zaini Institut Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (IKIP) Budi Utomo Malang Email: pojur_zen@yahoo.com   Abstract In the view of Islam, Rosulullah have recounted: "Every child is born in the state of fitrah (the potential)..etc (HR. Al-Bukhari Muslims)., it indicates that actually the orientation of education is directed to the humanist process, by learning the human as the educated and dynamic subject with all its potential—not a passive subject, which is deceived by the external powers. However, people are active-autonomous-agents—who are able to determine their own movement— voters and the center of his own life. The orientation of this education system is in accordance with the education concept in Islam that has been taken from the definition of the term tarbiyah, ta'lim and ta'dib. By applying this system, it enables us to realize the humanist, critical and creative education with high moral standards. As it is said by Abbas r.a: "Be a good mannered scholar, with a deep knowledge and alim" (Imarah, 1979:62)

Abstract

Pergaulan sosial dalam keseharian merupakan hal yang lumrah ada dan terjadi secara natural. Namun tidak secara otomatis adanya jaminan bahwa pergaulan tersebut tanpa melahirkan konflik, bahkan sebaliknya naturalitas yang ada berkemungkinan berpotensi menciptakan ‘ruang sensitif’ dari berbagai keragaman; etnis, budaya, bahkan agama. Dalam konteks pergaulan lintas agama mahasiswa, -menempati posisi yang sensitif. Hal ini terletak pada ‘ketabuan’ mahasiswa dalam membicarakan ‘persoalan-persoalan’ perbedaan agama. Jika hal ini yang menjadi realitasnya maka bisa saja suatu saat nanti ‘ketabuan’ tersebut menjadi pusat kebuntuan (deadlock centre), sehingga menghambat dalam proses pergaualan (sosial intercourse). Hal ini tidak saja akan menyebabkan culture of silant, lebih dari itu juga dapat menyebabkan sosial conflict, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap harmonisasi sosial lintas agama dalam lingkup pergaulan pendidikan antar mahasiswa di IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. Aktifitas yang akan dilakukan adalah menganalisis hubungan sosial lintas keagamaan mahasiswa di IKIP Budi Utomo Malang, dengan tujuan menemukan pola hubungan sosial lintas agama mahasiswa, dan memberikan tawaran konsep sosial engineering pergaulan lintas agamalingkup mahasiswa, sehingga kearifan sosial (sosial wisdom) keberagamaan di tingkat mahasiswa menjadi lebih baik. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif–fenomenologis, dengan menggunakan instrument indept interview, dokumentasi, dan observasi/partisipan. Model analisis yang akan digunakan yakni model analisisnya Miles dan Huberman: data collection, data display, data reduction dan congclusions: drawing/verifying. Sedangkan grand theory yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teori-teori sosiologi agama.

Abstract

Democracy can not be used as the major target factor, because the run of the democratic system depends on its bureaucrat, system implementation and administration process. Although the democratic system has been used by almost every country in the world, it does not automatically guarantee people’s prosperity. Abraham Lincoln’s concept of democracy; from the people, by the people, for the people, is actually a ‘target between’ a combination of countries’ ideology and the interests of the political map oriented to the interests of public welfare.

Abstract

The phenomenon of educational products in the 21st century is in two speculative positions; either beneficial or otherwise detrimental. For those who benefited technologically, he called it the century of brilliance. But for observers of values in the context of education, the 21st century is not only concluded as a challenge but even as an emerging threat to the process of moral growth, therefore it is necessary to find an alternative. The 21st century and the changing times that accompany it are unavoidable. Of course, this is a logical consequence. But value observers, especially academics, think about how the main anticipation is so that a value (akhlaq alkarimah) which is the main goal of Islamic education does not become the cost of changing times. This research was carried out with a qualitative library research approach, whose data sources were obtained from articles, news, and journals, using a documentary technique. Analyzed with a content analysis model. The results of this study provide an offer for repurposing moral education by reinforcing the pattern of education with a harmonious pattern of teachers and students, moral education with advice, re-orientation of learning goals and intentions instilled in students, learning by waro' (almost extinct in the educational process). ), learn istifadah, and learn by remaining steadfast so that the learner's soul remains strong in any situation.
