Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan Badan Geologi (2020), wilayah Sulawesi Tengah termasuk dalam kategori daerah rawan longsor akibat kombinasi faktor geologi, iklim, dan aktivitas manusia. Khususnya penelitian ini mengkaji longsoran tanah arah jurang pada ruas jalan Kebun Kopi-Toboli. Stabilitas lereng merupakan aspek penting dalam keberlanjutan infrastruktur jalan, khususnya pada ruas jalan Kebun Kopi–Toboli Km 57+100 yang rawan longsor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik tanah, mengevaluasi kondisi kestabilan lereng, serta menilai efektivitas perkuatan Dinding Penahan Tanah (DPT) dalam meningkatkan faktor keamanan. Data tanah diperoleh melalui pengeboran hingga kedalaman 28 m, pengujian laboratorium, dan analisis klasifikasi tanah berdasarkan sistem USCS. Hasil klasifikasi menunjukkan bahwa lapisan tanah terdiri dari ML dan SM pada kedalaman 3,5–24 m, sedangkan pada kedalaman lebih dari 25 m ditemukan lapisan batuan (rock). Tanah tersebut memiliki kohesi rendah (0,324–0,399 kg/cm²) dan sudut geser dalam berkisar 20,3°–29,9°, sehingga tergolong rawan longsor. Dari hasil analisis stabilitas lereng menggunakan DPT diperoleh faktor keamanan terhadap guling (fs) yaitu 3,429, faktor keamanan terhadap geser (fs) yaitu 4,05 dan stabilitas daya dukung dinding penahan (fs) yaitu 2,571 lebih besar dari faktor keamanan yang disyaratkan yaitu Fs = 2. Dengan demikian, metode perkuatan ini direkomendasikan sebagai solusi teknis untuk mitigasi bencana longsor pada ruas jalan Kebun Kopi–Toboli. Research conducted by the Geological Agency (2020) found that Central Sulawesi is categorized as a landslide-prone area due to a combination of geological, climatic, and human activity factors. Specifically, this study examined landslides toward the ravine on the Kebun Kopi-Toboli road section. Slope stability is a crucial aspect of road infrastructure sustainability, particularly on the Kebun Kopi-Toboli road section at Km 57+100, which is prone to landslides. This study aims to analyze soil characteristics, evaluate slope stability conditions, and assess the effectiveness of retaining wall reinforcement (DPT) in increasing safety factors. Soil data were obtained through drilling to a depth of 28 m, laboratory testing, and soil classification analysis based on the USCS system. The classification results showed that the soil layer consisted of ML and SM at a depth of 3.5–24 m, while at a depth of more than 25 m a rock layer was found. The soil has low cohesion (0.324–0.399 kg/cm²) and an internal friction angle ranging from 20.3°–29.9°, so it is classified as prone to landslides. From the results of the slope stability analysis using DPT, the safety factor against overturning (fs) was 3,429, the safety factor against sliding (fs) was 4,05 and the stability of the retaining wall bearing capacity (fs) was 2,571, which is greater than the required safety factor of Fs = 2. Thus, this reinforcement method is recommended as a technical solution for landslide disaster mitigation on the Kebun Kopi–Toboli road section.

Abstract

The use of technology in education is increasingly becoming a crucial need in today's digital era. However, many elementary school teachers have not yet fully utilized digital teaching materials and technology-based learning media. Therefore, this community service program aims to strengthen elementary school teachers' competencies in developing digital teaching materials and technology-based learning media. The most appropriate method for the program Strengthening Elementary School Teacher Competence in Developing Digital Teaching Materials and Technology-Based Learning Media is a practice-based training method integrated with ongoing mentoring. This activity includes socialization, training, Technology Implementation, Mentoring and Evaluation of Activities and Program Sustainability. Basic understanding of the use of technology in learning, training in creating interactive learning media, and developing digital teaching materials that align with curriculum requirements are provided. The results of this community service program demonstrate an increase in teachers' ability to utilize technology as an effective learning tool. Teachers are able to develop digital teaching materials that are engaging and easy for students to understand, and utilize technology-based learning media to support a more creative and innovative learning process. These results have significant significance in improving the quality of elementary education by strengthening teachers' abilities in the appropriate use of technology. Thus, strengthening teacher competency in this field will contribute to improving the quality of education at the elementary school level.
