Abstract

Abstract Community Service Program (KKN) in remote areas often faces geographical challenges, particularly in terms of monitoring and evaluation by supervising lecturers due to long distances. Emphasizing the need for direct involvement of lecturers, while physical access remains limited. Digital-based assistance through online platforms has become a crucial solution to overcome these obstacles. This study aims to develop and evaluate a digital mentoring model in KKN, using an action research methodology conducted in three cycles. Data were collected through student satisfaction surveys, digital activity logs, and in-depth interviews. The indicators measured include student participation, communication quality, and timely task completion. The results show that digital mentoring increases student engagement, with participation rising from 60% in the first cycle to 90% in the third cycle. Student satisfaction also increased from 45% to 85%, while timely task completion reached 95%. The use of digital platforms enables lecturers to provide faster and more effective feedback, although there are still challenges related to network infrastructure. Digital mentoring has proven effective in overcoming geographical challenges and improving the quality of student community service. This model can be more widely adopted in remote areas to support education and community service. This study recommends improving digital infrastructure and developing more accessible technology-based mentoring modules. Keywords: Online Mentoring, KKN Students, Geographical Challenges

Abstract

Local processed food product diversification can improve both product diversity and food security. Nutrient-dense spinach sticks are one of the novelties created. The lack of variation in spinach processing and student participation in the creation of regional goods are the issues at hand. Therefore, in order to build this product, students and Field Supervisors (DPL) must work together. Utilizing local potential, such as spinach as the raw material, the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach is the methodology employed. Under the direction of the DPL, students and the community participated in training to make spinach sticks. Product design, appraisal, and market research are all part of this process. This led to the successful development of the spinach stick product, which might potentially be marketed. This program provides new nutrient-dense foodstuffs and improves pupils' abilities to process local food. This product is intended to promote more varied local culinary ideas.

Abstract

Dowry is one of the obligations in the marriage contract that is the wife's right to her husband. Although it is not a pillar of marriage, dowry has important symbolic and legal significance in Islam. This study aims to analyse the differences in views between the Shafi'i Madhhab and the Hanafi Madhhab regarding the level of dowry, the minimum limit, and the applicable provisions in each madhhab. This research uses a normative legal method with a descriptive-analytical and comparative approach to the sources of Islamic law from both madhhabs. The results show that the Shafi'i Madhhab does not set a minimum or maximum limit for dowry, provided that the goods or services provided have tradable value. Meanwhile, the Hanafi Madhhab sets a minimum dowry limit of ten dirhams and does not allow any amount below this. This study highlights the flexibility of Islamic fiqh in accommodating different social needs, while still maintaining the principles of justice and welfare in marriage.

Abstract

Indonesia, as the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, places great importance on the need for halal products, particularly in food and beverage consumption. The halal label is now seen not only as a religious requirement but also as a symbol of trust, quality, and cleanliness. However, in minority Muslim communities such as in Candikuning Village, Bedugul, Bali, challenges arise in ensuring the halalness of daily consumption amidst the dominance of non-Muslim business operators. This study aims to understand how the Muslim community in Candikuning Village interprets the halal label, both in its formal form (MUI certification) and symbolic form (Islamic identity of food stalls), and how these perceptions influence their consumption decisions. This research uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. An ethnographic approach is used to explore the meaning behind halal consumption practices within the local socio-cultural context. The findings are expected to contribute conceptually to the study of Muslim consumer behavior and serve as a foundation for business actors and certification bodies in formulating more contextual and inclusive halal labeling and education strategies, particularly in multicultural regions such as Bali. This research employs a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods to explore perceptions of the halal label in the consumption practices of the Muslim minority in Candikuning Village, Bali. The results show that the Muslim community in Candikuning interprets the halal label not only as a religious requirement but also as a symbol of trust, cleanliness, and moral responsibility. Both official halal labels and informal Islamic symbols are used as consumption guidelines, reflecting religious awareness and caution in a multicultural environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perspective of Sharia Economic Law on uncertainty in online transactions, particularly those related to the prohibition of gharar (uncertainty or excessive speculation). The phenomenon of online transactions is growing rapidly, but it often contains elements of uncertainty, both in terms of product specifications, payment systems, and delivery mechanisms. This study employs a library research method, analyzing various literary sources such as fiqh books, scientific journals, Islamic Economic Law textbooks, and official fatwas related to online transactions. The results indicate that the prohibition of gharar in online transactions is highly relevant to prevent trading practices that involve uncertainty. From the perspective of Islamic Economic Law, gharar is prohibited because it can harm one party and cause injustice. Therefore, online transactions must adhere to the principles of transparency (al-wuduh), clarity of contracts, and legal certainty, including in terms of product specifications, pricing, and delivery systems. This study recommends strengthening Sharia-based regulations in online transactions to prevent gharar practices and provide legal protection for consumers and businesses. Thus, online transactions can proceed fairly, reliably, and sustainably. Keywords: Gharar, Sharia Economics, Online Transactions. Keywords: Gharar, Sharia Economics, Online Transactions

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the comparison of the Cash on Delivery (COD) and ShopeePay payment systems in buying and selling transactions through the Shopee platform based on the perspective of Islamic economic law. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature studies, interviews with Shopee consumers, observation of the transaction process, and documentation. The results showed that the COD system provides benefits in the form of easy return of goods, but creates inconvenience due to additional service fees that are not transparent. In contrast, the ShopeePay system is considered more efficient, transparent, and in accordance with the principles of justice in Islam because the costs are clear at the beginning and facilitate the process of delivering goods. The conclusion of this study is that both payment methods are allowed in Islam as long as they fulfill the principles of justice, clarity of contract, and do not contain elements of gharar, usury, and injustice. The researcher suggests that e-commerce players convey clear cost information to consumers from the start. The implication of this research is the importance of applying Islamic business ethics in digital transactions to create fair, transparent, and responsible transactions for all parties involved

Abstract

This study aims to examine the revitalization of mushroom cultivation as a living laboratory for family economic empowerment and sustainable entrepreneurship development for STIS Darul Falah Cermee Bondowoso students. The problems identified include low productivity of mushroom cultivation, limitations in product processing and marketing, and lack of student experience in agribusiness-based entrepreneurship. This study uses the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which emphasizes the use of local assets, such as land and community skills. Implementation is carried out through technical training in mushroom cultivation, development of processed products, as well as the application of product packaging and halal labeling. The results of the study showed an increase in the quality and quantity of mushroom production, a more empowered family income, and an increase in students' entrepreneurial skills. The program creates a sustainable and applicable model of community service, with recommendations for further development in product innovation and evaluation of long-term impacts.
