Abstract

The construction of seed houses is a solution to meet family food needs. Nurseries are a way of implementing sustainable agriculture, nurseries are made so that seed germination can take place under controlled climatic conditions. This is necessary for plant growth, namely by paying attention to temperature, calculating light transmission and adjusting air humidity evenly according to plant needs. The problem experienced by most people is the lack of supply of ready-to-plant seeds. Therefore, the aim of this activity is the formation of quality horticultural seed houses and seeds, namely chilies, mustard greens and kale. The method of implementing the activity is carried out in 3 stages, namely site surveys, outreach and building seedling houses as well as planting and caring for seedlings. The results of the activity show that a horticultural nursery has been formed and the results of chili, mustard and kale nurseries that can meet the community's supply needs for better quality horticultural seeds.

Abstract

This study examines technology-based learning innovation as a quality assurance strategy at SMP Negeri 2 Arjasari, a junior high school in a rural area of Bandung Regency, Indonesia. Despite limited technological infrastructure, the school has implemented creative solutions to improve learning quality through teacher-driven innovations. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with the principal and teachers, and document analysis from January to April 2025. The findings show that strategic resource management, including shared use of projectors and adaptation of personal devices, combined with project-based learning methods, significantly enhanced student engagement and learning outcomes. The study confirms that effective technology integration in resource-limited environments relies more on pedagogical innovation and teacher collaboration than on infrastructure availability. These results challenge conventional assumptions about the relationship between technology and educational quality, offering an alternative model relevant to rural schools in developing countries. This research enriches the discourse on educational technology by highlighting context-appropriate innovation strategies and their implications for quality assurance frameworks in low-resource settings. The findings extend the concept of process-based quality assurance in schools with limited resources.

Abstract

Turbin gas Centaur 40 tipe 4702 merupakan salah satu mesin yang digunakan dalam industri energi dan membutuhkan evaluasi performa pasca-overhaul untuk memastikan kelayakan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh variasi bukaan sudut Inlet Guide Vane (IGV) terhadap performa turbin gas, meliputi Shaft Horse Power (SHP), efisiensi termal, dan konsumsi bahan bakar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui perhitungan termodinamika dan verifikasi data uji aktual di fasilitas test cell PT. Nusantara Turbin dan Propulsi, dengan rentang sudut IGV 5°–8°. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan sudut IGV menghasilkan peningkatan SHP dari 2.848,36 kW menjadi 3.211,60 kW, efisiensi termal meningkat dari 31,14% menjadi 32,52%, dan konsumsi bahan bakar naik dari 4,18 Gpm menjadi 5,40 Gpm, masih dalam batas wajar sesuai standar OEM. Sudut optimal diperoleh pada 7°, dengan performa berada dalam batas spesifikasi pabrikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa variasi bukaan IGV memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap performa mesin pasca-perawatan, serta dapat menjadi dasar penyesuaian teknis untuk menghindari performa rendah. Implikasi praktis dari studi ini mendukung pengembangan strategi optimasi pengujian performa dan pemeliharaan turbin gas di industri.
