Abstract

Bank Daerah saat ini diharapkan mampu bersaing dengan bank-bank swasta dalam meningkatkan kualitas taraf hidup masyarakat, selain untuk dapat menghimpun dana masyarakat di daerah tersebut. Bank Kaltim Cabang Tana Paser yang merupakan bank daerah di Kabupaten Tana Paser terus berupaya untuk memberikan layanan terbaik kepada nasabahnya dalam bentuk pelayanan produk dan jasa. Sesuai dengan visinya “Menjadi The True Regional Champion yang Kuat, Kompetitif dan Kontributif dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah yang berkualitas”, Bank Kaltim Cabang Tana Paser membutuhkan suatu strategi bisnis untuk mencapai visi tersebut yaitu dengan menggunakan Value Discipline Strategy. Value discipline strategy atau bisa disebut disiplin nilai pertama kali dikemukakan oleh seorang presiden dari perusahaan Treacy yaitu Michael Treacy dan Fred Wierseam. Pada dasarnya, teori ini menekankan pentingnya identifikasi terhadap segmen pasar (market segment). Menurut pand angan ini, ada tiga segmen generik, diantaranya adalah Operational Excellence,Product Leadership,Customer Intimacy. Untuk dapat menentukan jenis strategi yang tepat, maka dibutuhkan suatu analisis baik dari faktor eksternal dan internal. Setelah dilakukan analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa jenis strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan adalah Customer Intimacy dimana pada jenis strategi ini Bank Kaltim Cabang Tana Paserdifokuskan pada pendekatan terhadap nasabah.

Abstract

Android-based Heart Rate Detector Using an Android-Based Fingerprint Using Arduino Nano at Midwife Dwi Inggrini's Maternity Clinic with the hope of helping and simplifying the medical team in checking the heart rate of pregnant women without having to carry devices that are not portable, improving services and errors due to blackouts PLN electricity. The software development method used is the prototype method which includes data collection, design, prototyping, the testing phase by conducting Black Box and White Box testing. To access this tool the user must first connect the bluetooth android device with bluetooth HC-05 on the Arduino device, after the two Bluetooth devices are connected.

Abstract

Dalam membangun sebuah sistem dibutuhkan suatu tahapan analisis dan desain baik yang bersifat terstuktur maupun berorientasi objek. Saat ini untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem para pengembang masih banyak menggunakan analisis desain secara terstruktur. Dalam analisis desain terstruktur dibutuhkan tools dan teknik untuk pengembangan sistem sehingga hasil akhir akan didapatkan sistem yang strukturnya didefinisikan dengan baik dan jelas. Adapun tools yang digunakan pada analisis desain terstruktur seperti DFD, Kamus Data, ERD dan lain-lain. Akhir-akhir ini analisis desain berorientasi objek mulai populer digunakan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem. Analisis desain berorientasi objek melakukan pendekatan terhadap masalah dari perspektif objek, tidak pada perspektif fungsional seperti analisis desain terstruktur. Semua data dan fungsi dimasukkan ke dalam kelas-kelas atau objek-objek. Adapun tools yang digunakan dalam analisis desain orientasi objek antara lain UML, RUP, Fusion, OOA, dll. Dari kedua perancangan sistem tersebut sudah pasti masing-masing memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan yang bisa menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk para pengembag dalam memilih jenis perancangan yang akan mereka gunakan.Kata Kunci: orientasi-objek, analisis desain, analisis desain terstruktur, analisis desain berorientasi objek.

Abstract

LowRate DDoS (LDDoS) is a variation of DDoS attack that sends fewer packets than conventional DDoS attacks. However, by sending a smaller number of packets and using a unique attack period, low-rate DDoS is very effective in reducing the quality of an internet network-based service due to full access. On the other hand, the low-rate DDoS with its nature also makes it difficult to detect because it looks more mixed with normal user access. The Deep Learning model that will be used in this research is the RNN LSTM (Long Short Term Memory) model. LSTM is a neural network architecture which is good enough to process sequential data. This model is better than the simple RNN model. The research method is adapted to the SKKNI No. 299 of 2020. However, this research will be carried out until the model development stage, namely the evaluation model. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the RNN LSTM model can be used to classify low-rate DDOS attacks using feature selection. The accuracy of the training data on the validation data is around 98% and after visualizing the data for accuracy and loss, it can be concluded that the model is quite good, aka there is no underfitting or overfitting. While the accuracy obtained for testing data is 0.97%.

Abstract

It is undeniable that nowadays, the internet is essential for various needs. STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma is no exception. The internet is widely used in the campus environment by students, lecturers and education staff. Teaching and learning activities and work in the campus environment are inseparable from the need to use the internet. However, internet usage time sometimes accumulates in certain hours and causes slow internet speeds. This is influenced by the large number of header packets sent in the internet traffic flow, so the connection becomes heavy and feels sluggish. Therefore, a classification method is needed to provide information about the activities of students, lecturers and academic staff using the internet. The classification algorithm used is the Support Vector Machine (SVM). The development method used is SKKNI Number 299 of 2020. The parameters used are the flow of packets sent by the user and packets received by the user. The results of this study are in the form of an SVM algorithm model that can classify current internet traffic usage into four categories, namely Download, Game, SocialNetwork, and Web, which has an accuracy of 64% using the Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel. The resulting accuracy results are pretty low and make the SVM algorithm unsuitable for classifying internet traffic and the need for other methods to classify internet traffic.

Abstract

Analysis of the quality of the items is carried out so that the questions made actually consist of quality items in order to measure learning outcomes. Currently, there are still many teachers who have not analyzed the questions they made because they think that analyzing the questions takes a long time and takes a lot of energy. As a result, many items used cannot produce correct data about student learning outcomes. Therefore, a Question Item Analysis System was made using the Website-based Item Response Theory method to determine the quality of the items presented. In this study, a website-based item analysis system was developed using the item response theory method with a 3PL approach model. This system is made one package with CBT. Responses from participants to analyze the items are obtained automatically when participants take the CBT test

Abstract

The development of an application for the assessment of learning outcomes in this aspect will help teachers in the teaching and learning process, as well as make it easier for teachers to assess learning outcomes because the rubric is already available for application and there will be output of learning outcomes on the affective aspects of students. In this study using the waterfall model development method. As for what is needed data analysis, needs analysis, technology analysis, user analysis. Design, all data that has been collected in the system design process, so as to facilitate the description of the system and clarify the description of the existing system. Implementation, after doing the analysis and design, then the implementation is carried out, namely the development of the system, in this case starting the program. This application uses three users, namely the TU user, the Teacher user, the Homeroom user to view student data reports and student affective learning outcomes reports. The result of this research is a desktop-based application for assessing student learning outcomes in the affective aspect.

Abstract

Barbershop is an innovation or development of a service previously known as a barber or barbershop. Barbershop operations are led by a barber or hairstylist, also known as a hairstylist, who has special skills in shaving and creating a variety of men's hairstyles. The barbershop business is experiencing rapid growth in this era. While there may be different variations of the name or brand, this business promises very attractive prospects in the long term. With so many barbershop options available, finding the best one can be a daunting task. In choosing a barbershop, there are several criteria to consider, such as the skill of the hairstylist, price, services offered, facilities provided, and level of cleanliness. To organize data and provide recommendations regarding the best barbershop, it is necessary to use an effective information system. The term "Decision Support System" (DSS) is often used to describe these information systems. The main objective of the DSS system is to improve the decision-making process and make it more effective and efficient by providing information, analysis and data modeling. The data needed to provide the best barbershop recommendations in Samarinda City were collected using the WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) and ROC (Rank Order Centroid) methods in this study. The replacement for the BS4, Sir Salon Barbershop, has the highest rating of 0.9815, making it a top barbershop recommendation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (SILPM) di Kelurahan Sempaja Timur untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui digitalisasi manajemen data, pemantauan kegiatan, dan kolaborasi. Mitra utama adalah LPMK Sempaja Timur, yang berperan aktif dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan 100% anggota LPM yang dilatih mampu mengoperasikan sistem informasi, serta 90% responden merasa terbantu dalam mengakses informasi dan pelaporan melalui SILPM. Sistem ini berhasil mendigitalisasi 95% data anggota dan mencatat 80% laporan kegiatan secara real-time. Kesimpulannya, digitalisasi manajemen LPM mendukung peningkatan transparansi, efisiensi program, dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Rekomendasi mencakup pelatihan lanjutan, pemantauan keberlanjutan sistem, dan integrasi dengan program pemberdayaan lainnya. Implementation of the East Sempaja LPM Information System as an Acceleration of Increasing Community Welfare This study aims to implement the Community Empowerment Institution Information System (SILPM) in East Sempaja Village to enhance community welfare through digitalized data management, activity monitoring, and collaboration. The main partner is the East Sempaja Community Empowerment Institution (LPMK), actively involved in planning and execution. The participatory method included socialization, training, technology application, and monitoring and evaluation. The results demonstrate significant improvements, with 100% of trained LPM members able to operate the information system and 90% of respondents finding it beneficial for accessing information and reporting. The system successfully digitalized 95% of member data and recorded 80% of activity reports in real-time. In conclusion, LPM management digitalization supports enhanced transparency, program efficiency, and community engagement. Recommendations include advanced training, system sustainability monitoring, and integration with other empowerment programs.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul Transformasi Digital UMKM Budidaya Ikan Rundan Ali Sejahtera Untuk Pengelolaan Manajemen dan Peningkatan Produktivitas bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses bisnis yang terjadi pada UMKM tersebut. Adapun hasil yang diharapkan pada program pengabdian ini adalah tercapainya tujuan untuk menerapkan transformasi digital pada UMKM Rundan Ali Sejahtera untuk pengelolaan manajemen dan peningkatan produktivitas. Transformasi digital yang dilakukan adalah: (i) Pendigitalan proses. (ii) Kolaborasi digital. (iii) Peningkatan keterampilan digital. Sistem manajemen yang dibuat sangat membantu para anggota untuk melakukan pencatatan keuangan. Selain itu sistem juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pemesanan tempat dan waktu untuk memancing. Kegiatan ini juga memperkenalkan platform E-Fishery dan sosial media Instagram. Sedangkan sosial media Instagram digunakan sebagai media promosi kolam pemancingan. Dibuatkan pula alat pemberi pakan ikan otomatis yang diberi nama WFish Feeder. Peningkatan keterampilan digital oleh anggota POKDAKAN Rundan Ali Sejahtera rata-rata berkisar antara 20% - 50%. Pertanyaan terkait penggunaan perangkat digital dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari serta kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan aplikasi online mengalami peningkatan sekitar 25%. Pertanyaan yang terkait dengan akses internet untuk informasi budidaya dan kemampuan mengiklankan produk secara online memiliki persentase peningkatan sekitar 30%. Keterampilan membuat konten digital dan menggunakan aplikasi keuangan sederhana menunjukkan peningkatan sekitar 25%. Digital Transformation of Rundan Ali Sejahtera Fish Farming UMKM for Management and Increasing Productivity Community service entitled Digital Transformation of Rundan Ali Sejahtera Fish Farming UMKM for Management and Increased Productivity aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes that occur in the UMKM. The expected results of this community service program are the achievement of the goal of implementing digital transformation in Rundan Ali Sejahtera UMKM for management and increased productivity. The digital transformation carried out is: (i) Process digitization. (ii) Digital collaboration. (iii) Improving digital skills. The management system created is very helpful for members to record finances. In addition, the system can also be used to book places and times for fishing. This activity also introduced the E-Fishery platform and Instagram social media. While Instagram social media is used as a promotional media for fishing ponds. An automatic fish feeder was also made, named WFish Feeder. The improvement of digital skills by members of POKDAKAN Rundan Ali Sejahtera averaged between 20% - 50%. Questions related to the use of digital devices in daily work and confidence in using online applications increased by around 25%. Questions related to internet access for cultivation information and the ability to advertise products online have increased by about 30%. Skills in creating digital content and using simple financial applications have increased by about 25%.
