Abstract

Issues regarding occupational safety and health are important and often overlooked. This is evident from the significant occurrence of workplace accidents. Type, nature, condition and location of work in construction projects that tends to be dangerous resulting in a relatively high level of work accidents that occur to workers compared to other industries so it affects work productivity. The goal of this study is to determine the role that workplace health and safety plays in influencing worker output. The methodology employed for this study involves the utilization of a survey approach, employing both descriptive and verification methods. The population of this research consist of the workforce employed at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk Majalengka Rentang Dam Project. This research employed a non-probability sampling strategy, specifically the saturation sampling method. The study's sample size was 60 participants. The data analysis makes use of numerous techniques, the t-test for hypothesis testing and other statistical methods such as the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient assessment, model feasibility study, and so on. The study method followed a survey format and combined descriptive and verification techniques. Employee productivity was found to be affected by both workplace safety and occupational health, as predicted by the study's hypotheses.

Abstract

Abstract The Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMDes) is an elaboration of the vision and mission for the village in the welfare of village communities. The Government of Kulur Village, Majalengka sub-district, Majalengka Regency experienced problems in implementing planning meetings at the hamlet level as a reference for planning at the Village level. Other problems in preparing the RPJMDes were due to the unavailability of up-to-date village profile data and a lack of awareness of the importance of the planning document and the insufficient capacity of the tools villages in preparing the RPJMDes. This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of the village government, BPD and the drafters of the Kulur Village RPJMDes through training in the implementation of development planning and training in preparing the Village RPJMDes. This program is carried out in the form of training and mentoring. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of village officials, the BPD and the RPJMDesa drafting team in carrying out planning at the hamlet level and also in preparing the RPJMDes. The target achievement of this activity is the realization of the independence of village officials, the BPD and the RPJMDesa drafting team in carrying out planning and preparing the RPJMDesa in the future. Abstrak Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa (RPJMDes) merupakan penjabaran visi dan misi kepada desa dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat desa. Pemerintah Desa Kulur kecamatan Majalengka, Kabupaten Majalengka mengalami permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan musyawarah perencanaan di tingkat dusun sebagai acuan untuk perencanaan di tingkat Desa, Permasalahan lainnya dalam penyusunan RPJMDes karena tidak tersedianya data profil desa terkini dan kurangnya kesadaran betapa pentingnya dokumen perencanaan tersebut dan kurang memadainya kemampuan perangkat desa dalam menyusun RPJMDes. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan kapasitas pemerintahan Desa, BPD dan Penyusun RPJMDesaKulur melalui pelatihan pelaksanaan perencanaan pembangunandan pelatihan penyusunan RPJMDes. Program ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa meningkatnya pemahaman perangkat desa, BPD dan Tim penyusun RPJMDesa dalam melaksanakan perencanaan di tingkat dusun dan juga penyusunan RPJMDes. Target capaian kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya kemandirian perangkat desa, BPD dan Tim penyusun RPJMDesa dalam melaksanakan perencanaan dan menyusun RPJMDesa di masa yang akan datang. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dalam pembangunan ekonomi suatu daerah atau negara. UMKM memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap PDB dan tingkat lapangan kerja. Namun, UMKM menghadapi tantangan dalam mengakses pengetahuan, pemahaman, inovasi, dan digitalisasi. Artikel ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan UMKM di Desa Panggansari melalui optimalisasi pengetahuan, pemahaman, inovasi, dan digitalisasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi workshop, sosialisasi, dan pemantauan. Tujuannya adalah menciptakan desa kreatif di mana UMKM memainkan peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi lokal. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya pemberdayaan UMKM dan langkah-langkah konkret yang dapat diambil untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi saat ini

Abstract

This research began with the discovery of problems with employee performance. The problem seen in this research is employee performance that is capable of working competence and work commitment, where employees do not have good work skills and this is coupled with a low sense of employee loyalty when working. This research aims to determine the influence of work competency and work commitment on employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification analysis. The population in this study were employees of PT. Persada Selaras Indonesia, totaling 93 people, with a sample of all employees of PT. Persada Selaras Indonesia as many as 93 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The analytical tools used in this research are classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, model feasibility tests and partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of this research show that work competency and work commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Persada Selaras Indonesia.
