Abstract

Work-family conflict is a role conflict that arises between employees, on the one hand they have to work in the office, on the other hand they have to take care of the entire family, so it is difficult to differentiate between conflicts between work and family and between family and work. Work-family conflict is a conflict between work and family roles faced by employees. In this research, the population was determined, namely employees at the BUMN Bank PT The sampling technique in this research is a purposive sampling technique, meaning that not all samples can be used in the research. Purposive sampling technique is a sampling technique with certain criteria in research. The criteria were all female employees at the State-Owned Bank PT In sampling this research, the author used the Saturated sample formula, namely sampling if the entire population is used as a sample and is also known as a census. The research results found Work Family Conflict has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance for employees of BUMN PT X Semarang City.Work Family Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Work Life Balance for employees of BUMN PT X Semarang City Work Family Conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance for employees of BUMN PT X Semarang City. This means that a high level of Work Family Conflict does not have a greater influence on Work Life Balance. Based on the test results using the SmartPLS application program version 3.2.9 (Smart Partial Least Square), it can be concluded that the indirect influence on the research model consists of the indirect influence on the Work Family Conflict variable on Employee Performance through Work Life Balance. Keywords: Work Family Conflict, Work Life Balance, Employee Performance

Abstract

Gender equality is an important focus to discuss as the basis of the global movement for women's empowerment. To achieve economic prosperity in Indonesia, one of the women empowerment programs that can be implemented is the provision of entrepreneurship education. With an emphasis on innovation and skill development, this study highlights how entrepreneurship education not only creates better job opportunities, but also significantly improves women's competitiveness in the workforce. It is therefore necessary to explore the relationship between entrepreneurship education and women's empowerment in the context of sustainable economic prosperity in Indonesia. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method through the Watase Uake website. Data was obtained through analysis of relevant articles from reputable journals. The analysis shows that entrepreneurship education helps women develop the skills needed to manage businesses, understand finances and respond to market changes, contributing to financial independence and family well-being. The findings of this study are that entrepreneurship education has a significant role in increasing women's participation in sustainable economic sectors and positively impacting national economic growth through greater empowerment of women in sustainable and environmentally friendly economic activities. Through women's economic empowerment, it is hoped that community welfare can be achieved more equitably, fairly and sustainably in the long term.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of empowering leadership in facing the era of digital revolution/industry 4.0. The problem raised is the low performance of employees in several organizations caused by a lack of autonomy, trust, and support from leaders in the era of the digital revolution. The dynamic increase in the application of Industry 4.0 technology makes the orientation of organizations towards dehumanization result in a lot of employee concerns on technology which can lead to a loss of view of the centrality of human resources, because organizationrequires employees who are adaptive in the influence of employee motivation and work engagement. To overcome this, this study examines how empowering leadership can increase the behavior of extra employee roles which leads to improved performance in the era of the industrial revolution. The method used in this study is literature review. Research findings show that empowering leadership significantly improves employee performance. Employees who are given more autonomy and support by leaders can show proactive behavior that ultimately increases productivity and quality of work. The contribution of this study is to provide empirical evidence that leadership empowerment can be an effective strategy in improving employee performance in organizations. These findings are relevant for leaders who want to create a more collaborative and productive work environment in the era of the digital/Industry 4.0 revolution.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence the variables of work safety climate and work safety knowledge have on work safety behavior with work safety motivation as an intervening variable for health workers at RSU Asy-Syifa Sambi Boyolali. The data used in this study is primary data derived from the distribution of research questionnaires. The population in this study were health workers at Asy-Syifa Sambi Boyolali General Hospital, both permanent and non-permanent employees, totaling 130 people. The sample in this study was the entire population mentioned above, namely 130 people. The sampling technique used in this research is the census. This study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with the AMOS 24.0 analysis tool. The findings show that work safety climate has a positive effect on work safety behavior, work safety knowledge has a positive effect on work safety behavior, work safety climate has a positive effect on work safety motivation, work safety knowledge has a positive effect on work safety motivation, work safety motivation has a positive effect on work safety behavior, work safety climate has a positive and significant effect on work safety behavior through work safety motivation, work safety knowledge has a positive and significant effect on work safety behavior through work safety motivation. This study shows that companies must establish a good work safety climate and work safety knowledge for employees so that they are able to improve work safety behavior both directly and through intervening work safety motivation variables.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan prestasi kerja perawat di RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. Penelitian sebelumnya telah menunjukkan hasil yang kontroversial tentang bagaimana hubungan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dan peran komitmen organisasi di atasnya. Untuk menganalisis komitmen organisasi sebagai mediasi / intervening variabel, analisis jalur digunakan untuk mengkonfi rmasi hubungan antara variabel. Ada 130 perawat dari RSUD Tugurejo Semarang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan memenuhi kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komitmen organisasi memediasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja Ini berarti komitmen yang tinggi yang sesuai dengan kepuasan kerja akan membawa kinerja organisasi yang tinggi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan self-rating, sehingga dalam penelitian masa depan data aktual kinerja dapat digunakan sebagai pembanding.
