Abstract

Performance of a company is determined by the condition and behavior of employees who owned company. One form of employee behavior that can not be prevented the occurrence of a desire to move (turnover intention) that led to the employee's decision to leave her job. High employee turnover rate may result in the organization becomes ineffective because the company loses experienced employees and the need to retrain new employees. This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables of job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees. The research was conducted in STIKES Widya Husada Semarang. The number of samples set at 98 respondents to the census methods and data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of testing of the hypothesis, suggesting that job stress variables have a positive effect on employee turnover intention. Job satisfaction is negatively affecting the turnover intention of employees. The results of a small coefficient of determination indicates that the ability of the independent variables (job stress and job satisfaction) in explaining the dependent variable (turnover intention of employees) is very limited.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji aspek yuridis dari pelayanan bidan dalam memberikan konsultasi kepada ibu hamil dan nifas dengan pembatasan pada perlindungan hukum dan tanggung jawab bidan dalam memberikan pelayanan konsultasi melalui whatsapp. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Bidan dalam melakukan konsultasi dengan ibu hamil, nifas dan ibu yang memiliki bayi baru lahir dilindungi oleh undang-undang no 4 tahun 2019 tentang kebidanan. Selain itu juga sesuai dengan pedoman bagi ibu hamil, bersalin nifas dan Bayi baru lahir di era pandemi Covid-19. Bidan mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk menjaga rahasia pasien meskipun konsultasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan whatsapp. The purpose of this study was to examine the juridical aspects of midwife services in providing consultation to pregnant and postpartum women with restrictions on legal protection and the midwife's responsibilities in providing consultation services via whatsapp. By using a normative research method with a statutory approach. The results of the study show that midwives in consulting with pregnant women, postpartum and mothers who have newborns are protected by law no 4 of 2019 concerning midwifery. In addition, it is also in accordance with the guidelines for pregnant women, childbirth and newborns in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. Midwives have a responsibility to maintain patient confidentiality even though consultations are carried out using WhatsApp.

Abstract

Background: The Sayang Bunda application is an E-Health android application offered by the Semarang City Health Office which provides consultation services to pregnant women and postpartum mothers. E-Health is considered effective as a medium for consulting pregnant women in the city of Semarang. However, based on a preliminary survey to pregnant women, there are pregnant women who do not use and even do not know the application. The purpose of this study was to explore the obstacles in the implementation of the "Sayang Bunda" E-Health Application. Research Methods: This research is a qualitative research where this research is basic and aims to obtain information and data related to the implementation of the Sayang Bunda E-Health application. Data collection techniques use interviews with the health center coordinator midwives and questionnaires with pregnant women and postpartum mothers. The subjects of this study are pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and the managers of community health centers. The study results show that pregnant women and postpartum mothers prefer WhatsApp groups to have consultation related to pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborns since it is easier to do. It is recommended to have policy integration among several parties so that the implementation of the Sayang Bunda E-Health can be carried out optimally. Keywords: E-Health, Obstacles, Implementation.

Abstract

Status gizi merupakan keadaan tubuh sebagai akibat interaksi antara asupan energi dan protein serta zat-zat gizi esensial lainnya dengan keadaan kesehatan tubuh. Ketidakseimbangan (kelebihan atau kekurangan) antara zat gizi dengan kebutuhan tubuh akan menyebabkan kelainan patologi bagi tubuh manusia. Keadaan demikian disebut dengan malnutrition (gizi salah atau kelainan gizi). Secara umum bentuk kelainan gizi digolongkan menjadi 2 yaitu overnutrition (kelebihan gizi) dan under nutrition (kekurangan gizi). Permasalahan yang ditemukan di RW 09 adalah adanya pandemi Covid ini terdapat 62 % ibu yang memiliki balita takut membawa balitanya ke posyandu walaupun di posyandu sudah diterapkan protokol kesehatan. Posyandu yang dilaksanakan hanya dihadiri 36 balita dan sisanya tidak hadir di posyandu. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memotivasi ibu supaya mau mengajak balitanya ke posyandu adalah dengan melaksanakan posyandu sesuai dengan protokol Covid dan juga mendampingi ibu untuk menggunakan aplikasi status gizi supaya ibu yang mempunyai balita bisa memantau status gizi balita di rumah setiap bulannya.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to see the effect of perceived ease of use and trust on Halodoc customer satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with the criteria of respondents living in the city of Semarang and having used the Halodoc application at least 1 time. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale of 53 respondents. The data from this study were tested using multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease of use has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and the trust variable also has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The value of R Square obtained is 0.589. This means that the variable of customer satisfaction is influenced by the perceived ease of use and trust of 58.9%. While the remaining 41.1% is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study.

Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi masalah kesehatan serius yang di hadapi Indonesia. Berdasarkan data Survei Status Gizi Nasional (SSGI) tahun 2022, prevalensi stunting di Indonesia di angka 21,6%. Jumlah ini menurun dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yaitu 24,4%. Walaupun menurun, angka tersebut masih tinggi, mengingat target prevalensi stunting di tahun 2024 sebesar 14% dan standard WHO di bawah 20%. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Pemberdayaan Kader Posyandu Dalam Upaya Peningkatan Pengetahuan Stunting di Kelurahan Babankerep ini dilakukan melalui pemaparan materi, pembagian leaflet, diskusi dan evaluasi. Hasil yang dicapai dalam PKM ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dari kader tentang stunting, selain itu dengan adanya PKM ini diharapkan kader dapat senantiasa mencegah terjadinya stunting pada balita di daerahnya.

Abstract

Bunga telang merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman obat yang bisa dibudidayakan di halaman rumah warga. Beberapa manfaat dari bunga telang diantaranya dapat mengobati gangguan penglihatan, mengobati infeksi tenggorokan, mengobati bisul, mengobati batuk dan sebagai minuman kesehatan. Namun demikian, di RT 06 / RW 09 Kelurahan Gondoriyo sendiri, belum ada keluarga yang menanam dan membudidayakan bunga telang. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, diharapkan peserta PkM yaitu ibu-ibu PKK di RT 06 / RW 09 Kelurahan Gondoriyo memiliki semangat berwirausaha setelah memiliki pengetahuan tentang pembuatan produk minuman berbahan dasar bunga telang yang terjangkau namun memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan. Peserta yang hadir pada saat pelaksanaan kegiatan PkM berjumlah 15 orang. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini berupa ceramah, demonstrasi dan diskusi aktif tentang cara budidaya bunga telang, manfaat bunga telang bagi kesehatan, produk olahan bunga telang yang dapat menjadi peluang usaha serta cara perhitungan biaya produksi untuk menentukan harga jual. Berdasarkan perbandingan hasil test, hasil evaluasi kegiatan PkM yang diisi oleh peserta, dan antusiasme peserta dalam mengajukan pertanyaan pada saat sesi diskusi selama kegiatan PkM, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta pelatihan memahami isi materi yang disampaikan oleh pemateri terbukti dari 93% dari peserta mendapatkan nilai Post-Test yang lebih tinggi dari nilai Pre-Test.

Abstract

Every human being has a desire to be healthy. Efforts to get healing by buying their own medicine are one of the options that people are interested in. Medicine is a chemical substance that has an effect. Drugs if consumed freely can be given drug doses (over and the risk of mismatch between the disease and the drug consumed (medication error). Consumption of drugs without a doctor's prescription or choosing yourself according to the symptoms faced, can result in errors in drug consumption that can be dangerous. People need to know how to choose drugs that can be purchased freely. Counseling activities were carried out on 20 cadres of Bambankerep Village. The stages of activity begin with the preparation of counseling, implementation and evaluation. From the results of the activity there was an increase in knowledge about drug classes and types of drugs rose to 30%. The hope is that cadres can transmit information to the people in their area so that people understand about drug selection.

Abstract

Telemedicine applications in Indonesia have developed rapidly since the COVID-19 pandemic. Telemedicine itself is considered an alternative solution for equal distribution of health services in Indonesia which will continue to grow even after the COVID-19 pandemic is over. However, the use of telemedicine applications is not free from several challenges. Some community groups do not trust the security of patient data and the privacy rights of telemedicine application users. Other community groups also doubt the certification of doctors who provide health consultations or the effectiveness of online examinations. This research wants to find out whether ease of use of the application, trust, and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on the intention to reuse the telemedicine application in the long term. This research uses a descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were users of telemedicine applications in Indonesia. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method, namely sampling is carried out by selecting subjects based on specific criteria, namely respondents who have used the telemedicine application at least once and are over 17 years old. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed via Googleform to 229 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with SPSS 16 software. The results of this research showed that perceived ease of use, trust, and customer satisfaction had a significant effect on the intention to reuse. The intention to reuse variable is influenced by perceived ease of use, trust, and customer satisfaction by 47.2%.

Abstract

Malnutrition and stunting are significant public health issues that also impact the quality and capacity of human resources. Stunting, a chronic condition caused by prolonged inadequate nutritional intake, results in growth disorders, including shorter-than-average height and impaired brain development. These challenges can affect a child’s academic achievement, productivity, and creativity in later life. Addressing stunting requires comprehensive, collaborative strategies involving various stakeholders. This qualitative descriptive study examines the use of the Trengginas application as an innovative tool to detect and address stunting during the COVID-19 pandemic. Developed by the Semarang City Health Office, the Trengginas application allows stunting detection without requiring direct physical interaction with patients, aligning with pandemic restrictions. Data were collected through interviews with nutrition officers at the Mangkang Health Center, who are responsible for implementing the application. The study found that the Trengginas application requires minimal technical resources: a mobile phone, internet access, a WhatsApp account, and entry of the Population Identification Number and Family Card data. Nutrition officers play a central role in operating the application, which facilitates remote monitoring and intervention for stunting cases. This research highlights the potential of digital health innovations like the Trengginas application in addressing stunting challenges, especially during restrictive conditions such as a pandemic. By leveraging technology, the application supports efficient data collection and intervention delivery, making it a valuable tool in the effort to reduce stunting and improve child health outcomes in Semarang City
