Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kreativitas belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas X di SMK 02 Uram Jaya Kabupaten Lebong. Hasil belajar dalam mengikuti mata pelajran ekonomi siswa kelas X di SMK 02 Uram Jaya Kabupaten Lebong. Ada pengaruh kreativitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMK 02 Uram Jaya Kabupaten Lebong. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK 02 Uram Jaya Kabupaten Lebongyang berjumlah 149 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 38 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknikobservasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahregresi linear sederhana,pengujian regresi dan pengujian koefisiensi determinan. Berdasarkanhasil penelitian ini, nilai rata-rata kreativitas belajar 88 dan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 85. Halini terbukti bahwa Fhitung(72,34) lebih besar dari pada Ftabel dengan tarif signifikan 5% yaitu (4,10) atau(72,34 > 4,10). Berarti kreativitas mengajar guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelasXI sebesar65,55%. Katakunci: Kreativitas Belajar,Hasil Belajar

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) planning for the independent curriculum in economics subjects at SMAN 1 Bengkulu (2) implementation of the independent curriculum for economics subjects at SMAN 1 Bengkulu (3) evaluation of the independent curriculum for economics subjects at SMAN 1 Bengkulu. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Bengkulu using a qualitative descriptive research approach and type. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis used in this research includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation, namely source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of research conducted at SMAN 1 Bengkulu are: (1) in planning learning, the teaching tools used by the teacher are appropriate and refer to the teaching tools provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture (2) the learning carried out by the teacher tries to refer to the learning principles in the independent and existing curriculum. at the developing stage with the consideration that the learning carried out is centered on students and the accuracy of the learning methods used (3) evaluation is carried out by referring to the assessment principles launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Abstract

The progress of a nation is largely determined by the quality of its national character, national character is a very important component of human resources. The Indonesian National Education System Law is an important document that highlights the role of national education in helping to develop potential and shape the character and civilization of the nation's next generation. in an effort to increase the intelligence of the country's life. This study aims to determine the implementation of character education in building students' social attitudes through integrated Social Studies Learning Class VIII at SMPN 21 Bengkulu City This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique collecting data used observation, interview and documentation.The research results indicate as follows: (1) the process of implementing character education in buliding students' social attitudes through Integrated Social Sciences learning for class VIII 2 SMPN 21 Bengkulu is carried out by integrating character education with Integrated Social Sciences subjects and instilling character values in every lesson that takes place so that students' social attitudes can be formed, (2) social attitudes formed in class VIII 2 include: honesty, responsibility, tolerance, mutual cooperation, politeness and self-confidence, (3) assessment carried out by the teacher by using a students’ attitude observation sheet which is divided into four items, namely self-assessment, peer assessment, observation and journal.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the interpersonal communication skills of teachers and students in the social studies learning process at SMPN 21 Bengkulu City. The research method used was quantitative descriptive research with research subjects involving 36 class VIII students. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation. The research results show that the teacher's interpersonal communication skills with students in the learning process are quite good. This can be proven by the results of data analysis, the average calculation obtained is 66. Thus, it can be said that if a teacher is able to carry out good interpersonal communication, the students' communication skills in learning will also be higher, but on the contrary, if the teacher's interpersonal communication skills are still low, students' communication skills will also tend to be low. The conclusion from this research is that the teacher's interpersonal communication skills with class VIII students in the social studies learning process at SMPN 21 Bengkulu City are in the Good category. Research can be a basis for teachers to develop their insight and knowledge to improve students' communication skills in the learning process so that they are more effective.

Abstract

Character education plays an important role in forming a moral and ethical generation. Without character education, students may have difficulty distinguishing between good and bad. Character education teaches values ​​that are important for students' personal lives. This research aims to determine the application of character education in class VIII social studies subjects at SMPN 18 Bengkulu City. The research method used is qualitative research with research subjects involving social studies teachers and class VIII students. With data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that SMPN 18 Bengkulu City in the social studies learning process has implemented character education in the form of religious character, discipline, curiosity, responsibility and tolerance. The school also tries to continue to do its best to implement all existing character education for their students. The conclusion from this research is that SMPN 18 Bengkulu City has implemented character education in social studies subjects which can be a basis for teachers to develop their knowledge in order to create a conducive learning environment as an effort to develop student character.

Abstract

The use of new media is now starting to spread to government. The government is currently also intensifying its public information disclosure program in accordance with Law no. 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information. The research approach model used is qualitative content analysis. Through the government website, the community can benefit from information regarding making KTPs, village funds, government agendas, the latest news in the area where they live, public services, procurement information, government vision and mission, participating in supervising and overseeing government wheels, reporting on government performance, and many more. lots of other information that can be seen. With the many advantages of this new media, the government will also be greatly helped in carrying out its functions, especially in providing information and public services to the community. The public will also be greatly helped by the convenience obtained from the use of new media in the government sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi marketing mix 4P terhadap keputusan pembelian Batik Sungai Lemau di Desa Padang Kedeper Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Strategi marketing mix meliputi produk, harga, tempat, promosi yang digunakan untuk menarik minat konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier sederhana. Subjek penelitian adalah 40 konsumen. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Strategi Marketing Mix memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 60,45 berada dalam kategori baik, Keputusan Pembelian Batik Sungai Lemau memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 20,00 berada dalam kategori Tinggi, sehingga diperoleh hasil signifikan antara variable Marketing Mix terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 0,05 (maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima), Berdasarkan nilai Koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 55,5%, yang menunjukkan bahwa Marketing Mix memberikan kontribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian sisanya 44,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemilihan jurusan desain dan produksi busana terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMKS 3 Idhata Curup. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas XII jurusan desain dan produksi busana SMKS 3 Idhata curu, yang berjumlah 19 siswa. sampel yang digunakan total sampling dengan total 19 siswa. teknik pengumpulan data yaitu adalah observasi,angket dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data mengunakan alat analisis IBM SPSS statistic 27. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh Pemilihan jurusan desain dan produksi busana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa di SMKS 3 Idhata Curup, dengan setiap peningkatan satu unit jurusan meningkatkan minat berwirausaha sebesar 0,744 unit. Uji regresi menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan, dengan p-value sangat rendah (0,000). Model regresi yang digunakan dapat menjelaskan variasi minat berwirausaha dengan baik tanpa adanya masalah multikolinearitas. Pemilihan jurusan desain dan produksi busana memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa, dengan sekitar 83,1% variasi minat berwirausaha dapat dijelaskan oleh pemilihan jurusan ini sedangkan sisanya 16,9 % dipengaruhi fator lain. Koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,912 menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara kedua variabel tersebut.

Abstract

 The study was montivated by the increasing consumptive lifestyle and low financial literacy among students, which have an impact on unwise financial behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on the financial behavior of students of the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The research method used was quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, and data processing using the IBM SPSS 21 analysis tool. The sampel of this study consisted of 35 students. The results of the study indicate that financial literacy and lifestyle have a significant influence on students’ financial behavior. This was proven through the F law and t test with a significant value below 0.05. Based on the results of the determination test, it was found that the influence of financial literacy and lifestyle variables on financial behavior reached 51.5%. these results indicate the importance of increasing financial understanding and responsible student financial behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan GrabFood terhadap omzet penjualan di Roti Bakar Gacor Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan GrabFood berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap omzet penjualan di Roti Bakar Gacor Kota Bengkulu. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 16,599 + 0,321X, yang menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan kualitas layanan GrabFood akan meningkatkan omzet penjualan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar daripada t tabel (2,045) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,013 (<0,05), sehingga hipotesis penelitian diterima. Dengan demikian, penggunaan layanan GrabFood mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan jumlah transaksi, serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan omzet penjualan Roti Bakar Gacor Kota Bengkulu.   Kata Kunci: Grab  Food, Omzet Penjualan, Roti Bakar Gacor
