This study aims to analyze whether the accountability and independency principles affect the preferences of muzakki to pay zakat to zakat management institutions. This study uses saturated samples by involving all members of the population as many as 30 permanent muzakki people who routinely pay their zakat to the PKPU Bukittinggi IZI Amil Zakat Institution. This study reveals that the accountability and independency principle has a positive and significant effect on muzakki's preference to pay zakat to zakat management institutions. These findings offer empirical evidence that it is important to implement accountability and independency principles in a zakat management organization to create muzakki preferences. With the existence of a clear system of accountability and reporting and the application of sound organizational principles, muzakki still chooses to distribute their zakat to the zakat management institution itself. Furthermore, this research recommends the strategy to increase muzakki trust in amil zakat institutions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah Financial Literacy, Initial Capital Dan Profit berpengaruh terhadap Minat Mahasiswa untuk berinvestasi di pasarmodal syari’ah. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yang melibatkan 90 orang dari 946 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam ( FEBI ) UIN Sjech M.Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi yang sudah belajar matakuliah mengenai pasar modal syariah.Metode pengambilan sampelmenggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan software menggunakan teknik Statitistik dengan SPSS 28. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa secara parsial financial literacy dan profit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa berinvestasi di pasar modal syari’ah. Sedangkan Initial Capital tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap terhadap minat mahsiswa berinvestasi di pasar modal syari’ah. Dan Financial Literacy, Initial Capital Dan Profit secara simultan mempengaruhi minatmahasiwa berinvestasi dalam pasar modal syari’ah. Temuan ini menawarkan bukti empiris bahwa pentingnya Financial Literacy, Initial Capital Dan Profit untuk membangun minat mahasiswa berinvestasi dalam pasar modal syariah.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of labor and capital on the income of a group of women farmers (case study of the banana blossom jerky business in Korong Kp. Tangah Kenagarian, Head of Ampalu District, Padang Pariaman District). This research is quantitative research, with data analysis techniques using statistical formulas, interview tools, observation and questionnaires. There were 30 respondents and data was collected through distributing questionnaires and documents obtained directly from the head of the women's farmer group. Using saturated samples taken from all members of the women farming group. This study's R-squared value of 59% indicates that capital and labour both influence income at the same time. In other words, 59% of the income-influencing factors are labour and capital. Furthermore, additional factors that were not included in this study account for 41% of the variation. The t test revealed that the women farmers' income was positively and significantly impacted by labour and capital. Government policymakers can utilize this information as a basis for choices about revenue growth, particularly in areas where regional development is a priority.

Measurement of the company's financial performance must be able to provide indicators of changes in the level of welfare of shareholders as a result of investment in a certain period of time. With the means of financial information as a tool of management accountability to company owners, depiction of the company's success sectors and as a consideration in decision making from the influence of capital structure and liquidity. This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure (Debt to Equty), Liquidity (Current Ratio) on Financial Performance (Return On Asset) in Basic Materials Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX in 2019-2023. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods which look for cause-and-effect relationships between variables or to test predetermined hypotheses with discussion of theories from experts. The research sample obtained was 120 observation data, using Purposive Sampling technique. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, classicalassumption test, multiple linearregression test, hypothesistesting, coefficient ofdetermination (R2) test. The results of the research conducted show that capital structure has a negative and significant effect on financial performance in manufacturing companies in the basic materials sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. Liquidity also has a negative and significant effect on financial performance.

This research aims to find out whether the distribution of People’s Business Credit Funds (KUR) has an effect on the income of community MSMEs in Jorong Salido Barat. Data collection uses primary data. The population of this research is the community of MSME owners who borrowed KUR funds in Jorong Salido Barat, totaling 34 people. The sampling technique in this research is Saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples. This is often done when the population is relatively small, less than 30 people, so all members of the population are sampled, namely 34 people. Data analysis methods include Research Instrument Tests through Validity and Reliability Tests, Classical Assumption Tests through Normality Tests and Heteroscedasticity Tests, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, hypothesis testing through T Tests (Partial) and Determination Coefficient Tests (R2). The results of this research show that in the Correlation test (T test) the significant value of tcount > ttable is 10.289 > 1.693. This shows that the more People’s Business Credit (KUR) given to MSME owners can be put to good use by Micro Business actors for business capital, the more they can increase their income.

This research is motivated by the number of Sharia insurance customers at PT. Al-Amin Padang Sharia Life Insurance depends on the collaborating agencies. The increase and decrease in customers depends on the collaborating agencies. Promotion is also inadequate due to the lack of effective advertising placement which only depends on the agencies collaborating with the company. And there is a research gap compared to before. This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Image and Promotion on Purchase Decisions in choosing Sharia Insurance products at Pt. Al-Amin Padang Sharia Life Insurance. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data source is primary data obtained from observations and distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Data was distributed to 99 Sharia life insurance customers. Based on the results of research at a significance level of 5%, it shows that Brand Image has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decisions. This is proven by the Tcount value being greater than Ttable (18,984 > 1,984). and Promotion has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decisions. This is proven by the Tcount value being greater than Ttable (8,837 > 1,984). This means that the better the promotion is, the more product purchase decisions can be made. Brand Image and Promotion both have a significant positive effect on Purchase Decisions. This is proven by the value of Fcount > Ftable = 195,562 > 3.09. This means that the better the Brand Image and Promotion, the product Purchase Decision can increase. The results of this research can be used by PT. Al-Amin Sharia Life Insurance Padang Marketing Office to formulate marketing strategies that are more targeted, effective and efficient so as to increase the number of customers.

This research aims to analyze the influence of facilities and word of mouth on tourists' visiting decisions at the Angso Duo Island tourist attraction, Pariaman City. The method in this research is quantitative using data analysis techniques, namely research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, hypothesis testing (t test and f test), and coefficient of determination testing. The sample used was 100 tourists who were used as respondents. The research results show that the results of the t test and F test obtained a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus the Facilities variable (X1) and the Word of mouth variable (X2) have a positive and significant influence on Visiting Decisions (Y). And the R-Square value is 0.246 or 24.6%, which shows that the influence of facilities and word of mouth is 24.6% on tourists' visiting decisions.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap preferensi pengelola BUMNag dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Studi ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 35 orang pengelola BUMNag yang terlibat dalam penyusunan dan pelaporan keuangan. Pengolahan data dalam studi ini menggunakan PLS dan diolah dengan aplikasi warp PLS 7.0. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap preferensi pengelola dalam mengelola laporan keuangan. Hasil temuan dalam studi ini menjelaskan bukti empiris bahwa pentingnya literasi tentang keuangan. Literasi keuangan tidak hanya meningkatkan akurasi laporan, tetapi juga membentuk preferensi pengelola untuk menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan yang berlaku.
