Abstract

The problem studied in this study is about the implementation of risk management in dealing with problematic murabahah financing at BMT Al-Hijrah Bukittinggi. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of risk management in overcoming problematic murabahah financing at the institution. This type of research is classified as Descriptive Qualitative Research. Descriptive Qualitative Research is recognized as one type of research within the qualitative research category, where events and phenomena from individual lives are studied, and one or a group of people are asked to share their life experiences. In this approach, data is collected through methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted in three main phases: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of risk management in Murabahah financing at BMT Al Hijrah Bukittinggi has been carried out effectively. This is evidenced by the determination of requirements when financing is submitted and the implementation of a structured risk management process. The first step taken involves risk identification, which is conducted by applying the 5C principle (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Economic Condition) along with 3R (Rescheduling, Reconditioning, and Restructuring), adjusted to the conditions and characteristics, as well as Sharia rules that prohibit business activities contrary to the teachings of Allah and government regulations. The identification process is conducted through the examination of financing needs, direct observation in the field, and reference to applicable policies. Furthermore, risk measurement is performed by grouping the quality of financing, followed by risk monitoring through routine inspections. Risk control is implemented through various steps, such as intensive monitoring, the setting of financing limits, the avoidance of risky financing, debt collection, the sending of reminder letters, and the provision of advice to customers. Although this risk management is implemented well, the risk cannot be completely eliminated. Therefore, the importance of risk prevention efforts is strongly emphasized by BMT Al Hijrah through understanding, assessing, measuring, and managing risks according to their nature.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to address the suboptimal use of digital marketing as a promotional medium in the digital era. Additionally, PT Sutra Hidayah Tour and Umrah Travel in Bukittinggi lacks sufficient resources in the marketing department. The objective of this study is to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by PT Sutra Hidayah to enhance awareness among Umrah pilgrims. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, including interviews, observations, and documentation, which are then evaluated using SWOT analysis. The purpose of this analysis is to recognize and determine marketing strategies and develop alternative strategies to increase public interest The survey found that PT Sutra Hidayah Tour has several advantages, including the implementation of well-structured SOPs, attractive Umrah packages, collaborations with communities, and promotions through social media. Opportunities that can be leveraged include technological advancements, marketing expansion, a strategic location, and a better understanding of the millennial generation. Additionally, there are risks, including intense competition and low public trust. The results of the SWOT matrix recommend prioritizing the SO (Strengths and Opportunities) strategy, which utilizes internal strengths while optimizing external opportunities.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap preferensi pengelola BUMNag dalam menyusun laporan keuangan. Studi ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 35 orang pengelola BUMNag yang terlibat dalam penyusunan dan pelaporan keuangan. Pengolahan data dalam studi ini menggunakan PLS dan diolah dengan aplikasi warp PLS 7.0. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap preferensi pengelola dalam mengelola laporan keuangan. Hasil temuan dalam studi ini menjelaskan bukti empiris bahwa pentingnya literasi tentang keuangan. Literasi keuangan tidak hanya meningkatkan akurasi laporan, tetapi juga membentuk preferensi pengelola untuk menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Salah satu perhatian utama setiap daerah adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi. Industri pariwisata adalah salah satu yang berpotensi meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Jumlah wisatawan yang datang dapat memengaruhi tingkat sumbangan sektor pariwisata terhadap PDRB. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh jumlah kunjungan wisatawan yang belum selalu berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan pendapatan regional Kota Bukittinggi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat pengaruh kunjungan wisatawan terhadap laju pertumbuhan pendapatan daerah di Kota Bukittinggi. Pendekatan yang dipakai yaitu metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis data melalui regresi linier sederhana. Jenis data dalam studi ini yaitu data sekunder time series yang berkaitan dengan jumlah wisatawan dan PDRB, yang diambil dari BPS Kota Bukittinggi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, tingkat pertumbuhan pendapatan regional Kota Bukittinggi secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Sebanyak 54,1% dari PDRB Kota Bukittinggi dapat dijelaskan oleh jumlah kunjungan wisatawan, sementara 45,9% sisanya berasal dari variabel lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam studi ini. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting dalam memahami hubungan antara wisatawan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Bukittinggi. Namun, penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor lain yang dapat memengaruhi pendapatan regional, serta merumuskan strategi kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kontribusi sektor pariwisata Kota Bukittinggi.
