Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui apakah budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sinergi Global Servis Cabang Pekanbaru. 2) Untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sinergi Global Servis Cabang Pekanbaru. 3) Untuk mengetahui apakah budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sinergi Global Servis Cabang Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Sinergi Global Servicing cabang Pekanbaru yang beralamat di Jl. Baung, Tangerang Barat, Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada seluruh karyawan PT Sinergi Global Servis cabang Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 30 orang dan semuanya dijadikan sampel (total sampling). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal, tidak terjadi multikolinearitas dan tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas. Hasil pengujian secara simultan (Uji F) budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Synergy Global Service Cabang Pekanbaru. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Synergy Global Service Cabang Pekanbaru. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi yang telah disesuaikan dengan nilai R_Square sebesar 0,806 berarti 80,6% variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan 19,4% lainnya dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

This research is theoretically sourced from the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 43 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning villages which defines that Village Fund Allocation is the balance received by the Regency/City Government in the Regency/City Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget after deducting special allocation funds. And According to Law Number 11 of 2009 concerning social welfare article 1 paragraph 1 it is stated that social welfare is a condition of fulfilling material, spiritual, and condition needs of citizens so that they can live decently and are able to develop themselves, so that they can carry out their social functions. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The types of data sources used are secondary data and primary data, the population in this study was 1,555 people and the sample selected was 94 people with incidental sampling techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires, conducting interviews and observations. The results of this research and discussion of this research indicate that there is an influence of fund allocation on the welfare of village communities. The R square value shows that 18.3% of the level of community welfare can be explained by the village fund allocation variable and the remaining 81.7% is explained by other variables that influence the welfare of the people of Cinta Damai Village, Tapung Hilir District, Kampar Regency. Abstract

This research is based on the statement of the Governor of Riau Province who stated his plan to convert Bank Riau-Kepri into Bank Riau-Kepri Syariah in mid-2019, but until now the conversion has not been carried out. The purpose of this study was to find out how the public's perception of the conversion of Bank Riau-Kepri into Bank Riau-Kepri-Syariah. In this paper, the author uses qualitative analysis methods, namely analysis by means of descriptive qualitative and argumentative. The results of the study show that the wants and needs of the people of Riau and outside Riau for Islamic Banks are very high, this can be seen from the questionnaire that the author distributed to respondents. Public doubts arise about the seriousness of the Riau Provincial Government towards the conversion of Bank Riau-Kepri to the totality of Bank Riau-Kepri Syariah, as a community who is aware and understands sharia, the community continues to support not only haste, but stands at the forefront to fully support the achievement of a blessed society. with the establishment of sharia in the field of muamalah.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of using the Brimo application on the consumer behavior of students at the EHMRI Islamic Institute (IAI). The Brimo application is a digital banking platform that provides various conveniences in financial transactions, such as fund transfers, payments and checking balances. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey design. The research sample consisted of 100 IAI EHMRI students who used the Brimo application. Data was collected through a questionnaire that measured the level of consumer behavior before and after using Brimo. Based on the output above, the tcount value is 16,060, while the ttable value is 1.668. This explains that tcount (16,060) > ttable (1.668) with sig 0.000 < sig 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of BRIMO on the Effect of using Brimo on the Consumptive Behavior of IAI Students. The results of this study indicate that the use of Brimo can provide maximum benefits if balanced with increased awareness and good financial management by students.

Abstract

Saat ini persaingan antar bank sangat kompetitif, baik di pasar nasional maupun pasar global. Hal tersebut merupakan tantangan yang harus dihadapi dan ditangani oleh seluruh perusahaan perbankan. Tuntutan akan fasilitas teknologi informasi yang canggih pada masa kini dan masa depan menjadi tantangan perbankan untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas layanan mobile banking terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada unit BRI desa Sekijang Kecamatan Tapung Hilir. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif konkrit karena dapat dikuantifikasi dalam bentuk angka-angka. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 62 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis linear sederhana. Kualitas layanan mobile banking berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan nasabah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh antara Kualitas layanan secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan nasabah. Artinya, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) kecamatan Tapung Hilir, senantiasa berupaya untuk meningkatkan Indikator Kualitas layanan Aplikasi Mobile Banking yang digunakan oleh nasabah bank BRI sehingga secara simultan Kualitas layanan yang diberikan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan untuk nasabah menggunakan kembali layanan Mobile Banking sehingga terbentuk sikap yang positif terhadap Kualitas Layanan Mobile Banking.

Abstract

Salah satu problem yang langsung menyentuh Pekerja/pegawai/karyawan dan buruh adalah rendahnya atau tidak sesuainya pendapatan (gaji) yang diperoleh dengan tuntutan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya beserta tanggungannya. Kebutuhan hidup semakin tinggi, sementara gaji/upah atau imbalan yang diterima relatif tetap, menjadi salah satu pendorong gerak protes dan tidak produktifnya kaum buruh di Indonesia bahkan di seluruh dunia. Permasalahan ini perlu dikaji ulang dari aspek keadilan dan kelayakannya, terutama dari aspek penetapan Upah tersebut dari perspektif ekonomi Islam yang memiliki sistem yang bersumber dati ketetapan syariat Islam (al Qur’an dan al Hadits) dan sudah dinyatakan banyak ilmuan dan ekonom dunia sebagai solusi dari kegagalan sistem kapitalis, sosialis, liberalis maupun neo-liberalis yang selama ini diterapkan. Tujuan penulisan paper ini adalah untuk mengembalikan konsep penetapan upah oleh suatu perusahaan/instansi maupun lembaga kepada konsep Ekonomi Islam yaitu dengan mempertimbangkan aspek keadilan terhadap Pekerja/karyawan ataupun pegawai yang dipekerjakan baik dari segi tingkatan pekerjaan yang dilakukan maupun kebutuhan pekerja itu sendiri serta tidak melakukan pelanggaran terhadap aturan-aturan Nash yang sudah ada di dalam al Qur’an maupun al Hadis yang mengatur tentang Penetapan Upah bagi pekerja/karyawan dan para pegawai yang dipekerjakan.

Abstract

Masyarakat Kampung Tasik Seminai menghadapi masalah rendahnya partisipasi dalam pemanfaatan Gedung Olahraga (GOR) desa. GOR belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal sehingga fungsi sosial dan kesehatannya belum tercapai. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat melalui pengaktifan kembali olahraga favorit, yaitu badminton dan voli, dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi manfaat olahraga, penyuluhan kesehatan, pembentukan kelompok penggerak, penyusunan jadwal latihan rutin, serta pelaksanaan turnamen lokal. Mitra yang terlibat adalah pemerintah desa, karang taruna, dan masyarakat umum, dengan total partisipasi sekitar 60 orang. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara singkat, dan pencatatan kegiatan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi sebesar 65%, ditandai dengan bertambahnya warga yang rutin berlatih dan terbentuknya komunitas olahraga desa. Dampak lainnya adalah meningkatnya kesadaran hidup sehat, terjalinnya kebersamaan antarwarga, serta optimalisasi fungsi GOR sebagai pusat aktivitas sosial. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pengelolaan GOR secara partisipatif efektif dalam meningkatkan kesehatan dan solidaritas masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Community Service Program (KKN) is a form of community service carried out by students in a village using a cross-disciplinary approach at a specific time and location. Prototyping is an analysis and design technique that allows users to participate in determining needs and developing systems to meet those needs. The purpose of this application for the village is to help village-level institutions access information about the personal data of residents of Keranji Guguh Village. This KKN program uses a qualitative descriptive method that aims to explain phenomena occurring in the field. The development of the SIDaK Web for Keranji Guguh Village is a strategic project that requires a structured approach. It begins with careful planning involving all parties, followed by designing a good database and interface. The development stage uses appropriate technology (such as Laravel and Bootstrap) will affect the reliability of the system.

Abstract

This study aims to see how big the level of customer satisfaction in using the Byond by BSI application in Riau province and to find out how big the influence of service quality, product quality, convenience and security on customer satisfaction who use Byond by BSI, and to find out how satisfied customers are in using Byond by BSI. The research method of data analysis uses quantitative using the Multiple Linear Regression approach. The results of the study indicate that customer satisfaction of Byond by BSI users in Riau Province is relatively very satisfied. This can be seen based on the results of the study that the number of high satisfaction responses from respondents' answers, in terms of service quality with a significant value of 0.001 with a positive regression value of 0.183%, product quality with a significant value of 0.001 with a regression value of -0.244% ease of use with a significant value of 0.001 with the highest regression value of 0.458%, and security with a significant value of 0.002 with a regression value of 0.206%.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged the banking sector, including Islamic banking in Indonesia, to introduce mobile banking-based services in an effort to improve service quality and meet customer needs quickly, easily, and efficiently. However, the growth of this digital service is also accompanied by an increase in the potential for cyber threats that can compromise data security, customer trust, and convenience in transactions. This study aims to analyze the impact of cybersecurity on Islamic mobile banking services in Indonesia, specifically on aspects of security, system reliability, and customer satisfaction. The research method used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to customers using Islamic mobile banking services. Data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests and linear regression analysis to determine the relationship between cybersecurity variables and the quality of digital banking services. The results show that good cybersecurity implementation has a significant influence on customer trust and satisfaction, as well as improving perceptions of the quality of Islamic mobile banking services. These findings confirm that digital security aspects are a critical factor that Islamic banks need to consider in developing mobile banking services, to support sustainability, competitiveness, and public trust in the Islamic banking system in the digital era.
