Disaster Risk Reduction Forum is an organization set up to assist the government in terms of disaster risk reduction at stage one emergency preparedness. During this Forum PRB only until the district / city level, in Garut regency are Forum PRB to the village level in the village Pasawahan. PRB Forum Pasawahan Village is a forum that embodies elements of society that focuses on disaster risk reduction. Therefore in this paper will discuss the role of the forum on disaster risk reduction (DRR) Pasawahan Desa Garut district in an effort to improve disaster preparedness. Qualitative approach is used with a descriptive design and data collection methods are in depth interview, documentation study, and field observation. PRB Forum in Pasawahan Village is an organization formed independently by the community with the purpose of reducing high disaster risk in Pasawahan Village. The presence of PRB forum on a village level became an interesting attention to conduct disaster preparedness in Pasawahan Village, which has a high disaster potential. The result of this research shows is PRB Forum in Pasawahan Village conducted a series of preparedness to create a disaster preparedness

The Facts about climate change and its impact on the ecosystem across the world has been taking greater attention from scholar, government, scientist, activist, as well as civil community. Based on IPCC report 2007, sea level rise and human development contributed to the lost of coastal wetland and mangroves as well as flooding in coastal areas. This research focused on describing the climate change impacts on children well-being in the society who strongly depend on natural resources, and what kind of the adaptation process and the changing occurred in child protection framework. The methods used include time line, tree problem, ranking activities, and season calendar of important events in both areas. These method were used to document the children development, the important events in which closely linked to changing climate, what kind adaptation they use when problems occurs, how the impacts to their children well being and the way they cope with it. Data showed that children forced to help their parents. The problem perceived in the society that closely linked to climate change and children well being such as food security because the unpredictable weather. They forced to looking for another alternative food supply from rice to cassava, reduce the rice consumption from 3 times a day become once in a day. Second, the impact of climate change exacerbated their economical condition. People forced to seek another job to fulfill their family’s needs. Third, due to their economic condition, it is difficult for them to get the access of education. The school fare was too high for them. The last problem is the lack of information on climate change and adaptation. The intervention from all level include government, NGOs, and civil society to strongly empower the adaptive capacity of indigenous people whose depend on natural resources to cope with climate change is required at least by providing the information.

This study aimed to evaluate the achievements of the Urban Life Skills Education program by course institutions bridal makeup and analyze the factors that affect achievement Urban Life Skills Education program by institutions bridal makeup courses in South Tangerang city administration. Quantitative research approach is by using chi-square method. Results showed successful achievement by demonstrating the value of 95% for South Tangerang City. While the success of Makeup Bridal based Graduates Competency Standards reached 73.3% Factors that affect the achievement of program Life Skills Education Urban by course institutions bridal makeup in South Tangerang City among others Competency Standards Graduates Makeup Bride Junior and teaching and learning Non-formal Education by Life Skills Education that includes: theory, practice and education of character.

This research focuses on identifying best practice elements of the practice of LVCD (Local Value Chain Development) modelling initiated by AB organization at Duntana and Tenawahang villages, which located in rural area. LVCD modeling through collective marketing aimed to address rural farmers issue by creating an access to market. Type of this research is descriptive, using qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. The result shows that the best practice elements are in LVCD’s phase and on implementing of collective marketing by farmer groups. Although challenges occur in the implementing phase, the groups survive and continue running. Best practices elements can support the sustainability of collective marketing in implementing LVCD modeling.

Applied behavior analysis was a method of healing autistic that have not known by the Indonesian. Meanwhile, ABA was effective and efficient in reducing the behavior of disruptive which shown in autistic. Then, the benefit of ABA was taught in a systematic, structured, and measurable. This the-sis descrubed the training process of autism therapy that carried out in prison class 1 Tangerang, the instructor was inmates X. This research used qualitative approach by using depth-interview to the informants that consist of instructor, prison officers, and trainee. The is training including the three steps. Those were pre training, whils training, and post training, the most interesting activity was post training, that is doing a comparative study to the clinic ABA, practice and written exam. Although the training has ended the monitoring still done by the instructor.
