Abstract

Latar Belakang: Meningkatnya prevalensi Diabetes Mellitus di Indonesia, diduga ada hubungannya dengan cara hidup (pola makan) seiring dengan kemakmuran yang meningkat. Untuk mencegah komplikasi perlu penatalaksanaan diet yang baik. Afirmasi merupakan penguatan dalam diri sendiri melalui kalimat positif pendek yang mencakup suatu hal yang kita inginkan atau hal-hal lain yang ingin kita rubah dalam hidup kita. Dengan afirmasi dapat mempengaruhi seseorang untuk patuh terhadap diet DM yang sedang dijalani.Tujuan Penelitan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kepatuhan diet sebelum dan setelah afirmasi positif pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus di Ruang Cempaka I Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten KudusMetode Penelitian: Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah pra experiment dengan desain one-group pre-post test design yang mempunyai tujuan mengungkapkan hubungan sebab akibat tanpa melibatkan kelompok kontrol dengan populasi penderita DM di Ruang Cempaka I Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Kudus pada bulan Juni – Agustus  2012 yang berjumlah 108 pasien dan besar sampel 52 responden. Adapun pengambilan sampel dengan tehnik accidental sampling.Hasil Penelitian: Hasil analisis uji wilcoxon signed rank test didapatkan bahwa p value = 0,003 (p value < a) maka dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti ada perbedaan tingkat kepatuhan diet sebelum dan setelah afirmasi positif pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus di Ruang Cempaka I Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Kudus.Simpulan: Ada perbedaan tingkat kepatuhan diet sebelum dan setelah afirmasi positif pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus di Ruang Cempaka I Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Kudus. Dengan penelitian ini diharapak ada kelanjutannya dengan desain dan metode yang lebih baik

Abstract

This research was conducted on Mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. The purpose of this research is to know, analyze, and explain the influence between the variables of Market Ratio (Earning Per Share), Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio) and Solvency Ratio (Debt to Assets Ratio) on Profitability Ratio (Return On Assets). The method in this study is a quantitative method. Data collection in this study was carried out using secondary data in the form of annual reports and published financial reports. Annual report data and panel data financial reports for 2016-2022. In this study, the amount of panel data is 77 data, which consists of 11 mining companies with a span of 7 years. The results of this study partially show that the market ratio variable (Earning Per Share) has a positive and significant effect on the profitability ratio (Return On Assets), the liquidity ratio variable (Current Ratio) has a significant effect on the profitability ratio (Return On Assets), the solvency ratio variable (Debt to Assets Ratio) has no effect on the profitability ratio (Return On Assets). Simultaneously shows that the market ratio variable (Earning Per Share), liquidity ratio (Current Ratio), and solvency ratio (Debt to Assets Ratio) together have a significant effect on the profitability ratio variable (Return On Assets). Based on the results of this study, companies must be able to maintain and increase profits and optimally utilize their resources.

Abstract

Zakat is the fourth pillar of Islam in the form of maliyah ijtima'iyyah worship (economic and social aspects), one of the aims of which is to reduce the economic gap between rich and poor. To fulfill the zakat requirements, there are eight groups called "Mutashiq". Zakat is an asset with certain conditions, Allah SWT requires the owner to hand it over to the person who is entitled to receive it, with certain conditions the property given zakat will be a blessing and will grow and develop, holy and good. Change analysis is defined as a systematic effort to study a research topic by arranging or describing the pieces of information collected into units of analysis. Distribution is the distribution/delivery/distribution of goods and so on to many people or several places. So zakat distribution is the distribution of zakat to people who are entitled to receive it (mustahik zakat) either consumptive or productive. According to the language, zakat mal comes from the word tazkiyah which means to purify property. Meanwhile, according to the term, it is a certain amount of property that Muslims who meet the requirements must give out to people who are entitled to receive it. Mal zakat is also zakat that must be paid if the nisab has been reached (a certain amount).

Abstract

This research aims to (1) determine sharia marketing strategies in increasing consumer buying interest carried out by Safira cafe owners in the reviewing village of Mare Sebo Ulu sub-district, Batang Hari district. (2) To find out the obstacles faced in efforts to increase consumer buying interest at Safira Cafe. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The theory used in this research is the theory put forward by Abuznaid formulating the definition of sharia marketing, namely, wise decisions in order to satisfy customer needs through good behavior, providing healthy products or services (halalan thoyyibah) with the approval of both parties (seller and buyer). ) in order to achieve material and spiritual prosperity, this world and the hereafter through an ethical world. Apart from that, the theory used by Kotler, marketing is a way in which companies involve consumers, build good relationships with consumers and create value for consumers, so as to get good value or response from consumers in increasing profits and consumer feedback. The 4P marketing strategy used is, product, price, place and promotion. The results of this research show that, the marketing strategy carried out by Safira Cafe to increase revenue is with product strategies starting from improving the quality of the products presented, product health, product cleanliness and product halal. Pricing strategy, Safira Cafe has set affordable, relatively cheap prices. The prices offered by Safira Cafe are affordable and cheap in accordance with the economy of the community in the review village and are suitable for all teenagers and adults. Place strategy, safira cafe prioritizing the cleanliness of the place and consumer comfort while at the Safira Cafe. Promotional strategy, Safira Cafe does not promote via social media, only promotes by word of mouth, but quite a few people already know about the existence of Safira Cafe. Meanwhile, the income earned by Safira Cafe is still relative or fluctuating, namely depending on the number of visitors.

Abstract

The National Zakat Amil Agency is a zakat management organization formed by the government, consisting of elements of the community and government with the task of collecting, distributing and utilizing zakat in accordance with religious provisions. The Jambi City National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) carries out the task of managing zakat at the city level. This research aims to analyze zakat management which consists of planning, collecting, distributing, utilizing, reporting and supervising zakat in the Jambi City Baznas, to find out the obstacles that exist in the zakat management process in the Jambi City Baznas, and to find out the benefits after the community receives financial assistance. zakat from Baznas Jambi City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. To reveal this problem in depth and comprehensively, the author collected data by means of observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The results of the research show that, the implementation of zakat management at Baznas Jambi City is in accordance with management theory, where in management theory management consists of planning, collection, distribution, utilization, reporting and supervision. The implementation of zakat management at the Jambi City Baznas has met the standards of this management theory. So the implementation of zakat management at Jambi City Baznas is good, even though zakat funds are still lacking, Jambi City Baznas continues to distribute zakat funds to those in need so that the benefits of zakat funds in Jambi City can be felt by the community as intended by the zakat law.
