Abstract

One of the efforts to prevent teenage pregnancy incidence is health education about teenage pregnancy in Adolescence; it is hoped that health education can help government programs reduce the incidence of teenage pregnancy in the Indramayu Regency. The TEAM carries out community service activities from the STIKes Indramayu Midwifery Study Program, which was implemented in early July-August 2019, located in the Margadadi and Plumbon Puskesmas area (two Puksemas located in the Indramayu District Work Area). Community service aims to improve the thinking skills and understanding of junior high school students in preventing teenage pregnancy in health education. The implementation method by using leaflets/brochures and preparing reproductive health education materials. It can be seen that before the extension, there were 102 students (60%) with low knowledge results, 58 students (34.1%) with sufficient knowledge, and ten students (5.9%) with good knowledge results. In contrast, the knowledge obtained from counseling and discussion showed a significant increase in knowledge about adolescent reproductive health; the results were 147 students (86.5%) with good knowledge of 23 students (13.5%) with sufficient knowledge. There is a change or increase in students' knowledge about adolescent reproductive health, especially about teenage pregnancy prevention. It is hoped that this community service education can reduce maternal and infant mortality rates caused by adolescent pregnancy.

Abstract

Background: According to 21st century priorities in the Global Strategy On Human Resources For Health: Workforce 2030, the abilities of medical practices must be appropiate with the demands of the society. To realize the abilities of medical practices which are apropriate with the demands of the society, are using learning methods that encourage a more active learning process, thereby encouraging the activation of long term memory through the introduction of realistic and contextual cases that can increase the cognitive retention of students. Problem based learning method (PBL) has several limitations. One of them is the high demand of educators in number. Asynchronous blended problem based learning method (ABLE-PBL) is an instructional innovation that may be used in midwifery school institutions that have limited number of educators but they want to optimize the learning process and produce quality graduates who are competent in accordance with the demands of the society. The aim of this study is to know the influence of ABLE-PBL and PBL method on cognitive retention and student learning motivation.Method: This study conducted using a quantitative approach with total sample 37 Universitas Padjadjaran Midwifery students who are fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria, from March to June 2018 by cross over method.Results: This study showed that there was no difference between retention score 1 and retention score 2 of intervention group (ABLE-PBL) and control group (PBL) by using mann-whitney test (p > 0,05), ABLE-PBL and PBL had no difference in affecting cognitive retention and motivation by using chi square test (p > 0.05).Conclusion: ABLE-PBL method and PBL method has no difference in affecting cognitive retention and student learning motivation.

Abstract

Peran Institusi pendidikan dalam menghasilkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tenaga kesehatan khususnya bidan salah satunya dengan metode problem based learning (PBL). Metode PBL merupakan metode pembelajaran yang mendorong proses belajar yang lebih aktif melalui pengenalan kasus yang realistik dan kontekstual sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir secara kritis, berdaya analisis dan mampu memecahkan masalah dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja saat ini. Metode asyncronous blended problem based learning (ABLE-PBL) merupakan inovasi pembelajaran PBL yang dapat digunakan pada institusi pendidikan kebidanan yang memiliki keterbatasan jumlah tenaga pendidik namun tetap ingin mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran dan menghasilkan kualitas lulusan yang kompeten sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh ABLE-PBL dan PBL terhadap pengetahuan mahasiswa diploma kebidanan. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode cross over. Sampel yang digunakan seluruh mahasiswa diploma IV kebidanan Universitas Padjadjaran yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan tidak memenuhi kriteria eksklusi sebanyak 37 mahasiswa. Waktu penelitian bulan Maret-Juni 2018. Tidak ada perbedaan skor pengetahuan antara kelompok intervensi (ABLE-PBL) dan kelompok kontrol (PBL) dengan uji mann-whitney (p>0,05). Metode ABLE-PBL dan metode PBL tidak memilki perbedaan dalam mempengaruhi pengetahuan mahasiswa diploma kebidanan.

Abstract

Jumlah kematian ibu di Kabupaten Indramayu tahun 2017 terdapat 45 kasus dengan penyebab kematian karena perdarahan 11 kasus, hipertensi dalam kehamilan 15 kasus, Infeksi 4 kasus, gangguan sistem peredaran darah 7 kasus, gangguan metabolik 1 kasus dan penyebab lain-lain 7 kasus. Penyebab kematian ibu karena kasus Hipertensi dalam kehamilan merupakan penyebab paling banyak di kabupaten Indramayu. Data Puskesmas Juntinyuat selama 6 bulan terakhir yaitu dari bulan Juli-Desember 2018 terdapat 305 Ibu hamil dengan resiko tinggi, dengan penyebab tertinggi karena Preeklamsi sebanyak 43 kasus dan hipertensi dalam kehamilan sebanyak 8 kasus. Pengetahuan merupakan domain yang sangat penting untuk terbentuknya tindakan seseorang, di harapkan dengan pengetahuan ibu hamil yang baik akan terbentuknya kesadaran tindakan ibu hamil untuk memeriksakan kehamilannya. Metode :Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan ibu hamil yang tinggal diwilayah Puskesmas Juntinyuat yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan tidak memenuhi kriteria eksklusi sebanyak 27 ibu hamil. Waktu penelitian bulan Januari 2019. Hasil :Hasil penelitian menunjukan frekuensi responden paling banyak adalah usia ibu hamil 20-35 tahun, paritas adalah dua, pendidikan terakhir adalah SMP, perkerjaan ibu hamil adalah tidak bekerja, pola makan ibu hamil adalah makan ikan, buah dan sayur, Kategori pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai preeklamsi adalah kategori cukup.

Abstract

Background : Momnesia is memory problems in pregnant women. Incidence Momnesia during pregnancy, one of the reasons is hormonal changes. The emotional changes that occur during pregnancy, the concept of preparing for parents triggers a psychological response and introspection. Research by Debra et al shows that there are cognitive changes during preconception, as well as various cognitive disorders momnesia during pregnancy. The novelty of this study, there are not many studies regarding the incidence of momnesia in pregnant women in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to know the number of pregnant women who experience momnesia in Indramayu.Method : This study conducted using a descriptive methods with subjects were pregnant women who live in the Margadadi Health Center and Pasekan Public Health Center who are fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria, from March to September 2020 by purposive sampling. This research has received ethical approval from STIKes BTH Tasikmalaya N0.030/kepk-bth/VI/2020.Results : The results, found that 129 out of 138 pregnant women not experienced symptoms of momnesia in Indramayu. Conclusion : The conclusion of this study is 93,48% of pregnant women not have symptoms ofmomnesia in Indramayu.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan periode terjadinya pertumbuhan dan perkembangan baik secara fisik, psikologis maupun intelektual. Keputusan yang diambil oleh remaja dalam menghadapi konflik bila tidak tepat, akan masuk kedalam perilaku berisiko dan harus menanggung dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang didalam berbagai masalah kesehatan fisik dan psikososial. Tujuan Penelitian untuk menganalisis faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi kehamilan remaja Di Kecamatan Indramayu Kabupaten Indramayu. Penelitian Kualitatif menggunakan indepth interview (wawancara mendalam). Sampel yang digunakan ibu hamil remaja usia 11-19 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan tidak memenuhi kriteria eksklusi sebanyak 8 ibu hamil. Teknik pengambilan sample dengan purposive sampling. Waktu penelitian bulan November 2019-Januari 2020. hasil penelitian ini Faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi kehamilan remaja di Kecamatan Indramayu Kabupaten Indramayu diantaranya faktor sosial dan budaya (stigma, perjodohan), faktor ekonomi, faktor lingkungan (kontrol keluarga dan prilaku seks pra nikah).

Abstract

Background: Teenage pregnancy is a pregnancy in women aged 11-19 years. Pregnancy at a young age increases the risk for both mother and child. Babies born to teenage mothers are more likely to have low birth weight (LBW) with a risk of long-term effects. Pregnancy and childbirth complications are the causes of death for adolescent mothers aged 15-19 years. The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indramayu in 2018 there were 61 cases while the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Indramayu in 2018 there were 242 cases. Data on teenage pregnancies at the Puskesmas in the Indramayu District area from January to May 2019 were 36 cases. Puskesmas Margadadi and Puskesmas Plumbon are puskesmas located in the working area of ​​the Indramayu sub-district which is located in the city area, with many cases of teenage pregnancy in urban areas one of the reasons is the large number of junior high and high school schools and equivalent, and many migrants who will continue in the region city. The research objective was to analyze internal factors that could affect teenage pregnancy in Indramayu District, Indramayu Regency Methods: Qualitative research using in-depth interviews. The sample used was 8 pregnant women aged 11-19 years who met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria. Research time is November 2019-January 2020. Results: The factors that influence teenage pregnancy in Indramayu District, Indramayu Regency include biological factors which include desire for sexual intercourse, cognitive factors which include apriori education and teenage marriage. Conclusion: Internal factors that influence teenage pregnancy in Indramayu District, Indramayu Regency are Biological factors, cognitive factors and adolescent marriage.

Abstract

Background : Pregnancy brain or momesia usually refers to memory problems, other research shows that pregnant women during pregnancy show memory loss or focus problems. The results of the study by Davies et al. pregnant women had poor memory skills in focusing attention, making decisions, planning and memory (memory). Memory loss appears to start during the first trimester, then stabilize from mid to late pregnancy. The problem of decreasing the focus of attention can affect the comprehension of pregnant women in obtaining health education information. The purpose of this study was to know the number of pregnant women who experience momnesia in Indramayu, to analyze internal factors that influence the momnesia in pregnant women, to analyze internal external factors that influence the momnesia in pregnant women. Method : This study conducted using a sequential explanatory mixed methods with subjects were pregnant women who live in the Margadadi Health Center and Pasekan Public Health Center who are fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria, from March to September 2020 by purposive sampling. Results : The results of quantitative research, found that 9 out of 138 pregnant women experienced symptoms of momnesia in Indramayu. The results of the qualitative study, the factors that influence of momnesia in pregnant women are gestational age, emotional changes, memory loss/self-efficacy, rest patterns, physical activity and husband /family support. Conclusion : The conclusion of this study is 6.52% of pregnant women have symptoms of momnesia in Indramayu. Factors that influence of momnesia in pregnant women are internal factors such as gestational age, emotional changes, memory loss/self-efficacy, and external factors are rest patterns, physical activity and family support.

Abstract

Implementasi kebijakan pemerintah dengan pelaksanaan layanan BKB yang terintegrasi dengan Posyandu dan PAUD biasa dikenal dengan sebutan BKB Holistrik Integratif (BKB HI) namun kegiatan dilapangan BKB, Posyandu dan PAUD selama ini berjalan sendiri-sendiri tidak terintegrasi sehingga perlu adanya pengalikasian untuk mengintegrasikan ketiga kegiatan tersebut setiap desa di kabupaten. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi keterpaduan program BKB, Posyandu dan PAUD menggunakan logic model di Kabupaten Indramayu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan strategi concurrent embedded. Tempat penelitian di Kabupaten Indramayu. Waktu penelitian bulan Agustus s.d Oktober 2024. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif terdapat hubungan pada pengetahuan ibu terhadap keikutsertaan program BKB, Posyandu dan PAUD (p value 0,000). Kesimpulan komponen input diantaranya Sumber Daya Manusia (kuantitas jumlah kader memenuhi), sarana dan prasarana (terdapat media edukasi lembar balik, BKB Kit, APE (Alat Permainan Edukatif), terbatasnya tempat pelaksanaan program), pendanaan (kebutuhan kader terhadap financial support.) Komponen proses pelaksanaan sudah dilakukan dengan baik, kerjasama lintas program dan lintas sektor belum optimal, pelatihan belum dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, serta monitoring program segi kualitas kurang optimal hanya berupa persuasive. Komponen output bahwa tidak semua sasaran menjadi peserta program BKB yang terintegrasi dengan PAUD dan Posyandu. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna pada pengetahuan ibu terhadap keikutsertaan program BKB, Posyandu dan PAUD.
