Abstract

Di Indonesia, 50-70% wanita mengalami sindrom yang berkembang menjadi depresi postpartum dengan variasi sekitar 5% sampai lebih dari 25% setelah melahirkan. Depresi postpartum adalah suatu keadaan seorang ibu merasa sedih, bersalah, dan bentuk depresi umum lainnya dalam waktu lama setelah melahirkan, hal ini dapat menyebabkan ketidakmampuan ibu untuk merawat dirinya dan bayinya, sehingga diperlukan upaya intervensi oleh tenaga kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan ibu postpartum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas intervensi Spiritual Management of Relaxation Therapy (SMARTER) dalam upaya pencegahan depresi ibu nifas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian quasi-experimental pre-test post-test with control group design yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok (17 responden pada kelompok intervensi dan 17 responden pada kelompok kontrol). Hasil uji normalitas data diperoleh data terdistribusi normal, sehingga hasil analisis menggunakan uji t berpasangan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perbedaan tingkat depresi sebelum dan sesudah intervensi SMARTER pada kelompok intervensi (p-value-0,000) dan control (p-value 0,004), sedangkan hasil analisis menggunakan uji t tidak berpasangan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat depresi sesudah intervensi SMARTER antara kelompok intervensi dan kontrol dengan nilai p-value 0,000. Penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan rekomendasi kepada tenaga kesehatan khususnya bidan agar dapat memberikan pelayanan berupa pelayanan asuhan yang komplementer.

Abstract

There are various ways to convey information about complementary feeding, including through the delivery of health education with counseling. Extension with the lecture method is the method most often carried out and is limited by time, however the WhatsApp media is a medium of communication that is used daily by many people in almost all countries. The messages sent can be in the form of written messages, images or sounds so that this media is very suitable to be used as a health education medium in order to increase public knowledge in general and especially to mothers about complementary breastfeeding. This study aims to determine the difference in the effectiveness of counseling on complementary foods using lectures and WhatsApp methods at the UPTD Puskesmas Sempaja Samarinda. This research method uses a Quasi-experimental plan with pretest-posttest control group design. This study was conducted on April 3 - 16 2020. The study population was mothers who had children aged 6 months to 2 years. The sample in this study were 66 respondents consisting of 33 intervention groups and 33 control groups. The results of statistical tests show that there are differences before and after giving intervention via WhatsApp with a p-value of 0,000. The conclusion in this study is that there is an increase in respondent knowledge after counseling, but in the intervention group there is a more significant increase in knowledge.

Abstract

Perkembangan dibidang komunikasi dan informasi berupa android dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana pendidikan kesehatan. Pendidikan kesehatan berbasis aplikasi android memberikan kemudahan, fleksibitas dan interaktivitas antar pengguna termasuk dikalangan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan rancangan aplikasi “Si Bulan Merah” sebagai sarana pendidikan kesehatan terhadap penanganan awal dismenore pada remaja.  Aplikasi ini memungkinkan remaja untuk mengakses informasi yang tersedia pada aplikasi kapanpun dan dimanapun. Informasi yang tertera dalam aplikasi ini diperoleh dari buku refrensi dan literatur yang berhubungan dengan penanganan awal dismenore. Tahapan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini terdiri dari perencanaan sistem, analisa, desai sistem secara umum, evalusi, implementasi dan perawatan terhadap aplikasi yang sudah dihasilkan. Aplikasi ini menggunakan java sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya dan dapat diakses pada android versi jellybean sampai versi terbaru.

Abstract

The study "Educational Effectiveness of the Nineteen RAPCOV Screening Against Knowledge of Covid 19 Infection" is a research on the development of a health promotion program designed to provide information and education to the public. Rapid tests are part of the initial screening for Covid 19. However, there are still many people who do not understand about Covid 19 infection and lack of knowledge about the benefits and objectives of rapid tests. It is undeniable that when a rapid test is carried out, there will be rejection from the community, this is still a lack of education or socialization and clear information. In addition, some people assume that everyone who has a Reactive rapid test result is definitely positive for Covid 19. As health workers and educators in the Front Guard, they must have good communication skills and be able to take a character-based persuasive approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of RAPCOV Nineteen Screening Education on public knowledge of Covid 19 infection in the working area of ​​the South Sempaja Health Center. In this study, the method used was pre-experimental with a posttest only control group design. The population in this study was 370 people, with a sample of 34 people selected based on cluster random sampling. The results of this study are knowledge about Covid 19 infection before being given RAPCOV Nineteen Screening Education which is classified as good by 32.4% and after being given RAPCOV Nineteen Screening education there is an increase in knowledge of 97.1%. There is a significant effect of RAPCOV Nineteen Screening Education on knowledge of Covid 19 infection before and after the intervention with p value = 0.555 (α > 0.05)

Abstract

Counseling is a very important aspect of family planning (KB) services. By doing counseling, it means that the officer helps in choosing and deciding the type of contraception to be used according to the client's choice. An estimated 225 million women in developing countries wish to delay or terminate fertility but do not use any contraceptive method due to limited choice of contraceptive method and experience of side effects. The SIPALING KB Mobile Website is a development of a family planning counseling method that can be accessed easily anytime and anywhere by prospective family planning acceptors using only a smartphone. In its design, SIPALING KB has a knowledge base for a particular domain and is designed based on a problem-solving model from an expert, making it easier for users to obtain information and determine early on which contraceptive method to use. The purpose of this research is to develop a counseling system through a mobile website with the name SIPALING KB which will assist prospective acceptors in determining which contraception to use. The research method used in this study was an experimental method with a randomized control group pretest-posttest design. Abstract

Reloud aims to foster students' love for reading. Indonesian adolescent sexual reproductive health research states that 10% of those aged 15-24 have had premarital sex, used condoms (49% of women & 27% of men), had unwanted pregnancies 24%, knowing that their friends had abortions ( 23% of girls and 19% of boys) and 15% of them consume alcohol, this is influenced by various factors, one of which is the lack of information about adolescent reproductive health. Literacy in Indonesia is included in the low category (37.32%), so efforts to increase literacy are very urgent to be carried out as an effort to improve the quality of the Indonesian nation's resources. The target population in this study was health-based senior high school students in Samarinda City. The design of this study used a Quasi Experiment with a pre-posttest approach with a control group design. Samples were taken from as many as 3 (three) health-based schools in Samarinda city with a purposive sampling of 60 respondents. Characteristics of the dominant respondent are 16 years old (31.6%), female (65%), and in class X (38.3%). The results of data analysis on differences in the level of adolescent reproductive health knowledge obtained a p-value of 0.826 if no intervention was given, a p-value of 0.153 if given 1 (one) intervention, and a p-value of 0.001 if given 2 (two) Reloud interventions. Of the three groups that described the effectiveness of the Reloud intervention method, it occurred significantly in increasing adolescent knowledge related to reproductive health by a p-value of 0.031 so this method is one that can be applied to adolescents.

Abstract

Masa nifas adalah periode penting bagi ibu setelah melahirkan, seringkali disertai dengan nyeri afterpain yang mengganggu proses pemulihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas kombinasi terapi komplementer menggunakan kompres bola herbal dan aromaterapi jasmine dalam mengurangi afterpain pada masa nifas. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil pengukuran afterpain pada ibu nifas sebelum pemberian intervensi dan setelah intervensi dilakukan. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Quasi Experimant dengan desain penelitian pretest and posttest control group. Perlakuan yang diberikan bertujuan menganalisis perubahan yang timbul dari adanya intervensi herbal kompres ball dengan aromaterapi jasmine. Hasil: analisis uji paired t-test dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai signifikasi pada kelompok intervensi diperoleh nilai p-value 0,001 (p<0,05) yang artinya terdapat perubahan yang signifikan pada ibu nifas yang diberikan intervensi terhadap afterpain yang dirasakan.
