Abstract

Abstrak PT. Dolarindo Intravalas Primatama adalah perusahaan jasa keuangan non-perbankan di bidang money changer yang telah berdiri sejak 1999. Dalam proses pengembangan bisnis, PT Dollarindo membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang memiliki tingkat profesionalisme yang cukup. Proses rekrutmen adalah proses yang sangat awal yang menentukan prosesnya, sebuah tes seleksi yang efektif dan efisien adalah kuncinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang sering juga dikenal dengan metode penjumlahan tertimbang. Konsep dasar metode Saw adalah menemukan jumlah penilaian kinerja tertimbang pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Data yang ditampilkan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 data calon Karyawan (dari ±281 calon Karyawan). Pemanfaatan metode ini akan menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu tim rekrutmen dalam melakukan proses seleksi di PT. Dolarindo Intravalas Primatama, sehingga bisa mempermudah proses pemilihan karyawan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) memiliki nilai keakuratan tinggi (sebesar 81%), sehingga dapat diaplikasikan dalam proses perekrutan calon karyawan dibandingkan dengan penilaian tes seleksi karyawan secara manual. Dolarindo Intravalas Primatama is a non-banking financial services company in the field of money changer which has been established since 1999. In the process of business development, PT Dollarindo requires a workforce that has a sufficient level of professionalism. the recruitment process is a very early process that determines the process, an effective and efficient selection test is the key. This research uses Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is often also known as weighted summing method. The basic concept of the Saw method is to find a weighted sum of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. The data that exist in this research as many as 30 data prospective Employees (from ± 281 prospective employees).The utilization of this method will produce a decision support system that can assist the recruitment team in conducting the selection process at PT. Dolarindo Intravalas Primatama, so that it can simplify the process of selecting the appropriate employee with the needs. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the use of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method has high accuracy value (81%), so it can be applied in the recruitment process of employee candidates compared to the assessment of employee selection test manually. Abstract

Abstract — The banking industry has developed quite apidly, bothin terms of volume of business , mobilize public funds or credit .Data mining of the loan has great potential to explore the hiddenpatterns within a dataset of loans including loans domain . C4.5classification algorithm is the most simple , easy diimplemntasikan. However, the algorithm C4.5 still have weaknesses in handlinghigh-dimensional data in . This research aims to implement thealgorithm C4.5 with the selection of attributes so as to reduce thedimensionality of the data , and identify features in the data setwith C4.5 algorithm method . From this research, conductedmodels created with C4.5 algorithm itself already has goodaccuracy that is equal to 83.67 % with the selection process by thealgorithm C4.5 attributes .Intisari — Industri perbankan mengalami perkembangan yangcukup pesat, baik dari sisi volume usaha, mobilisasi danamasyarakat maupun pemberian kredit. Data mining mengenaipinjaman memiliki potensial besar untuk menjelajahi bagianpola yang tersembunyi dalam suatu dataset dari domainpinjaman termasuk pinjaman kredit. Algoritma C4.5merupakan pengklasifikasian yang paling sederhana, mudahdiimplemntasikan. Namun, Algoritma C4.5 masih memilikikelemahan dalam menangani data dalam dimensi tinggi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan algoritma C4.5dengan seleksi atribut sehingga dapat mengurangi dimensi daridata, serta mengidentifikasi fitur dalam kumpulan data denganmetode algoritma C4.5. Abstract

Absence is a routine activity carried out by an employee to show that the employee is present or absent at a company, PT Bank Tabungan Negara makes a digitization for attendance, namely making an online B-Gate attendance application. B-GATE online attendance functions to monitor employee work discipline, because by using this system the resulting employee attendance data is very accurate and can be obtained at that time, anytime and anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. As one of the supports in the development of the B-Gate online attendance application, a study was conducted on user satisfaction, namely employees of PT. State Savings Bank for the B-Gate online attendance application using the WebQual 4.0 method. The WebQual method is a quality measurement tool for web-based information systems, to evaluate the level of user satisfaction with the system's services. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Bank Tabungan Negara via google form with a total of 105 employees as respondents. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the quality of use, quality of information and quality of service interaction has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. This is proven by the results of the analysis of the average value of the correlation coefficient (r) based on Cronchbach Alpha = 0.838 which gives positive results for each variable on the dependent variable (User satisfaction).

Abstract

Introduction Ocular surface squamous neoplasm (OSSN) comprises a broad spectrum of dysplastic alterations of the squamous epithelium of the conjunctiva, ranging from conjunctival squamous intraepithelial neoplasm (CSIN) to squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). The aim of this study was to describe the clinicopathological characteristics of OSSN at National Eye Center, Cicendo Eye Hospital Bandung from January 2019 to December 2022. Methods We collected OSSN data from 2019 to 2022. The collected data were the patient's age, gender, education, occupation, laterality, clinical features, recurrence, and classification of tumor according to the 2022 WHO classification. Results: A total of 128 cases were collected. The most common tumor identified was SCC (48.4%), followed by CSIN with severe dysplasia (25%), moderate dysplasia, and mild dysplasia (14.8% and 11.7%, respectively). The average patient’s age was 53.1 years (M = 53.1, SD =16.9), predominantly males (68%), education completed elementary school (52.3%), and more patients worked outdoor (59.4%). The most common affected site was the left eye (53.9%), and the tumor located in the nasal region (78.1%) with clinical features is papilliform (64.1%). Conclusion OSSN was predominant in elderly male patients. The majority of cases were seen in the left eye, primarily in the nasal area. The majority of patients had completed elementary school and worked outdoors. Additionally, the clinical symptoms showed that most patients had papilliform. In patients with OSSN, SCC was the most common anatomical pathology discovered. Moreover, recurrence was higher in SCC cases.

Abstract

The integration of religion and science is an important theme in education and research, which aims to create a holistic understanding of the realities of life. This research aims to describe and analyze the integration paradigm between religion and science, as well as its implications in education. The method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach. This research aims to describe and analyze the integration between religion and science from the perspective of Islamic scientific epistemology. In this context, the author uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method to examine the views of Islamic scholars who focus on the integration of science and religion. This journal discusses the integration of religion, science and Islamic scientific epistemology in a modern context. By putting forward the view that science and religion do not conflict with each other, this article explores how Islamic principles can provide a moral and ethical foundation for the development of science. Through an interdisciplinary approach, this article analyzes several important aspects, including the relationship between revelation and reason, as well as how scientific methods can be enriched with a spiritual perspective. In this context, this research also highlights the role of Islamic epistemology in shaping the perspective of Muslim scientists towards natural phenomena. It is hoped that the results of this study can strengthen dialogue between science and religion, as well as encourage the development of science oriented towards Islamic values.

Abstract

Ibnu Sina is an important Muslim philosopher who built the theory of Prophethood with his treatise Itsbat al-Nubuwat. He marks the pinnacle of the Islamic philosophy with his thoughts on paripathetic philosophy, known as Masya'i, the syncretic philosophy (synthetic from the teachings of Revelation, Islam, Aristotelianism and Neoplatonism). Like other philosophers, Ibn Sina is a Muslim philosopher whom some criticized only as a duplication of Hellenism (Greek philosophy), which does not reflect Islamic thought. Yet those who gave birth to Islamic philosophy and strive and successfully combine revelation with reason, creed with wisdom, religion with philosophy. That explains to man that revelation is not contrary to reason. Ibn Sina makes a final synthetic of Islam with the philosophy of Aristotelianism and Neoplatonism into a permanent intellectual dimension in the Islamic world and endures as a philosophical teaching that lives to this day. Ibn Sina is a perfect digger and eternal translator of paripathetic philosophy which shows up to the philosophical gates of the illumination theosophy which signifies integral integral integration of philosophy and spirituality. One and a half centuries after the Philosophy of masya'i he brought Shihabuddin Suhrawardi to the illumination philosophy (al-ishraq).
