Abstract

The lack of focus to attention on the mental health of health workers has the potential to disrupt or even kill health services and will affect the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. Anxiety is an early symptom of psychological disorders and is still very likely to be overcome. The purpose of this systematic review is to provide information on conditions and strategies for handling anxiety in health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. 13 of 106 articles that met the qualitative requirements from various databases such as: Pubmed, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and Elsevier published between 2019-2020. Abstract

Desember 2019 penyakit coronavirus (COVID-19) muncul dan menjadi tantangan kesehatan masyarakat di seluruh dunia. Selain dampak fisik, pandemi juga berpengaruh terhadap dampak psikologis yang menyebabkan kecemasan. Sebagai garda terdepan dalam penanganan pandemi COVID-19 tenaga kesehatan berisiko mengalami kecemasan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek aksesibilitas alat pelindung diri terhadap risiko kecemasan pada tenaga kesehatan di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan metaanalisis menggunakan PRISMA. Pencarian basis data dilakukan 2020–2021. 16 dari 2.727 studi masuk dalam kriteria untuk dianalisis. Penyajian data menggunakan forest plot dengan model statistik fix effect. Besar adjusted odds ratio (AOR) gabungan menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya aksesibilitas APD meningkatkan risiko kecemasan pada tenaga kesehatan sebesar 1.70 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan aksesibilitas APD tercukupi (AOR=1.70; 95% CI= 1.49-1.93; p< 0,001). Heterogenitas rendah 13%, secara statistik signifikan dan funnel plot menunjukkan tidak ada bias publikasi. Pencegahan kecemasan pada tenaga kesehatan dibutuhkan untuk penanganan pandemi COVID-19 termasuk menyediakan APD yang memadai.
