Abstract

The Covid-19 Virus pandemic, whose spread was massive and very difficult to handle. Various policies have been implemented by the government to break the chain of virus spreading. The government applies policies in various sectors that can trigger crowds. Because from the crowd and crowd that is the spread of the virus so quickly and massively. Until the government policy that causes controversy and also the pros and cons among Muslims is the absence of congregational prayers (five-time prayers, Friday prayers, tarawih prayers, and Eid al-Fitr prayers) in the mosque for a while. Some agree because it is for the common good to break the chain of the spread of the virus. And some disagree with the reason to reduce religious and spiritual values in worship. In this study, a conclusion will be found that spiritual values in human beings in the pandemic can remind ruhaniyahconsciousness to connect closely with great power, the values of immortality, finding the meaning of life and beauty.

Abstract

Pandemi COV1D-1 9 membawa berbagai tantangan dan probematika sosial di tengah pandemi tidak hanya berdampak serius terhadap kesehatan masyarakat, tetapi juga di bidang hukum. Pandemi adalah perubahan sosial yang mempengaruhi kondisi hukum di masyarakat. Di satu sisi, dalam konteks perubahan sosial (social change), bidang hukum dan perubahan sosial saling mempengaruhi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research), yang memiliki tujuan yakni menelusuri dan menelaah suatu data atau informasi mengenai bahasan penelitian dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif analisis untuk mendapatkan suatu gambaran terperinci dari objek pembahasan. Dari penelitian didapat kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh perubahan sosial terhadap perubahan hukum, sebaliknya perubahan hukum juga berpengaruh terhadap perubahan sosial masyarakat. Hubungan antara perubahan sosial dan sektor hukum tersebut merupakan hubungan interaksi. Dalam kondisi inilah peran hukum sebagai sarana perubahan sosial penting untuk dioptimalkan.

Abstract

Persoalan hubungan agama (Islam) dan negara di masa modern ini merupakan salah satu subjek penting, meski telah diperdebatkan oleh banyak pemikir Islam sejak hampir seabad lalu. Dalam konteks politik di Indonesia, seperti halnya negara-negara lain yang mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam, seperti Turki, Palestina, dan Libiya, mengalami kesulitan serius, terutama berkaitan dengan membangun hubungan politik antar agama (Islam) dengan negara. Oleh karenanya, Nurcholish Madjid seorang intelektual muslim Indonesia yang sering disapa Cak Nur merumuskan pemikiran-pemikirannya dalam menjawab persoalan politik Islam yang terjadi di Indonesia. Dengan demikian tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memaparkan analisis gagasan maupun konsep tentang relasi agama dan negara di Indonesia berdasarkan pemikiran Nurcholish Madjid. Penelitian ini merupakan studi pustaka (library research) yang sepenuhnya bersumber pada buku maupun tulisan yang berkaitan dengan pemikiran keislaman dan keindonesiaan Nurcholish Madjid. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Nurcholish Madjid mencoba menetralisasi ketegangan hubungan Islam dan negara dengan menyerukan deislamisasi dan program sekularisasi serta desakralisasi. Menurut Nurcholish Madjid sekularisasi pada hakikatnya adalah rasionalisasi dan desakralisasi. Sebab substansi sekularisasi adalah memecahkan dan memahami masalah-masalah duniawi dengan menyerahkan kecerdasan antara rasio.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relevance and contribution of Nusantara Sufism teachings in addressing the humanitarian crises faced by contemporary society. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a library research approach. Data were collected from various relevant literature, including books, journals, articles, and digital sources discussing Nusantara Sufism teachings and humanitarian crises. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively by identifying main themes that emerged from the literature and evaluating the contributions of these teachings in the context of humanitarian crises. The findings indicate that Nusantara Sufism teachings can provide concrete solutions to humanitarian crises through the harmonization of spiritual and material dimensions. The teaching of Manunggaling Kawula Gusti encourages the search for deeper meaning in life, reducing the spiritual emptiness that often underlies various crises. Pepatah Petitih offers moral values that can guide ethical behavior in society, while Sangkan Paraning Dumadi provides a philosophical framework for understanding and accepting the journey of life. The theoretical implications highlight the importance of integrating spiritual dimensions in the study of humanitarian crises and open opportunities for further research on the contribution of local teachings in solving global issues.

Abstract

There are at least two items preserved in the manuscript of Ibn Arabi's Hall Rumuz wa Mafatihu al-Kunuz on the teaching of tasawuf, located in Cirebon Palace, West Java, Indonesia: Hall al-Rumuz (a collection of answers to every query based on the Sufi) and Mafatih al-Kurum (a brief summary of the secret of the teaching of tasawuf). A hermeneutic analysis of the library study highlights two important facets of Ibn Arabi's teaching: first, the knowledge that unlocks the treasure, and second, the possession of the key that enables one to reach the pinnacle of existence (al-Insan al-Kamil). To achieve perfection, one must possess a key as the method of access. Ibn Arabi stresses the significance of accurately comprehending the notions of divinity, humanity, and the road to perfection. This is to ensure that individuals do not forfeit their fitrah or their inherent identity as beings within a highly dynamic social environment.
