Abstract

Human resource development must be carried out seriously and consistently, one of which is through coaching activities. Coaching is an HR development activity through internal qualitative actions, namely helping employees to identify their potential, goals in their careers, identify potential problems, and find ways to solve them, to get optimal performance. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Hutama Karya Infrastructure with a qualitative method. In collecting data, field observations were carried out through coaching activities. The analysis technique was carried out descriptively, namely explaining the actual conditions during the Coaching activity. The results of the activities carried out indicate that, employees of PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur gains self-reinforcement regarding its existence in the company, namely realizing career needs, occupying positions, and getting opportunities for self-development as well as increasing income / awards.

Abstract

The current development of the stock market attracts the attention of capital owners or investorsto invest in the stock market. Stock exchange participants can buy and sell shares or other thingson the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Effect of financial reports on company stock prices onthe IDX. Fluctuating stock prices are a problem faced by investors today, therefore investorsmust be careful in making decisions. Every investor decision making should be based on goodfinancial reports. This study aims to determine the possible influence of interim financial reportson changes in stock prices on the IDX. The research method uses the Minitab program analysis,as well as applying samples to companies on the IDX. The population of this study is companiesregistered on the IDX in the period 2018 to the end of 2022, and publishing interim financialreports electronically and in the mass media, no later than 120 days after closing the company'sbooks. So that in this study took a sample of 53 most active companies. The data in this researchare secondary, taken from literature and data sources published by the Indonesia StockExchange (https://old.idx.co.id/). Tests on stock prices (P it), Abnormal Return (AR) bothrealized returns and expected returns and event dates. The results of calculations and analysis ofdata carried out in this study concluded that the publication of interim financial reports did nothave a significant effect on changes in stock prices as a whole.

Abstract

PT Alkha Industri (ALKAIND), as one of the leading industrial and design companies in Indonesia. Of course, handling projects worth hundreds of billions of rupiah and multi years requires a professional strategy and management so that the project is on time, does not exceed the costs that have been determined and in accordance with the specifications requested by the employer (client / owner). ALKIND already has project risk management rules/procedures and the project team has carried out project planning with risk management (risk identification). Research conducting analysis provides answers to the effectiveness of making project risk identification can affect the achievement of project targets. The data uses data from the company PT Alkha Industri from 2020 to 2022 for registered projects both completed and in progress. The results of the analysis can be concluded, 1) the risk owner who should identify potential risks in the project is not Project Control personnel because they do not know the potential risks of each function, 2) update risks every month by evaluating the realization of control, 3) risks so that their inherent risk score is reduced, 4) Perform other responses besides mitigating, namely how to avoid risk (avoiding), how to transfer risk (sharing / transferring), controlling risk (controlling) and optimizing risk (exploiting).

Abstract

The analysis intends to evaluate the impact of company values also workload on staff performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Depok Margonda 2. Utilizing a quantitative statistical method, data collection involves observations and surveys provided to 33 employees. Using SPSS version 27, data assessment included aNOVA, correlation analysis, chi-square test, and R-squared value. Outcomes from the t-test reveal workplace culture (X1) adversely affects employee output (Y), yielding a t-value of -5.266, greater t-table 1.697 a significance value of 0.000. In conclusion, workload (X2) contributes positively and considerably to performance, reflected by a t-value of 5.765 > t-table 1.697 also a significance of 0.000. The F-test confirms that both variables jointly affect performance significantly (F-value 16.700 > F-table 3.316). The coefficient of determination (R²) measures 52.7%, revealing that work culture and workload together affect performance, with the remaining 47.3% influenced by different variables.

Abstract

Iren Mailuhu (64210645), The Influence of Competency and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Depok PT. PLN (Persero) PT. PLN (Persero) is a company owned by the state. The task of this company is to provide electricity distribution services and organize its main service units into several parts that are appropriate to the electric power system, such as generation, transmission and distribution. PT. PLN (Persero) in managing human resources needs to pay attention to the competency and work discipline of each employee in order to produce employees who are of good quality and superior performance. This research aims to determine the influence of competence and work discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Depok. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection using saturated samples or non-probability sampling. A total of 56 respondents were sampled and the data obtained was processed using SPSS version 27 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, The results of the analysis show that Y = 6.651, X1 = 0.625, Based on the coefficient of determination test, it was found that the two independent variables had an influence of 68.1% on employee performance.

Abstract

Tren konsumsi makanan dan minuman kekinian yang semakin meningkat di kalangan generasi Z telah menciptakan persaingan bisnis yang kompetitif, khususnya di sektor minuman cepat saji. Dalam konteks ini, kualitas produk dan strategi promosi menjadi dua faktor utama yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen HAUS cabang Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan metode survei. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu konsumen yang pernah membeli produk HAUS di lokasi tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert 1–5, dan data dianalisis dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (t hitung = 7,104; signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05). Begitu pula dengan variabel promosi yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (t hitung = 6,280; signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan (F hitung = 212,863; signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05). Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,811 menunjukkan bahwa 81,1% variasi keputusan pembelian dijelaskan oleh kualitas produk dan promosi. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kualitas produk dan pelaksanaan strategi promosi yang tepat terbukti berperan penting dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen, khususnya di kalangan Gen Z.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya penurunan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada beberapa unit di PT XYZ yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh ketidakseimbangan antara beban kerja dan imbalan, serta lemahnya penegakan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner tertutup kepada 91 karyawan tetap sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25, dengan tahapan uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta uji asumsi klasik (termasuk uji heteroskedastisitas menggunakan metode Glejser). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik kompensasi maupun disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja secara parsial. Selain itu, secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya pengelolaan kompensasi dan penegakan disiplin sebagai strategi peningkatan produktivitas kinerja karyawan di sektor pengembangan properti.
