Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of a system of self-assessment and tax amnesty to the compliance against the requirements of the taxpayer in the Tax Inspectorate Tebet Jakarta. Multiple regression analysis was used in this study. All taxpayers who are registered in the Tax Administration of Tibet included in this study. The formula of this research is to use a measurement scale on the Likert scale.. And the total number of people in this sample is 100 (one hundred). The results of this study show that the system self-assessment and tax amnesty influence taxpayer compliance against the Requirements of the Tax Inspectorate Tebet Jakarta. This is indicated by the results of Fcount in 93.986 and Ftable 3.090, which shows that the Fcount is greater than Ftable, and that its own assessment on the quality of the systemic and the variables of the Tax Amnesty has a significant impact on compliance with the requirements of the taxpayer in the Tax Inspectorate Tebet Jakarta.

Abstract

PT. Jasa Raharja is in charge of providing compensation for road traffic accident victims. Thus, people who have an accident will feel helped by the existence of PT. Jasa Raharja. The research objective was to test and analyze the effect of PRIME PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bojonegoro Representative Office on company image in the eyes of beneficiary claimants. This research is a survey research. The sampling technique used was Proportionate Random Sampling. Data collection by questionnaire to 50 claiment PT Jasa Raharja in Bojonegoro Regency. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of data analysis show that the value of Proactive, Friendly, and Easy partially has a significant and positive effect on company image, while the values of sincerity and empathy partially do not have a significant effect on the corporate image of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bojonegoro Representative Office. Meanwhile, the five PRIME values (proactive, friendly, sincere, easy, and empathetic) together have a significant effect on the company's image in the eyes of PT Jasa Raharja's claimants, Bojonegoro Representative Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze what factors affect the welfare of employees at PT. Oil palm plantation of KUD Minanga Ogan. This research method uses the case study method. Sampling method using purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis using Gini ratio and multiple linear regression analysis. Taking the employee population amounted to 30 employees. The results of the research conducted can be concluded that the welfare of employees at PT. KUD Minanga Ogan's oil palm plantations are still relatively low with the number of employees who still have low welfare reaching 22 employees from the 30 employee population sampled. The results of this study indicate that family responsibilities, length of work and salary have a significant effect on the welfare of employees at PT. Oil palm plantation of KUD Minanga Ogan.Keyword: employee, level, Palm, Welfare

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to train prisoners to improve their Skills at the Class IIB correctional institution in Solok City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The type of data used is qualitative and the data source uses primary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. There were 12 informants used in this research, consisting of the Head of the Correctional Institution, prison officers, coaching mentors, prisoners and visitors. The results of the research show that the analysis of inmate coaching in improving Skills at the Class IIB correctional institution in Solok City, namely Self-Reliance Coaching, Self-Reliance Coaching, was carried out to provide skills and guide inmates in entrepreneurship which can later be used by the inmates if one day they return to the community. public. Apart from fostering independence in the field of skills, the Solok Class IIB Correctional Institution also has Personality Development. With Personality Development, it is hoped that inmates will have a change in attitude and be able to restore their self-esteem so they can integrate themselves into society after leaving prison.

Abstract

Developments in the digital era require communities to have the ability to access, understand, and utilize technology as part of their preparedness for global change. However, not all community groups have equal access and digital skills, particularly regional communities such as the Central Mamberamo Community Association (HMMT) in Sorong City. This community service activity aims to empower members of this community through training in developing mobile learning-based digital teaching materials using the Thunkable application. The method used was a direct, participatory, project-based approach, allowing participants to be actively involved in every stage of the activity. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of mobile learning, their ability to use the Thunkable platform, and the creation of simple teaching material prototypes relevant to the local context. The training also succeeded in increasing learning motivation and a sense of ownership of the developed digital products. These findings support the effectiveness of no-code and project-based learning approaches in improving digital literacy in non-technological communities. This activity serves as an initial model for inclusive and sustainable technology-based community empowerment. Furthermore, this activity also had a positive impact on strengthening collaboration among HMMT community members. By working together in teams, participants not only improved their technical skills but also developed more effective collaboration and communication skills. Using the no-code Thunkable app allows them to create digital learning materials without requiring a deep technical background, making them more accessible to a wide range of communities. The success of developing a prototype of learning materials tailored to local needs also opens up opportunities for the community to continue developing their digital products in the future, with the hope of expanding access to more equitable and quality education in the region.
