Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan rasio ROE, Pertumbuhan Modal yang diproksikan dengan Modal Perseroan pada tahun yang bersangkutan dikurangi dengan tahun sebelumnya dan Debt yang diproksikan dengan rumus DER, untuk menentukan besarnya Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Sub Bidang Konstruksi dan Bangunan Tahun 2016-2020. . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang diperoleh dari Laporan Tahunan Perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Autokorelasi, Analisis Linear Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji-t dan Uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa Capital Growth berpengaruh terhadap Financial Performance, Debt tidak berpengaruh terhadap Financial Performance.

Stock prices are prices that occur on the stock market at a certain time determined by market participants and determined by the demand and supply of the shares concerned in the capital market. The share price is the present value of the income that will be received by investors in the future. Stock prices can change up and down in a matter of time so quickly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability and leverage on stock prices. The object of this study is a large trading company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as many as 20 samples of companies obtained after using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The type of data in this study is quantitative. Sources of data used are secondary data derived from the company's financial statements for a period of 3 years. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression analysis carried out, it was obtained that Y= 7,447 – 0,045X1 + 0,036X2 - 0,219X3 + e This means that liquidity has a significant negative (-) effect on stock prices, profitability has a significant positive (+) effect on prices. stocks and leverage have a negative (-) effect on stock prices. The results of the f test obtained that the fcalculated is 5,436 >ftable 2.79 means that liquidity, profitability, and leverage have a significant effect on stock prices in large trading companies listed on the IDX.

This research aims to find out how to train prisoners to improve their Skills at the Class IIB correctional institution in Solok City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The type of data used is qualitative and the data source uses primary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. There were 12 informants used in this research, consisting of the Head of the Correctional Institution, prison officers, coaching mentors, prisoners and visitors. The results of the research show that the analysis of inmate coaching in improving Skills at the Class IIB correctional institution in Solok City, namely Self-Reliance Coaching, Self-Reliance Coaching, was carried out to provide skills and guide inmates in entrepreneurship which can later be used by the inmates if one day they return to the community. public. Apart from fostering independence in the field of skills, the Solok Class IIB Correctional Institution also has Personality Development. With Personality Development, it is hoped that inmates will have a change in attitude and be able to restore their self-esteem so they can integrate themselves into society after leaving prison.

Tempat wisata kampong sawah Durimanis adalah inisiatif rekreasi yang dimulai dan dijalankan oleh penduduk kampung Dukuh, Imogiri, Bantul, Yogyakarta bersama dengan sejumlah kecil kelompok warga lokal yang memiliki kepentingan di dalamnya sebagai pihak yang terlibat. Potensi alam yang dimiliki oleh Kampung Sawah Duwimanis dan kenaikan jumlah pengunjung di Yogyakarta bisa menjadi daya tarik bagi para wisatawan yang mendorong warga sekitar untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui kegiatan wisata alam yang dimulai sejak tahun 2021. Kampung Sawah Durimanis, sebagai destinasi wisata yang baru dimulai sehingga masih memerlukan bimbingan dalam melaksanakan rencana bisnis yang telah dirancang, melalui pelatihan digital marketing. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan destinasi Kampung Sawah Durimanis secara lebih luas, menarik lebih banyak pengunjung dan mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang lebih terampil dan siap untuk menjalankan rencana bisnis yang telah disusun sebelumnya.

This research aims to determine the difference in Price Earning Ratio (PER) before and after the Covid 19 pandemic in textile subsector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018 - 2022. The samples used in this research were 14 samples from a population of 23 companies. Textile subsector listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. The method used in this research is the purposive sampling method. Based on the results of statistical tests, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference between the Price Earning Ratio before and the Price Earning Ratio after the Covid 19 Pandemic in Textile Subsector Companies, which is marked by │tcount│ < │ttable│. The significance value is 0.321. Based on the results of the significance test, it shows that the tcount value is -1.011. Tcount =│ -1.011│ < ttable = │2.052│ explained that H0 is accepted because tcount < ttable, then H1 is rejected. The sig value is more than the specified significance level. From an industrial perspective, it can be said that the Covid 19 pandemic has had no impact on share prices and earnings per share in the textile industry.

This study aims to determine the potential for bankruptcy using the grover method (G-Score) in Retail Trading Sub-Sector Service Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2020. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population and sample of this research are 27 Retail Trade Sub-Sector Service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. This research sample selection method used purposive sampling method with a total of 16 companies that met the criteria. The analysis technique in this study uses the Microsoft Exel program in performing calculations using the grover model to predict company bankruptcy. Grover categorizes the company in bankruptcy with a score less than or equal to (-0.02). While the value for companies that are not bankrupt is more or equal to (0.01). Based on Grover's calculations (G-Score) from 16 Retail Trade Service Sub-Sector companies studied from 2015-2020, there were 5 companies that went bankrupt in a given year.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Struktur Organisasi, Kedisiplinan, Motivasi terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan (Studi kasus Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Solok ). Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh Y= 0,404 + 0,197X1 + (-0,252X2) + 0,201X3 + 0,315X4 + e dan uji t 2,473, [-2,505] ,3,487 dan 4,666 yang artinya bahwa variabel Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan, Struktur Organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan, Kedisplinan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan dan Motvias berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan. Dilihat dari nilai R Square 0,570 yang artinya Kepemimpinan, Struktur Organisasi, Kedisiplinan dan Motivasi berpengaruh sebesar 57% terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga 43% dipengaruhi oleh faktor variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari analisis uji f nilai fhitung adalah 21,542 > 2,51 yang artinya bahwa Kepemimpinan, Struktur Organisasi, Kedisiplinan dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kredit Usaha Rakyat, pengalaman pemilik dan pendapatan UMKM terhadap penambahan aset pemilik UMKM di Nagari Cupak Kec. Gunung Talang dengan sampel sebanyak 30 pemilik UMKM di Nagari Cupak Kec. Gunung Talang dengan metode total Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kredit Usaha Rakyat tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penambahan aset. Nilai thitung adalah |1,895| < ttabel |2,056| dan nilai signifikan 0,069 > 0,05. Maka dapat dirumuskan sesuai dengan hasil penelitian sehingga H1 ditolak sedangkan H0 diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kredit Usaha Rakyat tidak berpengaruh terhadap penambahan aset pemilik di Nagari Cupak Kec. Gunung Talang. Berdasarkan analisis statistik penelitian ditemukan bahwa hipotesis kedua (H2) diterima. Nilai thitung adalah |4,975| > ttabel |2,056| dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat dirumuskan sesuai dengan hasil penelitian sehingga H2 diterima sedangkan Ho ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengalaman Pemilik berpengaruh terhadap penambahan aset pemilik di Nagari Cupak Kec. Gunung Talang. Berdasarkan analisis statistik penelitian ditemukan bahwa hipotesis ketiga (H3) ditolak. nilai thitung adalah |-0,967| < ttabel |2,056| dan nilai signifikan 0,342 > 0,05. Maka dapat dirumuskan sesuai dengan hasil penelitian sehingga H3 ditolak sedangkan Ho diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pendapatan UMKM tidak berpengaruh terhadap penambahan aset pemilik di Nagari Cupak Kec. Gunung Talang. Secara simultan Kredit Usaha Rakyat, Pengalaman Pemilik dan Pendapatan UMKM berpengaruh terhadap Penambahan Aset Pemilik UMKM di Nagari Cupak Kec. Gunung Talang yang diteliti. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan menggunakan uji F dengan nilai signifikan fhitung adalah |12,528| > ftabel |2,98| dan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < dari sig a 0,05. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai R Square sebesar 0,591 atau 59,1% dan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang belum diteliti sebesar 40,9%.

This research was conducted within the Department of Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry and Trade, Solok Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how big the impact of biographical characteristics and work facilities on the duties of employees within the Department of Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry and Trade, Solok Regency. In this study, the population was employees in the Department of Cooperatives, SMEs, Industry and Trade of Solok Regency totaling 61 people. By using purposive sampling, a sample of 35 people was obtained. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the variable biographical characteristics and work facilities have an effect on employee duties. Y= 20.55+ 0.555 X1 + 0.366 X2. From the t-test, it was found that the variable X1 Biographical Characteristics had a significant effect on employee duties with a variable value of 1.804 > ttable 1.693 and a significant value level of 0.008 <a 0.05. Variable X2 work facilities has a significant effect on employee duties with a value of 2,274 > t table 1,693 and a significant value of 0.010 < 0.05. From the f test conducted, it is found that the Biographical Characteristics and work facilities have a simultaneous effect on employee duties. Fcount is 6.148 > Ftable 3.280 and with this the significance is 0.006 < 0.05.

This research was conducted on the Jorong Feed community on Saturday Nagari Panyakalan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy on strengthening the family economy of the Jorong Pakan Saturday Panyakalan Community. In this study, the population was the Jorong Pakan Saturday Panyakalan Community, which amounted to 225 people with a total sample of 50 people. . With this type of quantitative research and sampling technique using the pourpose sampling method. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire/questionnaire. Based on a simple linear regression analysis of the variable Islamic financial literacy of productive age people on the strengthening of the family economy Y=30.213+0.288.X+e. From the t-test performed, the t-count value is greater than t-table 2.224 > 2.010 and the significant level value is 0.031 < 0.05, then H1 is accepted, H0 is accepted. From the Determination Test, the R Square value is 0.093 or 9.3%, this shows that the independent variable has an impact on the dependent variable by 9.3%, while the remaining 90.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. for example individual characteristics, discipline, incentives, rewards and family environment.
