PT. Jasa Raharja is in charge of providing compensation for road traffic accident victims. Thus, people who have an accident will feel helped by the existence of PT. Jasa Raharja. The research objective was to test and analyze the effect of PRIME PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bojonegoro Representative Office on company image in the eyes of beneficiary claimants. This research is a survey research. The sampling technique used was Proportionate Random Sampling. Data collection by questionnaire to 50 claiment PT Jasa Raharja in Bojonegoro Regency. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of data analysis show that the value of Proactive, Friendly, and Easy partially has a significant and positive effect on company image, while the values of sincerity and empathy partially do not have a significant effect on the corporate image of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Bojonegoro Representative Office. Meanwhile, the five PRIME values (proactive, friendly, sincere, easy, and empathetic) together have a significant effect on the company's image in the eyes of PT Jasa Raharja's claimants, Bojonegoro Representative Office.

Nurses have a big role in patient care and the sustainability of a hospital. The lack of nurses affects public health services. Adequacy in the number and quality of nurses must be considered. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction and Perceived Ease of Movement on Turnover Intentions. This research was conducted at a Class D hospital. The population was 55 nurses. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. Data collection through questionnaires and data analysis in hypothesis testing using Pearson Product Moment Correlation Technique. The analysis shows that the Perceived Ease of Movement and Job Satisfaction affect nurses' turnover intentions. The results of this study are expected to provide input for hospital management in improving nurse Job Satisfaction in an effort to reduce nurse turnover intentions.

This study aims to determine the application of Management Balanced Scorecard (BSC) at Rural Bank Nusumma Central Java Branch of Blora. Innovative companies use the scorecard as a strategic management system in managing long-term strategy. Based on research results, it can be concluded that the overall financial perspective has shown good results, although not optimally, performance consumer perspective shows that consumers have a customer satisfaction rate of 73% is located in the Satisfied. The internal process perspective of performance showed improved performance of business services to customers, the better. Performance of growth and learning perspective shows increased employee productivity, retention of employees remain, and the level of employee satisfaction to company policy of 76%

Public transport route in the city is an important means of transportation for people of Bojonegoro. The existence and the services provided public transport affects the level of satisfaction of public service users of the freight. Besides, the role of the Department of Transportation also affects the trajectory of public transport services in the city. This research is a qualitative descriptive study aims to determine the role of the Department of Transportation in the improvement of public transport service route in the city. The population is people who use public transport route in the city, and the sample amounted to 50 people. While the methods and techniques of data collection using questionnaires and interview. Data Analysis Techniques used is a model of Miles and Hubberman, with the result that people who are not satisfied with the service of urban transportation route in the city due to the condition of urban transportation that are less good, less comfortable, time spent waiting for shuttles were long, the behavior of the driver reckless in driving, as well as inadequate halte. And the role of the Department of Transportation Bojonegoro deemed not optimal in achieving safe transportation.

Bertransaksi melalui online shop bagi sebagian besar orang awam sangat tidak diminati, dibutuhkan rasa kepercayaan yang tinggi serta pertimbangan akan kualitas pelayanan yang diperolehnya, hal itu yang nantinya akan membuat konsumen mengambil keputusan pembelian ulang. Berkaitan dengan praktek online shop, membuat peneliti bergerak akan mengangkat penelitian sejauhmana pengaruh kepercayaan pelanggan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang di online shop Tata Busana Muslim. Sampel penelitian adalah pembeli yang telah melakukan belanja minimal 3 kali dalam periode Juli sampai dengan Desember 2014. Instrumen utama pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan diukur dengan skala likert. Kuesioner dikirim ke responden melalui google form atau google kuisioner. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier sederhana dan Regresi Ganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sementara variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Variabel kepercayaan dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang. Dengan demikian variabel kepercayaan dan kualitas pelayanan penting dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian ulang pada online shop Tata Busana Muslim

This study examined the relationship of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and intention to leave. We use correlational research methods andregression analysis. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The results showed job satisfaction only have a relationship with affective commitment. Affective commitment has relationship with intention to leave. The negative relationship of job satisfaction and affective commitment, it’s means that the higher the job satisfaction and affective commitment of employees, hence the smaller intention to leave organizations.

The development of the cosmetic industry, especially lipstick is growing tremendously. The lipstick market segment expanded towards the teen segment. Many lipstick products are offered by manufacturers to adolescent consumers. With so many choices make teenagers more selective in choosing products. The quality of lipstick is one of the factors they consider, considering the health risks of the skin when exposed to poor quality lipstick. Teenagers also do not have their own income, so in making lipstick purchases the price factor is also considered. The research purposes are to find out the influence of product quality and price on the decision to buy lipstick at STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro students. Quantitative research with a population of 165 STIE Cendekia students class A with a sample of 62 respondents. Sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the quality of the product and the price had a significant effect on the decision to buy lipstick. This is an opportunity for the next researcher to examine other factors that contribute to the decision to buy lipstick

financial distressis a condition where the company's finances are experiencing a loss because it is considered unable to pay its obligations when they are due. The increase in cigarette excise rates will certainly have an impact on the shares of cigarette issuers and result in an increase in the selling price of cigarettes which will allow the company to experience financial distress. Cigarette companies need to analyze the company's financial condition, in which companies can predict opportunities for financial distress. Among them are using bankruptcy prediction models, one of which is zmijewski, altman z-score and ohlson. The aim of the researchers was to determine the prediction of financial distress in cigarette companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period using the Zmijewski method, altman z-score and Ohlson. This research is a descriptive research,The results show that the Zmijewski method predicts all healthy companies, the Altman Z-Score method for three companies is said to be healthy and the Ohlson method has two companies in good health. Ohlson's method has a high degree of accuracy72% with Typel Elrror 1 at 20% and Typel Elrror II at 8%. So that the Ohlson model is the most appropriate to use in predicting financial distress in cigarette companies listed on the Indonesian Efek Exchange (BEI).
