Abstract

Expert system is one branch of artificial intelligence that mimics the way to learn how to think an expert in solving a problem. Artificial intelligence is one of the fields of computer science which utilizes intelligent computer so that it can behave like a human. Computer science to develop software and hardware to mimic human actions. Simulated human activities such as reasoning, vision, learning, problem solving, natural language understanding, and so on. By definition, artificial intelligence technology studied in fields such as Robotics (Robotics), Computer Vision (Computer Vision), Natural Language Processing (Natural Language Processing), Pattern Recognition (Pattern Recognition), Artificial Neural Systems (Artificial Neural Systems), Introduction voice (speech recognition), and expert systems (Expert System). Application of Expert System is a software package that discusses how to diagnose diseases of the teeth. The programming language used to make the expert system application is using PHP with MySQL database. Accordance with the programming language that is used it will be displayed in the interface which provides information for the user to visually shape.Keywords : Expert systems , dental disease , Forward chaining

Abstract

The development of e-commerce has brought changes to the sales strategy of various products in various countries, including Indonesia. Becoming more and more appear various e-commerce website with a variety of offerings including online bookstores. Through observation method perengkingan using machine (Alexa rank & Page rank) of this study wanted to see how much the user knows the website with the keywords typed into the search engine. By using these machines the researchers also wanted to see the world and serve targeted website ranked in Indonesia itself. The results showed that the website tersbut not so well known by the user. This study also showed a high correlation between the name of the site that is easy to remember the number of the arrival of the user. Kata Kunci: e-commerce,  bookstore

Abstract

STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita masih menggunakan presensi dengan sistem manual. Sistem manual yang berjalan saat ini masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan, salah satunya mahasiswa mudah melakukan kecurangan dengan menduplikasi tanda tangan. Sistem presensi manual menyebabkan Biro Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaaan (BAAK) harus merekap laporan presensi setiap bulannya, dan membutuhkan biaya untuk mencetak lembar presensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghilangkan manipulasi data presensi, memudahkan BAAK dalam melakukan rekapitulasi bulanan dan mengurangi biaya pencetakan lembar presensi dengan pembuatan sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Aplikasi android sebagai alat presensi dan sistem backend sebagai alat pembantu BAAK merekapitulasi laporan presensi. Penerepan 1 pengguna 1 alat, QR Code dan validasi area menggunakan metode euclidean distance merupakan cara untuk mengurangi kecurangan presensi. Hasil menunjukkan penelitian ini mempengaruhi presensi, rekapitulasi dan biaya. Mahasiswa tidak bisa memanipulasi presensi karena pengamanan satu pengguna satu alat, QR Code dan validasi area. Perekapan dari sistem juga dapat menghemat waktu 10 jam 44 menit, dan menghemat biaya pencetakan lembar presensi sebanyak Rp. 70.750
