Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe efforts to improve physical fitness learning outcomes through the method of playing on students of class VIII public junior high school 5 Pallangga Gowa District. Approach in this research is qualitative descriptive approach with class action research type. The implementation of this research is focused on two variables, namely the method of play and physical fitness learning outcomes. This research was conducted in public junior high school 5 Pallangga Gowa Regency with research subjects of VIII students amounting to 40 people. Data collection techniques used are observation, test and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative descriptions. Based on the results of the study concluded that learning through the application of play methods can improve physical fitness learning outcomes in grade VIII students. From the analysis result obtained significant improvement from cycle I and cycle II. The result of physical fitness learning in cycle I in the finished category is 37.5% with the number of students 15 people whereas in cycle II there is an increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes in the complete category of 95% with 38 students complete. Abstract

Kecepatan, daya tahan, dan pengetahuan merupakan hal penting dalam melaksanakan tugas sebagai wasit. Hal tersebut berpengaruh pada saat pertandingan berlangsung dalam hal pengambilan keputusan wasit yang tepat sesuai dengan kondisi yang terjadi, baik dari segi fisik maupun pengetahuan. permasalahan kecepatan, daya tahan dan pengetahuan wasit futsal Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan variabel mandiri yaitu, kecepatan, daya tahan dan pengetahuan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan instrumen tes 30 meter untuk kecepatan, bleep test untuk daya tahan dan kuesioner angket untuk pengetahuan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 orang wasit futsal yang ada di Sulawesi Selatan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dari ketiga variabel menunjukkan bahwa, tingkat kecepatan yaitu 2 responden (8%) berkategori cukup, 11 responden (44%) berkategori sedang, dan 12 responden (48%) kategori baik. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata tingkat kecepatan wasit futsal Sulawesi Selatan berada dalam kategori “Sedang”. Untuk Tingkat daya tahan hasilnya yaitu 9 responden (36%) berkategori cukup, 13 responden (52%) berkategori sedang, dan 3 responden (12%) berkategori baik. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata, tingkat daya tahan wasit futsal Sulawesi Selatan berada dalam kategori “sedang”. Dan untuk pengetahuan wasit futsal Sulawesi Selatan dari jumlah sampel 25 orang wasit, 2 responden (8%) berkategori kurang, 5 responden (20%) berkategori cukup, 11 responden (44%) berkategori sedang 5 responden (20%) berkategori baik dan 2 responden (8%) berkategori baik sekali. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata, tingkat pengetahuan wasit futsal Sulawesi Selatan berada dalam kategori “sedang”.

Abstract

This experimental research that aims to examine whether there is an influence of circuit training and interval training on leg muscle endurance of Velocita volleyball women athletes in Banggai regency. This is motivated by the low achievement of women’s volleyball in the Banggai regency which is due to a lack of ability to maintain the quality of the game due to low leg muscle endurance. The population is all Velocita women's volleyball athletes in Banggai district, totaling 12 people, while the sample uses the total sampling method so that the total is 12 athletes. The research data were obtained by giving a leg muscle endurance test in the form of squat jump test through the pretest and posttest after the athlete was given the training treatment. Data analysis techniques using t-test analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is discovered that (1) there is an influence of circuit training on leg muscle endurance of Velocita volleyball women athletes in Banggai regency with a tcount of 12,593 > 2,571 ttable and a p value of Sig. 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, (2) there is an influence of interval training on leg muscle endurance of Velocita volleyball women athletes in Banggai regency with a tcount of 7,906 > 2,571 ttable and a p value of Sig. 0.001 is smaller than 0.05, and (3) there is no difference in the influence of circuit training and interval training on leg muscle endurance of Velocita volleyball women athletes in Banggai regency where the results of the t test show tcount 1.958 smaller than ttable value 2.228 with a significance value of 0.079 greater than the value of α 0.05. It can be concluded that there is an influence circuit training and interval training on leg muscle endurance in Velocita women's volleyball athletes Banggai Regency significantly.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of learning strategy and motivation at the leaning outcomes for physical education, sports and health in elementary schools. This is a kind of experimental research by factorial design. The sample used was 40 students at SD Inpres Tallang-Tallang. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analisys and 2 ways Anova. Hypothetical test results show: (1) The are differences in learning outcomes between students who follow the discovery leanirng strategy which is higher tha the expository strategies in physical education subjects in elementary schools. (2) The are interactions between learning strategies with motivation at the learning outcomes in physical education subjects in elementary schools. (3) The are differences in learning outcomes between students through discovery leanirng strategy which is higher tha the expository strategies which have high motivation in physical education subjects in elementary schools. (4) The are differences in learning outcomes between students through discovery leanirng strategy which is higher tha the expository strategies which have low motivation in physical education subjects in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the quality of PJOK learning processes and outcomes that have yet to reach the expected standards. This problem can potentially hamper the effectiveness of curriculum implementation in improving student competencies. This research aims to analyze objective information and find improvements in the quality of the process and output in PJOK learning. This type of research is evaluative with descriptive research design. The subjects of this research trial involved 85 students from grades 7 and 8 who participated in PJOK learning. Data was collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and document studies with instruments tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis method used is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the quality of the PJOK learning process was in a suitable category, while the quality of the learning output was classified as very good. The conclusion of this study shows that although the quality of PJOK learning is adequate, some aspects still require improvement to ensure more optimal effectiveness in achieving student competence. This research implies the need to strengthen teacher competence in designing and implementing curriculum-based learning to improve the overall quality of learning.
