Abstract

The concentration of zinc (Zn) in pregnant women is relatively decreased by 35%. Low Zn in pregnant women can reduce the transport of nutrients to the uterus and affect the provision of adequate nutrition to the baby. Zn deficiency in pregnant women can cause several complications, including low birth weight (LBW), Intrauterine Growth Restriction (IUGR), and preterm birth. Zn is important in maintaining the stability of physiological functions, the process of DNA formation in the fetus and cell hemostasis. This study used a cross-sectional approach using medical record data in the Laboratory of the Prodia Kramat Clinic in Central Jakarta in 2019 - 2020. The sample in this study was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach based on limiting criteria as many as 37 pregnant women. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that 392 (91.4%) pregnant women have not realized the importance of Zn examination, the highest reduction in Zn levels in pregnant women occurred in the second trimester as much as 86.5%, at the age level of 26-30 years. This can occur due to the lack of Zn supplementation during pregnancy and lack of awareness in monitoring the nutritional components both macronutrient and micronutrient, one of which is Zn. Abstract

Gagal Ginjal Kronis (GGK) merupakan kerusakan fungsi ginjal yang terjadi selama lebih dari 3 bulan, dan dapat ditegakkan jila nilai Laju Filtrasi Glomerulus (LFG) kurang dari 60 ml/menit/1,73m2 . Pemeriksaan Laboratorium untuk mendeteksi adanya gangguan fungsi ginjal yaitu dengan melihat hasil kadar hemoglobin dan kadar kreatinin. Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2. Berdasarkan hasil infestigasi epidemiologi, kasus tersebut dicurigai berhubungan dengan Pasar Seafood di Wuhan, Cina. Selain menyebabkan penyakit pernapasan atau pneumonia, virus ini juga menyebabkan hiperkoagulasi yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar D-dimer. D-dimer adalah produk degradasi fibrin terlarut yang dihasilkan dari pecahan thrombus yang terlarut oleh sistem fibrinolitik. Pemeriksaan laboratorium untuk mendiagnosis pasien terinfeksi COVID-19 adalah pemeriksaan PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction), dimana hasilnya menunjukkan nilai Cycle Threshold ( CT ) yang bervariasi. Pengertian nilai CT adalah banyaknya siklus yang dibutuhkan hingga sinyal flouresns melewati batas ambang (threshold). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan nilai CT pada pasien terkonfirmasi COVID-19 dengan hasil D-dimer. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Data sekunder diambil dari salah satu Rumah Sakit Swasta Daerah di Jakarta Pusat. Data diolah dengan program SPSS dengan uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan peningkatan kadar D-dimer tetapi tidak terdapat korelasi dengan nilai CT.

Abstract

Larutan Turk memiliki komposisi salah satunya yaitu asam asetat glasial. Jeruk Nipis (C. aurantifolia S.) adalah jenis citrus yang mempunyai kandungan asam sitrat dengan pH 2,0. Kedua bahan itu adalah asam lemah yang mampu melisiskan sel darah selain leukosit. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen, dengan populasi 35 pasien di Laboratorium RS Hasanah Graha Afiah. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat persamaan pada hubungan antara variasi konsentrasi air perasan jeruk nipis 1 % dengan larutan Turk yaitu dengan nilai R Square = 0,8977, hubungan antara variasi konsentrasi air perasan jeruk nipis 2 % dengan larutan Turk yaitu dengan nilai R Square = 0,9978, pada hubungan antara variasi konsentrasi air perasan jeruk nipis 3 % dengan larutan Turk yaitu dengan nilai R Square = 0,9109, pada hubungan antara variasi konsentrasi air perasan jeruk nipis 4 % dengan larutan Turk yaitu dengan nilai R Square = 0,7005, pada hubungan antara variasi konsentrasi air perasan jeruk nipis 5 % dengan larutan Turk yaitu dengan nilai R Square = 0,4492. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variasi konsentrasi air perasan jeruk nipis mampu digunakan sebagai pengganti komposisi larutan Turk. Pada penelitian ini variasi konsentrasi 2% adalah konsentrasi paling efektif dibandingkan dengan variasi konsentrasi yang lain, karena hasil yang diperoleh tidak jauh berbeda dengan hasil yang diperoleh oleh dari larutan kontrol (larutan Turk).

Abstract

Hospital is one of the health care facilities that have complex characteristics especially concerning the interaction between the various processes, scientific devices and various types of health workers who are related to each other. In addition to a positive impact, the Hospital had negative impacts that generate waste during its activities; one of waste is solid medical waste. Solid medical waste is one of the sources of pollution, so it is necessary to conduct an integrated management starting from segregation to the disposal of solid medical waste. Researcher raised this issue because there were incident afflicting health workers and cleaning services at Haji Hospital Jakarta, they were punctured used needles. In a period of 2 years from 2014 to 2015, there had been 5 cases of used needles should not happen. This research use quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative research conducted by distributing a questionnaire to measure the level of knowledge (age, length of work, education, training), facilities and behavior of nurses and cleaning services to the risk of solid medical waste disposal activities. The qualitative research conducted with in-depth interviews. Result of the relation between nurse knowledge against the risk of solid medical waste disposal based on the result of the t-test 1.661 < t-table 2000. Result of the relation between nurse behavior with the risk of medical waste disposal activities based on the result of the t-test 1.975 < t-table 2000. Result of the relation between of the level nurse knowledge and nurse behavior with the risk of solid medical waste disposal based on the result f-count 3.036 < f-table 3.35. So there is no relation between nurse knowledge and nurse behavior with the risk of medical waste disposal activities at Haji Hospital Jakarta.
