This research aims to investigate the influence of firm performance and good corporate governance on firm value and investigate the interaction firm performance with good corporate governance. This study take 334 sample financial reporting of listed firm on Bursa Efek Indonesia in year 2012. The results showed that the index corporate governance (ICG), firm performance of ROA and ROE have not significant effect to of firm value PBV. But give significant positive effect if index corporate governance interacted with firm performance on firm value PBV.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Profitability (ROE), Leverage (DER) and Dividend Policy (DPR) on Firm Value (PBV) of listed companies in the ISE period 2013. The population in this study is from whole companies which listed in ISE during 2013 period. Data is taken from the company’s financial reports. Gained of total sample 50 companies. The analysis technique is using path analysis with multiple linear regression and single regression. Hypotesis test is using F test, t test, and R2 test with level of significance 5%. The results showing that Profitability (ROE) has no significance influence on Dividen Policy (DPR), Leverage (DER) has significance influence on Dividend Policy (DPR). Profitability (ROE) has significance influence on Firm Value (PBV), Leverage (DER) and Dividend Policy has no significance influence on Firm Value (PBV). We suggest to investors in Indonesia Stock Exchange to notice another factors that influence the Firm Value (PBV) in making decision of investments. The Profitability variable (ROE) in this study has the most influence on Firm Value variable (PBV), which proven by smaller number of t-count than t-table and has significance number 0,000.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, compensation and work environment on job satisfaction of the employees of the Jakarta Creative Media State Polytechnic. The data used is quantitative data with a population of 258 and a sample of 115 responses. This research hypothesis was tested using Multiple Linier Regression Analysis Method with SPSS software program and with a significant level of 5%. The results obtained from this study are (1) there is a significant influence between work motivation and job satisfaction, (2) there is a significant influence between compensation and job satisfaction, (3) there is a significant influence between work environment and job satisfaction, and (4) there is a significant influence between motivation, compensation and work environment simultaneously or together on job satisfaction. In this study, because the Covid-19 pandemic has limitations, it is difficult for researchers to find references directly, and it is also difficult for researchers to distribute questionnaires directly. This research provides ideas that can considered by Jakarta Creative Media State Polytechnic in solving HR problems related to these variables, as well as assisting the learning process and application of science especially HR management science.

This research aims to find out and prove the influence of fund size, fund age, and jakarta islamic index on sharia equity mutual funds performance. The object of the study is sharia equity mutual funds using a sample of 16 mutual fund products during the period 2017-2020 and the use of Data Panel Regression Analysis Techniques through the Eviews 10 program. The results found in the study are fund size, fund age and JII positively affect on sharia equity mutual funds performance.

Keputusan investasi adalah tindakan yang diambil sebagai upaya untukmendapatkan keuntungan pada masa yang akan datang dengan melakukan prosesdan analisis yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasifactor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan investasi diantara dosentetap UPNVJ. Tiga faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan investasi yaituliterasi keuangan, perilaku keuangan dan pendapatan. Kuesioner yang berisikan28 pertanyaan yang dikirim melalui google form kepada 43 orang dosen tetapUPNVJ. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Squaredengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1)Literasi Keuangan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi,(2) Perilaku Keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi, dan (3)Pendapatan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi.Penelitian ini memberikan informasi yang dapat membantu SIBUNI (SimulasiBursa Mini) Fakultas Ekonomi UPNVJ Khususnya bagi pembuat kebijakandalam merumuskan program kerja di masa yang akan datang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antara FamaFrench 5 Factors Model terhadap Excess Return saham pada indeks LQ45 selama periode2018-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 perusahaan yang terdaftar padaindeks LQ45. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode purposivesampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakanyaitu Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dan terdapat 18 model regresi yaitu terdiri dariregresi portofolio BH, BM, BL, SH, SM, SL, SR, SMop, SW, BR, BMop, BW, BC,BMinv BA, SC, SMinv dan SA. Alat bantu yang digunakan yaitu program Eviews-10dan Misrosoft Excel 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Fama French Three 5Factors Model berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap excess return saham pada semuaportofolio yang terbentuk.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan BUMN bidang konstruksi yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Kinerja keuangan dengan aspek rasio keuangan yaitu rasio likuiditas, rasio aktivitas, rasio profitabilitas, dan rasio leverage. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan BUMN bidang konstruksi terdiri dari empat perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dan jenis penelitian analisis kuantitatif. Dokumen berupa laporan keuangan tahunan PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk.,Waskita Karya (Persero) dan Tbk. PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk., periode 2016-2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan BUMN bidang konstruksi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2020, dengan rincian: (a) Rasio aktivitas positifsignifikan dipengaruhi oleh nilai perusahaan; (b) Rasio leverage tidak signifikan dipengaruhi oleh nilai perusahaan; dan (c) Rasio profitabilitas tidak menjadi faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan perusahaan BUMN bidang konstruksi.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, inovasi, dan peran pemerintah dalam pengembangan usaha kecil dan menengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Usaha Kecil dan Menengah di Kecamatan Cipayung Jakarta Timur. Besar sampel diambil sebanyak 100 sampel, dengan metode non probability sampling khususnya Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha kecil dan menengah dengan koefisien jalur 0,051. (2) inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha kecil dan menengah dengan koefisien jalur 0,77. (3) peran pemerintah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha kecil dan menengah dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,178. This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, innovation, and the role of government in the development of small and medium enterprises. The population in this study are small and medium enterprises in the District of Cipayung, East Jakarta. The sample size was taken as many as 100 samples, with non-probability sampling method in particular is Purposive Sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. the results of this study indicate that (1) financial literacy has no significant effect on the development of small and medium enterprises with a path coefficient of 0.051. (2) innovation has a significant influence on the development of of small and medium enterprises with a path coefficient of 0.77. (3) the role of government has a significant effect on the development of small and medium enterprises with a path coefficient of 0.178.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of profitability, structure and interest rate on firm value. The research population is property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. By using purposive sampling, 44 property and real estate companies with a five year period of research obtained 220 units of observation. The data analysis technique uses Panel Data Regression Analysis with the application of the E-Views 12 program with a significance level of 5%. This study shows the results that profitability, capital structure and interest rates have a significant positive effect on firm value.
