Abstract

SARS CoV-2 merupakan suatu virus yang masih menjadi topik hangat di media dan sangat menarik untuk dikaji. Apalagi SARS CoV-2 semakin bermutasi dari waktu ke waktu dan memunculkan varian jenis baru. Akhir-akhir ini dunia kembali dihebohkan dengan munculnya varian SARS CoV-2 jenis baru yang bernama varian E.G 5.1 atau biasa disebut Eris. Di Indonesia, varian E.G 5.1 pertama kali dilaporkan di Provinsi Jakarta pada 09/03/2023. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulis ingin mengetahui proses penyebaran Epidemi SARS CoV E.G 5.1 yang terjadi di Indonesia dengan analisis Multiple Alignment. Analisis ini memiliki beberapa tahap antara lain, melakukan analisis sistem jaringan topologi, sistem jaringan daerah mutasi dan sistem jaringan mode mutasi, sehingga diperoleh pohon filogenetik menggunakan algoritma Neighbor-Joining yang digunakan untuk menentukan awal mula penyebaran virus. Data yang digunakan adalah data 92 sekuen DNA yang diperoleh melalui GISAID. Hasil dari analisis tersebut diperoleh awal mula penyebaran SARS CoV E.G 5.1 di Indonesia yang secara singkat berawal dari Jakarta 09/03/2023, kemudian menyebar ke Bogor 20/04/23, Medan 11/05/23, Surabaya 03/07/23, Bandung 24/10/23, Riau 07/12/23, dan terakhir menyebar di Provinsi Bali (Denpasar) pada tanggal 10/12/23 dan 11/12/23.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif baik secara langsung maupun melelui variabel mediasi yaitu job crafting dan motivasi Intrinsik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan pemodelan persamaan Partial Least Square (PLS). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kabupaten Lamongan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisa dan simulasi dengan SmartPLS, menentukan convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, dan inner model. Hasil penelitian yang didapat kepemimpinan transformasional tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Namun, kepemimpinan transformasional memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif perilaku kerja inovatif melalui semua variabel mediasi, yaitu job crafting dan motivasi intrinsik.

Abstract

Keripik tempe Lek Ja’im dirancang dengan bentuk bulat, tipis, renyah dan memiliki dominan kedelai. Saat ini, kapasitas produksi mengalami penurunan dan strategi pemasaran yang masih terbatas pada pemasaran berbasis digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan omzet Keripik Tempe Lek Ja’im melalui peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan diversifikasi kemasan. Mitra pada kegiatan ini adalah industri rumahan Keripik Tempe Lek Ja’im. Peningkatan omzet melalui peningkatan kapasitas produksi melalui pembelian mesin pengiris tempe baru dan diversifikasi kemasan sebagai strategi marketing. Mitra diberikan sosialisasi terkait tentang fungsi desain kemasan yang dievaluasi menggunakan pre-post test. Hasil pengabdian menujukkan mesin pengiris tempe baru dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produksi. Pengetahuan mitra terkait fungsi kemasan meningkat dan diversifikasi kemasan dilakukan dengan penambahan 3 ukuran kemasan primer dan 1 ukuran kemasan sekunder. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat meningkatkan omzet keripik tempe Lek Ja’im melalui peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan diversifikasi kemasan.

Abstract

The problem of technician assignment in terms of production machine repair is the main focus of this research to help smooth the production process, maintain the availability and performance of the machine where the repair process depends on the efficiency of the technician team. Unexpected machine damage, the level of complexity of machine repair, as well as different competencies and availability of technicians are part of the uncertainty conditions in machine repair. This research focuses on the uncertainty scenario (Sk1, Sk2, Sk3) of technician assignment for production machine repair with a case study involving 3 machines (M1, M2, M3) and 4 technicians (T1, T2, T3, T4). The method used adapts the Hurwicz and Bayes rules (H+B) where this method is designed for one-time decisions and pure strategies with the aim of minimizing the total machine repair time. The results of the application of the optimal solution method found are assignments (T1 - M1) 6.67 hours, (T2 - M2) 8.46 hours, and (T4 - M3) 7.86 hours and resulting in a minimum total repair time of 22.99 hours. Further research could be conducted to extend the model to consider different repair costs and technician capabilities as well as other approaches to uncertainty such as Fuzzy Logic or Stochastic Programming.

Abstract

Diabetes is a global health problem with a continuously increasing prevalence, adversely affecting quality of life and increasing the risk of health complications. This study applies the SIRC mathematical model to describe the temporal dynamics of diabetes, with model parameters calibrated using recent data. System stability is analyzed using the Jacobian method to determine equilibrium points and system behavior. The results indicate a high incidence of disease and complications, while the recovery rate remains relatively low. The basic reproduction number (R₀) of 1.6483 suggests that the disease still has the potential to spread. Furthermore, the equilibrium point E₁ is found to be unstable due to the presence of positive eigenvalues. This study provides important insights into diabetes dynamics that may support effective health management strategies.

Abstract

Diabetes is a chronic disease whose prevalence continues to increase and has the potential to cause serious complications if not properly managed. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of diabetes progression and its complications, as well as to determine optimal control strategies using a mathematical model based on data from a hospital in Lamongan Regency. The model used is a compartmental SDC (Susceptible–Diabetes–Complication) model formulated as a system of ordinary differential equations with two time-dependent control variables. The optimal control is determined using Pontryagin’s Maximum Principle, while the numerical simulations are solved using the fourth-order Runge–Kutta (RK4) method. Model parameters are obtained from the literature and epidemiological data, and then calibrated to match the characteristics of real-world cases. The simulation results show that without control, the susceptible population decreases from approximately 1500 to about 200 individuals, while the complication population increases to around 1700 individuals. With the implementation of optimal control, the susceptible population increases to approximately 1250 individuals, the number of diabetic patients decreases to around 820 individuals, and the complication population is reduced to about 980 individuals. These results indicate that control strategies focused on diabetic patients are effective in suppressing disease progression and preventing complications, and contribute to the development of data-driven mathematical models for local healthcare policy planning.

Abstract

Abstract Maternal mortality is one of the key indicators in assessing public health status and the quality of maternal health services. East Java Province still exhibits considerable variation in maternal mortality rates across districts and cities, necessitating an analytical approach that accounts for regional characteristic differences. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing maternal mortality rates in East Java Province using the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) method. Secondary data from 2024 covering 38 districts and cities in East Java were used. The predictor variables analyzed include K1 coverage, K4 coverage, postpartum maternal health services, deliveries assisted by health professionals, vitamin A supplementation, Fe3 tablet distribution, as well as the ratio of hospitals and community health centers. The results indicate that the GWR model with an adaptive Tricube kernel and an optimum bandwidth of 35 is the best-fitting model, with an AICc value of 261.175 and R² of 0.8646, outperforming the OLS model which yielded an R² of 0.6612. Local parameter estimation results reveal that the influence of predictor variables differs across districts and cities, indicating that the factors affecting maternal mortality are spatially varying and heterogeneous across regions. Abstract

Abstract: Peat soil is an organic soil with very low carrying capacity and high compressibility. The condition is less profitable for civil engineers in building a civil foundation foundation. One method of peat soil improvement can be done with astabilization method that more environment-friendly and cheaper than other methods. Laboratory based peat stabilization studies to increase carrying capacity, reduce compression and improve peat soil physical properties have been conducted in Indonesia. The results of laboratory studies shown in the graph are still limited by time and content of the mixture. Therefore, further research is needed on the mathematical model toward the physical properties of peat soil stabilization. In this research will be formulated mathematical model of water content on the physical properties of peat soil stabilization. The model is derived from the fluid equation through porous media based on the principle of continum and controlvolume. The model is then resolved numerically by different method until MacCormack scheme with two steps are predictor step using forward difference and correctorstep using backward difference. The MacCormack scheme has the advantage of solving fluid flow equations and continuity. The model is then simulated and validated by comparing the simulation results with the real system. From the simulation results obtained the water content gradually decreased, the decrease is almost close to zero. In addition, it can be seen the difference in decrease in moisture content at each test point although in small quantities.Keywords:Moisture Content, MacCormack, Peat Soil Stabilization.
