Transportation method is a method used to manage the distribution of sources that provide the same product, to places that require optimally so that the cost of distribution issued is minimal. This method can be used to determine the most effective allocation of goods from a source to a destination at the most possible optimal cost. This research was conducted on Bulog Divre of East Java with Case Study of Bulog Sub-Divre Sidoarjo for several rice distributions located in the district in Sidoarjo. The aims of this research is to determine whether the Transportation Method can provide an efficient solution of costs on the distribution of prosperous rice in the region of Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is VAM (Vogel’s Aprroximation Method) method used to analyze the initial fiscal solution, and enhanced by MODI (Modified Distribution Method) method to analyze the most optimal cost. From the calculation by transportation method, it is found that the optimum cost is lower than the calculation of the company, where the cost obtained by transportation method is Rp.85.186.035,750,- while the cost of the company calculation is Rp.87.209.690,750. Thus the use of transportation methods can save RASKIN distribution costs of Rp.2.023.655,000, -.

One of the National Development efforts in the health sector is the availability of adequate and quality health services. These qualities can be seen from several indicators, one of which is the level of patient satisfaction in providing health services. This study aims to provide an evaluation of public satisfaction with hospital services with a case study of several private hospitals in Sidoarjo Regency, so that it can be used as an evaluation or input in assessing hospital internal quality standards based on predetermined selection criteria. The method to be used is Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) and TOPSIS which is used to conduct numerical, logic, and analytical scales. From the results of fuzzy analysis of the average 5 aspects, namely tangible, Reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy is 13,29 for RSI Siti Hajar Sidoarjo with an average weight of 0.2 and the quality is still at the level of 5.3 and the fuzzy at Delta Surya Hospital Sidoarjo is 11.74 with an average weight of 0.2 and the quality is still at the level of 4.67 which means both hospitals it is still in the category standard and the relationship in service still needs improvement.

Mathematical Modelling On Transportation Method Apllication For Rice Distribution Cost Optimization Azizah, Nuril Lutvi

RASKIN/RASTRA is a rice distribution program for the poor family with the aim of improving food security starting from the household scale. The Aim of this study is to determine whether the mathematics modelling can use in the transportation methods to provide an efficient solution of costs on the rice distribution in the region of Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is the NWC (Northwest Corner) method used to analyze the initial fiscal solution, and refined by MODI (Modified Distribution) to analyze the most optimal cost. From the calculation by transportation method, the optimum cost is lower than the company's calculation of Rp 85.186.040 while the cost of the company's calculation is Rp 87.209.690,750. Thus the use of transportation methods can save RASTRA's distribution cost of Rp 2.023.650,750.

Dalam sebuah proses pendidikan, mahasiswa akan mengikuti beberapa tahap. Mulai dari perkuliahan, mengerjakan tugas-tugas, dan mengikuti ujian, baik itu tengah semester maupun akhir semester. Proses ujian akhir semester secara tertulis masih banyak dilakukan pada matakuliah yang tidak menerapkan proyek akhir berupa perancangan sebuah system, produk atau karya tulis. Banyak dosen di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo selama ini masih menggunakan kertas untuk proses penugasan mahasiswa seperti membuat makalah atau portofolio. Evaluasi dalam merupakan satu hal yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari proses pendidikan. Banyak istilah yang digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi pendidikan antara lain tes, asesmen, ujian, dan lain sebagainya. Evaluasi digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peserta didik memahami dan mempelajari materi. Selain itu evaluasi juga digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peserta didik mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Penugasan atau pemberian tugas merupakan salah satu cara evaluasi dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan memberikan tugas pada peserta didik. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan melakukan pengembangan sistem pengumpulan tugas secara online dengan mempertimbangkan efektifitas waktu dan biaya yang bisa diminimalisir. Pengumpulan tugas secara online ini penting karena dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam pengumpulan tugas agar tidak saling menunggu dengan mahasiswa lain. Serta untuk dosen, manfaat dari sistem ini diharapkan bisa menghemat waktu dalam mengorganisir tugas dan juga mengetahui urutan mahasiswa yang mengumpulkan tugas dari awal hingga akhir deadline. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu pengumpulan tugas dan pengelolaan tugas oleh dosen menjadi lebih efektif.

Abstract Some of the factors cause in terms of signal detection is the signal detection stone tool that cannot function. It’s because the signal issued by the communication device is lost, malfunctioning, or damaged. The difficulty Signal detection is caused off limited visibility, and difficult terrain conditions, so the signal may lost. In the case study that occurred in Indonesia, bad events often occur during mountain climbing, one of which climbers who get lost individually or in groups. Another case is in the existence of a crashed plane, we need a black box found to detect the damage to the aircraft. In This study, the graph method aims to describe the signal formed in the signal detection process on SET. To find step response and a shorter delay time on the Smart Eco Transmission (SET) signal, we combine signal theory to calculate the time delay detector, which the result is 0s, 0.1s, 0.3s, 0.6s, 0.8s, to the largest at 3.2s and the signal categoried into tree for and forest or star graph for . While one receiver using one route signal system in SET is not effective. For two or more receivers using many route signal system, the most effective number is 4 receivers with magnitude of 17.5 dB. Keywords: Signal detection, Smart Eco Transmission (SET), graph, effectiveness analysis Abstrak Beberapa faktor penyebab dalam hal deteksi sinyal adalah alat batu pendeteksi sinyal yang tidak dapat berfungsi. Hal itu dikarenakan sinyal yang dikeluarkan oleh perangkat komunikasi hilang, tidak berfungsi, atau rusak. Kesulitan Pendeteksian sinyal disebabkan oleh visibilitas terbatas, dan kondisi medan yang sulit, sehingga sinyal dapat hilang. Dalam studi kasus yang terjadi di Indonesia, peristiwa buruk sering terjadi selama pendakian gunung, salah satunya pendaki yang tersesat secara individu atau berkelompok. Kasus lain adalah adanya pesawat yang jatuh, sehingga kita membutuhkan kotak hitam yang harus ditemukan untuk mendeteksi kerusakan pada pesawat. Dalam penelitian ini, metode graf bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sinyal yang terbentuk dalam proses deteksi sinyal pada SET. Untuk menemukan respon sinyal dan waktu tunda yang lebih pendek pada sinyal Smart Eco Transmission (SET), kami menggabungkan teori sinyal untuk menghitung detektor waktu tunda, yang hasilnya adalah 0s, 0,1s, 0,3s, 0,6s, 0,8s, hingga terbesar pada 3,2 s dan sinyal dikategorikan ke dalam tree untuk dan forest atau graf bintang untuk . Sedangkan analisis efektivitas pada receiver SET adalah satu penerima menggunakan sistem sinyal satu rute tidaklah efektif. Untuk dua atau lebih penerima yang menggunakan banyak sistem sinyal rute, jumlah yang paling efektif adalah 4 penerima dengan magnitudo sebesar 17,5dB. Mitra dalam pendampingan pembukuan digital berfokus pada kelompok UMKM Tanjung di Desa Sidokerto, Kecamatan Buduran, Sidoarjo. UMKM Tanjung merupakan gabungan dari kelompok UMKM dengan usaha yang bervariasi. Masalah yang terjadi pada kelompok UMKM ini yaitu masih menerapkan cara manual dalam menuliskan catatan keuangan. Pembukuan manual dilakukan dengan menulis catatan keuangan di buku, tanpa adanya bantuan komputer. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah peningkatan manajemen dan teknologi dalam melakukan catatan keuangan pada UMKM. Pembukuan keuangan penting dibuat oleh pelaku UMKM agar dapat mengetahui pengeluaran, pemasukan serta perencanaan keuangan yang akan dilakukan. Dengan pembukuan keuangan yang dilakukan secara manual banyak kelemahan yang terjadi diantaranya adalah ketidaktelitian, kurang teratur dan sistematis, tidak adanya kontrol terhadap pembukuan, serta sulitnya melihat keuntungan atau kerugian yang terjadi pada usaha. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan membuat pendampingan dan transfer pengetahuan pemanfaatan pembukuan digital melalui aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat diakses secara fleksibel dimanapun dan kapanpun. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode Presman melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) yang dilakukan secara parsial terhadap pelaku UMKM di Sidoarjo dengan tahapan pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan hasil dengan cara mengukur respons mitra mengenai sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pelatihan pembukuan. Melalui kegiatan yang dilakukan, mitra UMKM merasa puas dan dapat meningkatkan wawasan yang dimiliki sebelumnya mengenai teknologi digital.

Mukti Adelia Jaya Trade Business is one of the innovation product trading business by utilizing bananatree waste such as dry leaves and banana cultivation. This business is located in Gading, PasuruanDistrict, East Java. In this modern era, innovation is needed to create new products in order to create newopportunities in society. Some promotional techniques have been done by partners, but until now thisTrade Business with its products still not widely known by the public. Therefore promotional techniquesshould be changed in accordance with the developments that occur in this society. In addition, the lack offunding or capital factors experienced by partners to be able to develop and promote its products. Themethod to be used is promotion of products over the internet, to enhance the promotion of innovationproducts as well as to provide designs for the commercialization of innovative product packaging. Internetbranding is offered to create a system consisting of websites that will connect with social media as amedium for sales and product promotion. The result of this community service program is that partners areable to build a brand digitally and able to publish innovation products with more commercial packaging tothe public, thus the production and sales process will increase.

Abstract The Covid 19 pandemic happened in arround the world include in Indonesia. It has impacts in many fileds. This research developed to solve the Covid 19 problem. This research requires complex variables based on the varying data in the field. Based on surveys and data, it found that there are 65% of personals know the status of their area in danger zone or safe zone for Covid 19. However, there are still many personals ignore the zone status that has been informed previously by the relevant goverment. The purpose of this study is to determine personal vulnerability to Covid-19 based on zones or regions. Moreover, prediction of vulnerability based on personal distance, the number of personal confirm Covid-19 arround the areas, and other variables such as immunity, and the accuracy of GPS applications. The methods is carried out by creating a vulnerabelity prediction model through GPS tracking based on the position or residence, then create to graph model in shortest path. Initial predictions are given a minimum distance between the personal and individuals confirms is one meter. The result of this research is percentage of personal vulnerability on the number of confirmed Covid 19 detections based on zones or regions. The prediction includes three models such as susceptible, quite susceptible, and safe. Personal susceptible in the percentage arround 90%-100%, quite susceptible in the percentage 75%-90%, and consideres safe in less that 75%. Keywords: prediction, vulnerability, graph

Pogar is a village located in Bangil District, Pasuruan Regency. The majority of the people earns as farmers and small home indutsries. The most commonly found anorganic rubbish is plastic, found around 400 kg per month in this village. The plastic waste can be recycled to be diverse. However, there are a number of things that have become partners' problems, which are not insufficient capital for the purchase of equipment, increasing community creativity through related activities, and the supply of garbage must always be large and in constant amounts. Regarding the main problem described, this program will offer solutions that are expected to help reduce the problems faced by partners. The method that will be used in addition to Socialization or Counseling so that the community is more creative and productive as well as the procurement of equipment and goods that can support partners in processing waste recycling into valuable products. We also market their products through the internet and provide tutorials on making samples of products online or offline. The result of the services is that groups can create creative products and utilize anorganic waste around their environment, as well as market the products they have produced.
