Abstract

Some of the work on the substructure of the building, namely foundations (pile, bore pile, sole), soil excavation, pile cap and sloof, raft foundation, retaining wall, waterproofing, backfill and compaction. Based on the implementation method, the sub-building structure has complex and complex work characteristics, so it is very vulnerable to the occurrence of risks in the construction implementation. The PROMETHEE method is used in research to follow up the Risk Breakdown Structure method in order to obtain a comprehensive or comprehensive rating of the main risks in a project. The results showed that the unpredictable external risks, namely inflation/price increases and the decline in people's purchasing power are the highest potential risks. Risk mitigation related to inflation/price increases should be carried out more slowly at the beginning of the project because inflation is national. Then wait until the economy improves and if funds are still available, all materials can be purchased or contracted firs

Abstract

ABSTRACTConstruction of dam project has complicated characteristics, as a result it has varios kinds of risks that influential the implementation. The larger scale of the project makes the risk  of project potential more growing, so it needs a risk management in order to minimize the potential risk.In general to manage the risk management, stakeholders are often analysed it by using Risk Breakdown Structure method (RBS). However by using RBS is not sufficient because it just to get a risk category. It necessary the level of risk analysis by PROMETHEE method to find out priority major rangking on construction project. To support and improve the management of dam project development activity, it implemented risk assesment. As many as 31 variabels risk related to the project was successfuly identified. The survey through quistionares have sent to 1 expert who representative of the owner on ministry of public works, directorat of water resources and 1 expert in private companies who have experience in each of dam, also taken 1 people around the located who was affected by the impact directly. This research used quantitative descriptive method. The result of this research were obtained that the risk of social environment is the highest potential risk which is almost same in every project. The risk of social environment is alocated to the government because the review of land acquistion depended with the authority and the policy of the authorities. In addition it obtained a low and high a risk that happened in  research field refers to the impact not about the probability. If the probability is low and the impact is high then the risk goes highest. Preferably in a high probability and its impact is low then the risk is insignificant. Keywords : Management Risk, PROMETHEE,  Risk, Risk Breakdown Structure.

Abstract

Jayapura City is one of the Papua Province’s capital cities with an increasing population. One of the areas in Jayapura City, especially Perumnas IV Padang Bulan, is surrounded by hills. Infrastructure development in the densely packed Perumnas IV Padang Bulan area and increasingly narrow land has forced the local community to build infrastructure under the foot of the hills. Infrastructure development under the foot of the mountains is very prone to landslides or soil movement. There is a retaining wall planned so that the movement of the soil is restrained by the retaining wall so that no landslides occur, which endanger the community in the Perumnas IV Padang Bulan area. From a survey of the Perumnas IV Padang Bulan area in the form of topographic data and cone penetration data (CPT), contour data and cone penetration results (CPT) data were obtained for QC and fs values, then soil type classification was carried out with empirical correlation approaches, then active earth pressure calculations were carried out and passive from Rankine’s theory. As well as planning a safe leaning type retaining wall. From the results of the planning that has been done, the plan obtained is a leaning type retaining wall with concrete material, the height of the retaining wall reaches 3.1 meters, and the width of the foundation is 2 meters. Safe against overturning, shearing, and soil-bearing capacity.

Abstract

Kana'an Jaya Orphanage is one of the privately owned social institutions that was originally a shelter for abandoned children and orphans who came from several areas of political conflict in the Papuan Mountains. In 2019 there was a flash flood disaster that ravaged their building facilities. Some facilities, such as the reading room, were destroyed. Inadequate facilities for learning are certainly a factor in not realizing the development of human resources as desired by the Chair of the Foundation. So in accordance with the goals of the chairman of the foundation, the Community Service team renovated the reading room while also equipping reading facilities such as bookshelves, reading tables, reading books as well as repairing and maintaining parts of the room that can provide comfort and increase children's reading intentions. The method of implementing this community service program includes surveys on the availability of supporting facilities for children's libraries. Arrangement of a comfortable library space for children by providing library shelves and books. As a result, the procurement of a library at the orphanage can be carried out, with facilities provided in the form of 4 bookshelves and reading books. Furthermore, the handover of goods has been carried out to the chairman of the foundation and the head of the orphanage. Keywords: Reading Interest; Renovatio; Library

Abstract

The provision of clean water in Karubaga City has been hampered by inadequate piping distribution networks, forcing reliance on drilled wells in villages. This study aims to address the problem of inadequate clean water facilities by planning an effective water intake system for the Loma River in Tolikara Regency. Using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, the research analyzed hydrological data, intake hydraulics, and the structural stability of intake buildings. Results indicate that the Loma Intake requires significant rehabilitation due to sediment deposition, while the Palagi Intake needs an evaluation of the pipeline network to improve flow pressure and distribution. The study concludes that redesigning and constructing efficient water intake systems is crucial to meeting the community's clean water needs while mitigating health risks from water pollution.
