Abstract

This study aims to recognize: analyzing the performance of the Inspectorate in Jambi City; analyze the influence of continuing education, independence, motivation and organizational commitment to the performance of the Inspectorate apparatus, and analyze strategies to increase the supervision of the Inspectorate in realizing good governance. This research uses descriptive, qualitative, and quantitative analysis. with the reseach library approach. The study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through questionnaires or interviews directly to respondents using the linkert scale on the apparatus that participates in regular examinations in the Jambi City Inspectorate with a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis tools used in this investigation are interactive trigulation models for performance problems, multiple regressions for second problems and swot analysis for third problems. The results of the analysis showed that the performance of the inspectorate in Jambi City was good, then simultaneously continuing education, independence, motivation and commitment of the organization of positive influence on the performance of the Jambi City Inspectorate apparatus. While the factors that partially affect the performance of the Jambi City Inspectorate apparatus are independence and motivation. For the variables of continuing education and organizational commitment partially have no effect on the performance of the Jambi City Inspectorate apparatus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze how Muhammadiyah University in Jambi's financial management behavior is impacted by financial knowledge and attitude. According to the results of the descriptive analysis, the participants generally demonstrated a satisfactory degree of financial attitude, financial knowledge, and financial management behavior. Testing specific hypotheses revealed, however, that the financial attitude variable did not significantly and favorably influence university financial management behavior. On the other hand, it has been discovered that financial knowledge has a favorable and considerable impact on financial management behavior. Additionally, it was discovered that financial attitude and financial knowledge strongly influenced financial management behavior at Muhammadiyah University of Jambi when both variables were taken into account combined. Abstract

The research of this study is to compare the performance of permanent and temporary workers. 113 workers at the National Land Agency Office in the Muaro Jambi Regency comprise the study's sample. There is a difference in the results between permanent employees (numbering 33) and non-permanent employees (numbering 80). The employee performance results show agreement with the employee's performance. For permanent personnel, the average performance rating is 3.72, while for non-permanent/contractual staff, it is 3.80. Based on the findings of an independent sample t-test, there is no significant difference in the performance of permanent and non-permanent personnel. The significance value (sig) of 0.937, which is less than 0.05, indicates this.
