Abstract

Strengthening religious moderation is very important to be discussed again because the potential for social conflict among the community is exist. In this case, no matter how small the problems that exist in society, we must remain vigilant given the potential for violent conflict, which is often linked to the religion. Therefore, it is very important to study the verses of the Quran related to strengthening religious moderation, especially in qv. al-Baqarah/2: 143, qv. al-Rum/30: 30, qv. al-Maidah/5: 8, and qv. Ali Imran/3: 110. This study aims to explore strengthening religious moderation in the Quran. This research is a literature research with a thematic interpretation study approach which is presented descriptively. The results showed that qv. al-Baqarah/2: 143 is a basic guide for human behavior that must be balanced or moderate. Another guide to moderation is stated in the qv. al-Rum/30: 30, qv. al-Maidah/5: 8, and qv. Ali Imran/3:110 to always side with the truth, uphold justice, invite goodness, and leave badness.

Abstract

The Qur'an as a corpus is open to Muslims, so for the commentators of the Qur'an it continues to be studied and researched to find out its interpretation. The interpretation of the Qur'an itself continues to grow, initially the Qur'an was interpreted textually and contextually along with the development of the media, many commentators wrote interpretations by utilizing social media such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube to enrich the scientific treasures of the interpretation of the Qur'an, as the interpretation of hijrah. Hijrah which is familiar in our society is very close to the story of the Prophet Muhammad, namely the migration from Mecca to Medina. However, along with the development of the hijrah era, which used to mean moving places now has a different interpretation and the meaning is getting wider. So it is necessary to do research and reinterpretation to antithesis of the old research that distorts the meaning of the Qur'an. This study aims to determine 1. The meaning of Hijrah in the perspective of the Qur'an. 2. Interpretation of verses about the Hijrah of the Qur'an Surah al Nahl, 16: 41 and Q.S. al Anfal 8:74 according to Kyai Husein Muhammad on Youtube. 3. The meaning of Hijrah according to Kyai Husein Muhammad on Youtube. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method of virtual studies, while the approach used is an interpretive approach. The findings show that the meaning of hijrah according to KH. Husein Muhammad on Youtube has 2 meanings, namely physically the meaning of hijrah is indeed defined by moving to another safer place, where Muslims can easily carry out their obligations to worship Allah and follow the Prophet's orders calmly, without interference from other people polytheists. While the literal meaning is a transfer that is not only in the body but in the heart, the mind that initially denied the authority of God Almighty and acted tyrannically moved towards the truth by acknowledging God's validity, leaving behind bad actions such as humiliating, intimidating others, lying, slandering, committing wrongdoing. fair to others in the sense of moving from actions that violate human norms to norms that are humanity and justice.

Abstract

This study discusses the tradition of reading the verses of the Koran at TPQ Nurussholah which was born from communal practices that show the social reception of certain people or communities towards the Koran.In this case, it is TPQ Nurussholah, Marhaban village, South Singkawang district, Singkawang city. All students who are in TPQ are required to take part in readings that are routinely carried out after the maghrib congregation. In the tradition of reading, namely reading the verses of the Koran.Among the verses of the Koran are in the surah Al-Fatihah, Yasin, As-Sajadah, Al-waqi'ah, Al-mulk. This study focuses on the practice of reading the verses of the Koran in TPQ Nurussholah, Kampung Marhaban, Sedau Village and the meaning of the community towards the tradition of reading the verses of the Koran in TPQ Nurussholah, Kampung Marhaban, Sedau Village. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an ethnographic approach and the theory of the sociology of knowledge by Karl Mainnhem.The results of the research in this writing are first, the practice of reading verses of the Koran in a tradition carried out routinely and istiqomah after congregation Maghrib prayer and followed by all students except those who are menstruating. Beginning with the reading of the surah alfatihah, the second reading of the verses of the Koran which includes the five surah then ending with a prayer.The tradition of reading these verses of the Koran at the TPQ Musholla Nurussholah when viewed by using the meaning of an action in Karl Mainnhem's sociological theory of knowledge, there are three categories of meaning obtained. The objective meaning is defined, the expressive meaning is a form of learning, fadhilah (virtue), as well as the expressive meaning that shows psychology or peace of mind and the meaning of documentary is as a culture

Abstract

The study of the interpretation of the verses of the mandate has long been discussed in the history of human life to the present day. The problem at this time is the narrow meaning of trust, so that many people are judged to have the ability to carry out the mandate, but with this ability, many actually abuse the mandate. Therefore, it is very important to review the interpretation of the verses of the mandate so that they are not understood narrowly by the community. Based on the above background, the problems raised in this paper are: 1) How are the verses of trust in the Qur'an, 2) How is Wahbah az-Zuhaili's interpretation of the mandate in the Qur'an surah al-Ahzab ; 72, surah an-Nisa'; 58 and surah al-Anfal; 27 Study of al-Munir's interpretation. This study aims: 1. to explain the verses of trust in the Qur'an, 2. Explaining the interpretation of the verses of the mandate in the interpretation of al-Munir surah al-Ahzab; 72, surah an-Nisa'; 58 and surah al-Anfal; 27 The type of research used is bibliographic in nature by using the description-analysis method, namely analysis to the primary data source of the book of Tafsir al-Munir by Wahbah az-Zuhaili. Amanah in the perspective of the Qur'an is a duty that must be carried out because it is an order from Allah SWT and Rasulullah SAW. In general, trust has a very broad and deep meaning, both in religious, economic and social aspects. While the mandate according to the book of Tafsir Al-Munir by Wahbah Az-Zuhaili is 1. Qs al-Ahzab; 72 that the mandate in question is something that is imposed on humans which contains orders and prohibitions where the burden is very large and heavy so that only humans who are willing to take it. 2. An-Nisa'58 the mandate referred to in this letter relates to many things, one of which is fair treatment. Fair to all creatures, both to groups, Muslims and non-Muslims. 3. While in Qs. Al-Anfal; 27 relating to the prohibition for believers to betray Allah, the Apostle and betray their fellow human beings as well as the recommendation to be able to maintain the trust. The mandate in question is the mandate of God and His Messenger in the form of religious rules and teachings that must be implemented, and human trust in the form of something, material or non-material that is entrusted by one person to another with a specific purpose in accordance with religious teachings.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an about the ideal career woman in Surah An-Nahl/16:97 and Al-Qashash/28:23-25, as well as explain the description of the ideal career woman from the perspective of al-Koran. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literature study and interpretation of the Koran, highlighting the need for an in-depth understanding of career women in Islam. The results of this research, based on the interpretation of the verses of the Koran, suggest that ideal career women are those who do good and halal work, avoid work that can hurt themselves and the environment, and are good at protecting themselves from sinful acts. They are also advised to dress modestly and cover their private parts by the teachings of the Islamic religion, which emphasizes modesty and self-protection. This is expected to clarify the Koran's view regarding the ideal career woman, providing a strong theoretical foundation for Muslim women who want to develop their careers in the public sphere.

Abstract

This is research about sedekah bumi tradition in Tebuwung Village, Dukun District, Gresik Regency with the goal to describe the practice of sedekah bumi tradition in Tebuwung Village, then to describe the community's meaning of sedekah bumi tradition as local culture preservation in Tebuwung Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative field research methods and a living Qur'an approach using Karl Maanheim's analytical theory. Based on the findings of the meaning of sedekah bumi tradition to maintain local wisdom in Tebuwung Village, the objective meaning of this tradition is a tradition passed down from generation to generation which is carried out by the community as a form of gratitude to God by holding joint prayer events. The expressive meaning is to believe that the activity of giving alms to the earth can be blessed and protected by Allah, as well as building togetherness. The meaning of the documentary is that the tradition of giving alms to the earth, consciously or unconsciously, has become a routine that the Tebuwung community must carry out every year as a form of gratitude, sending prayers for deceased parents and clerics and preserving local culture to build the economy and harmony.

Abstract

The increasing number of cases of sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools is a cause for concern and fear for the people who send their children to boarding. Because this phenomenon has become a national issue, the role of the Ministry of Religion as supervisor of Islamic boarding schools must be responsive in resolving this case. Therefore, efforts must be made by the Ministry of Religion to prevent and handle cases of sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools in Situbondo Regency, considering that the impact on victims of sexual violence is very large, such as fear, depression and even suicide. Because victims are often afraid of being blamed by society, even if the report is not handled immediately. Because those who are reported have a high position and honor in the eyes of society. This research aims to analyze the efforts of the Situbondo Ministry of Religion in preventing and handling sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools in Situbondo Regency and then describe the challenges and strategies of the Situbondo Ministry of Religion in efforts to prevent and handle cases of sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools in Situbondo Regency. This research method uses qualitative descriptive methods, Field Research while the data collection techniques used are 3 ways, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis and management techniques use Miles and Huberman analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or data verification. The findings from this research are the Ministry of Religion's efforts to prevent cases of sexual violence at the Situbondo Islamic Boarding School, namely developing rules and policies, conducting regular audits and a safe reporting system, then building cooperation with institutions and providing strict sanctions. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Religion's efforts to handle cases of sexual violence at the Situbondo Islamic Boarding School are by providing education and training to students and teachers by introducing the dangers and impacts of sexual violence.

Abstract

Perencanaan keuangan yang baik sangat penting dilakukan agar kebutuhan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang dapat terpenuhi tanpa menimbulkan beban finansial berlebih. Demikian juga dengann pengelolaan utang yang bijak, akan menjadi kunci menjaga kestabilan keuangan keluarga dan menghindari risiko kesulitan membayar di masa depan. Seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan keluarga, literasi perencanaan keuangan dan pengelolaan utang menjadi penting untuk disosialisasikan. Upaya literasi dilakukan melalui Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang dilaksanakan di Desa Ngaresrejo, Kecamatan Sukodono, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi perencanaan keuangan keluarga dan mendorong pengelolaan utang secara sehat, sehingga kelompok ibu PKK mampu mencapai kecerdasan finansial dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi edukasi, simulasi penyusunan anggaran rumah tangga, sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta pembagian buku saku. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta dari 30% menjadi 85% mengenai pentingnya mencatat pengeluaran, merencanakan dana darurat, dan menghindari pinjaman konsumtif. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta mulai menerapkan kebiasaan pencatatan keuangan dan pengelolaan utang yang lebih bijak.
