Abstract

Dalam segi pengelolaan data, pengurus dan relawan BAZNAS Depok menghadapi kondisi manajemen data dan business process yang masih manual walaupun sudah terkomputerisasi. Data para muzaki, mustahik dan Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) beserta penerimaan zakat masih didata secara manual dan direkam dengan spreadsheet untuk kemudian dilaporkan kepada masyarakat dan BAZNAS Pusat. Kondisi ini menyebabkan terjadi banyak berkas data yang tidak terintegrasi dan sulit dilakukan analisis data. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk melakukan penerapan digitalisasi untuk pendataan pengumpulan dan penyaluran zakat di organisasi BAZNAS Depok melalui sistem informasi terpadu berbasis web. Pendataan yang diintegrasikan meliputi data muzaki, data mustahik, data UPZ, data penerimaan dan data penyaluran. Sistem melibatkan pengguna dari berbagai pihak yaitu pengurus BAZNAS, pengurus UPZ, para petugas dan relawan dari masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat meliputi analisis kebutuhan, kustomisasi aplikasi, implementasi sistem, pemasukan data referensi awal ke sistem, serta workshop perlatihan bagi pengguna. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat telah dapat meningkatkan kapasitas menajemen pengurus dan relawan BANAS Depok dalam pengelolaan zakat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

The transportation process for automotive components at PT XYZ is still carried out manually, involving human labor, which has led PT XYZ to consider using Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of transportation processes. Although the implementation of AGV technology at PT XYZ can provide benefits in terms of increased efficiency and productivity, there are limitations in the AGV system. The route change process must be done manually by reprogramming each AGV one by one, which is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and increases the risk of errors and inconsistencies. This study aims to address these limitations by designing and developing a REST API to support the functionality of the AGV route management system. The method used is black box testing to evaluate the system's functionality without examining the internal code structure. The test results show that the system successfully meets user needs with a success rate of 100% from 101 test scenarios. The developed REST API can integrate AGV route data and publish and update routes through an MQTT broker. This research is expected to provide an appropriate solution to help PT XYZ realize its full potential in utilizing AGV technology.

Abstract

Tanaman sayur seperti kangkung sangat cocok dibudidayakan secara hidroponik pada lahan yang terbatas. Suhu dan kelembaban udara termasuk parameter lingkungan yang perlu dipantau dan dijaga agar tanaman hidroponik tersebut dapat tumbuh secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan sebuah sistem pemantauan budidaya hidroponik yang lebih efektif dan efisien dengan melakukan perancangan alat monitoring yang menggunakan teknologi internet of things (IoT). Sistem ini dapat memberikan informasi dan pencatatan suhu dan kelembaban udara yang dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman. Data dikumpulkan pada platform IoT berbasis komunitas dan dapat digunakan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman, mengidentifikasi potensi masalah, dan mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memantau suhu dan kelembaban dengan secara efektif dengan tingkat keberhasilan pengukuran dan pengiriman data mencapai 100%.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) memberikan peluang besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk pengelolaan fasilitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantuan ruang kelas berbasis IoT guna memantau kondisi ruang kelas secara realtime. Sistem ini menggunakan berbagai sensor untuk mengukur parameter lingkungan, seperti suhu, kelembapan, pencahayaan, dan tingkat kehadiran. Data yang dikumpulkan dikirimkan ke server melalui jaringan internet untuk diolah dan ditampilkan dalam antarmuka berbasis web atau aplikasi seluler. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memberikan data secara akurat dan real-time, serta mengirimkan notifikasi jika terdapat kondisi yang melebihi batas yang telah ditentukan, seperti suhu yang terlalu tinggi atau rendah. Sistem ini juga dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan energi melalui pengendalian otomatis perangkat listrik, seperti pendingin udara atau lampu. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menawarkan solusi yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan ruang kelas, mendukung penghematan energi, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih nyaman dan produktif.

Abstract

Recommendation systems have become a crucial component in enhancing user experience on e-commerce platforms, including PT Renos Marketplace Indonesia. However, the existing recommendation system was still random and unable to adapt to user preferences. This study aims to develop a product recommendation backend system based on Collaborative Filtering using the Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) algorithm. The methodology employed is Research and Development (R&D) with an Agile Scrum approach, along with performance evaluation using RMSE, MSE, and MAE metrics. The system was developed using FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Python, and its functionality was tested using black-box testing methods. The implementation results show an RMSE of 0.1886, MSE of 0.0366, and MAE of 0.1242, indicating excellent prediction accuracy. Additionally, a user perception survey involving 11 internal respondents showed an average satisfaction score above 80%, with the highest score of 90.91% for the statement indicating that the system increases purchase likelihood. These findings demonstrate that the SVD algorithm is effective in generating relevant and personalized recommendations. The study concludes that the developed backend recommendation system successfully improves the efficiency and relevance of product recommendations and opens opportunities for further development through the integration of more complex user behavior data.

Abstract

Pesantren Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (PeTIK) is a technology-based educational institution that faces challenges in managing academic data due to its manual system using Google Spreadsheets. This study aims to design and develop a web-based academic information system to enhance efficiency and accuracy in recording grades, attendance, and lecture schedules. The Research and Development (R&D) method with a qualitative approach was employed, involving admins, teachers, and students as research subjects. Data were collected through literature studies, interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively. The system was developed using Node.js and Express.js for the backend, React.js for the frontend, and MySQL as the database. Testing was conducted using black-box methods and user evaluations. The results show that the system improved work efficiency, indicated by reduced time in academic data recording, fewer input errors, and a streamlined academic workflow. The system also enhanced accessibility and transparency of academic information. In conclusion, the academic information system successfully replaced manual processes with integrated, efficient, and user-friendly digital workflows. Further development is recommended to include notification features, report generation, and automated schedule-change management to support more optimal academic operations.
