Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the role of satisfaction in mediating marketing communications on visitor loyalty in Lake Toba. The target population and sample in this study were the visitors to Lake Toba who were selected by accidental sampling as many as 125 people. Path analysis in this study was chosen to see the direct and indirect role of satisfaction in mediating marketing communications on loyalty. The results of study 1) direct marketing communication has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at Lake Toba, 2) directly marketing communication does not affect visitor loyalty in Lake Toba. 3) Satisfaction directly has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at Lake Toba. 4) indirectly, satisfaction has a role in mediating marketing communication on visitor loyalty in Lake Toba

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of logical-mathematical intelligence and emotional intelligence on accounting understanding through an interest in learning at Mahkota Tricom Unggul University. This type of research is associative research. The population and sample are active students at Mahkota Tricom Unggul University, totaling 195 active students for the 2020-2021 academic year. Then the sampling technique uses total sampling. Data analysis uses path analysis which is to determine the direct or indirect effect. The independent variable on the dependent variable and the role of the mediating variable. The results showed that 1. Logical-mathematical intelligence had a significant effect on students' interest in learning. 2. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on student interest in learning. 3. Logical-mathematical intelligence has a significant effect on students' accounting understanding. 4. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on students' accounting understanding. 5. Interest in learning has a significant effect on students' understanding of accounting. 6. Logical-mathematical intelligence has a significant effect on students' accounting understanding through an interest in learning. 7. Emotional intelligence has a significant influence on accounting understanding through an interest in learning

Abstract

This study aims to describe the potential of tourist destinations in regional development in Tanjungbalai City. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method. The research findings show that tourist destinations in Tanjungbalai City play an important role in regional development in Tanjungbalai City. The role of tourist destinations in this city is also supported by the availability of adequate accommodation and accessibility facilities. The existence of various tourist objects and destinations in Tanjungbalai City also has a socio-economic impact for the community around the tourist attraction locations and helps reduce unemployment in Tanjungbalai City.
