Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on work stress and to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on work stress through self-confidence. This research was conducted at PT. Orange Indonesia Mandiri Medan by selecting 55 employees as respondents. Furthermore, data collection used a questionnaire with path analysis in proving the research hypothesis. The results showed that emotional intelligence had no positive and significant effect on work stress and emotional intelligence had no positive and significant effect on work stress through self-confidence. This means that when emotional intelligence and self-confidence are getting better, it will reduce employee work stress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PDAM Tirtanadi Provinsi Sumatera Utara Cabang H.M. Yamin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pegawai tetap yang terdapat pada PDAM Tirtanadi Provinsi Sumatera Utara Cabang H.M. Yamin yang berjumlah 33 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya tinggi rendahnya kinerja pegawai PDAM Tirtanadi dipengaruhi oleh faktor kepemimpinan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya tinggi rendahnya kinerja pegawai PDAM Tirtanadi dipengaruhi oleh faktor disiplin kerja. Kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya tinggi rendahnya kinerja pegawai PDAM Tirtanadi dipengaruhi oleh faktor kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja.

Abstract

Companies will seek to gain a competitive advantage through improving client purchase decisions. Market changes necessitate a quick response. To meet the company's objectives, all sorts of criticism and suggestions must be properly managed. The goal of this research is to see how packaging design, location, and service quality influence purchasing decisions. This form of study is known as causal research (cause and effect). The research sample consisted of 78 customers from Medan coffee shops. Questionnaires were used to collect data, which was then evaluated utilizing research instrument testing and data analysis procedures such as multiple linear regression analysis. The study's findings show that the location and quality of service have a favorable and significant impact on coffee shop purchases in Medan. While the style of the container has little bearing on enhancing purchasing decisions in Medan coffee shops.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial education, family environment, and income expectations on interest in entrepreneurship at the Multi Smart Business Management College. The population and sample in the study were 54 students who had completed entrepreneurship courses. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of partial and simultaneous data analysis of entrepreneurship education, family environment, and income expectations have a significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The most dominant variable or which is considered to have a major influence in increasing a student's interest in entrepreneurship is entrepreneurship education

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of logical-mathematical intelligence and emotional intelligence on accounting understanding through an interest in learning at Mahkota Tricom Unggul University. This type of research is associative research. The population and sample are active students at Mahkota Tricom Unggul University, totaling 195 active students for the 2020-2021 academic year. Then the sampling technique uses total sampling. Data analysis uses path analysis which is to determine the direct or indirect effect. The independent variable on the dependent variable and the role of the mediating variable. The results showed that 1. Logical-mathematical intelligence had a significant effect on students' interest in learning. 2. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on student interest in learning. 3. Logical-mathematical intelligence has a significant effect on students' accounting understanding. 4. Emotional intelligence has a significant effect on students' accounting understanding. 5. Interest in learning has a significant effect on students' understanding of accounting. 6. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan, lokasi dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Rekso National Food. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu karyawan PT. Rekso National Food yang berjumlah 87 responden sedangkan teknik penentuan dengan accidental sampling. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini dari data primer dan data sekunder. Sedangkan teknik analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji (t) atau uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan variabel lokasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta variabel fasilitas juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kemudian secara simultan layanan, lokasi dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Rekso National Food. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust and emotional relationships partially and simultaneously on customer loyalty in forex trading at the European Rexchanger Trading Company Graha Medan. The research approach used is quantitative research. The population in this study consisted of all customers of the European Rexchanger company Graha Medan Branch, amounting to 2700 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling where 96 regular customers at Rexchanger Europe Graha Medan Branch. Questionnaires were selected in this study as a data collection technique. The results of this study partially positive effect on customer trust and emotional relationships partially positive effect on customer trust. Simultaneous test results (Test f) trust and emotional relationships have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Forex trading. The result of the determination test is that 72.7% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely Trust and Emotional Relationships, has a contribution to customer loyalty in Forex trading. While the remaining 28.3% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh cash on delivery, penanganan komplain dan promosi secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan studi kasus pada JNE cabang Medan Marelan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di JNE cabang Medan Marelan yang beralamat di Jl. Marelan Raya No 124 B Rengas Pulau, Medan Marelan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pelanggan JNE cabang Medan Marelan tahun 2021 yang berjumlah 1.250 orang dan sample pada penelitian ini berjumlah 91 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari masing-masing variabel yaitu cash on delivery (COD), penanganan komplain dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil uji simultan (Uji f) cash on delivery (COD), penanganan komplain dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil Uji Determinasi bahwa cash on delivery (COD), penanganan komplain dan promosi memiliki kontribusi pada kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 90,8%, sedangkan sisanya 9,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model regresi ini.

Abstract

Masa Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan pada system kerja hamper disemuaperusahaan. Salah satunya adalah dengan penerapan WFH yang memungkinkan para pekerja untuk menerapkan flexible work arrangement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi job satisfaction pada pengaruh flexible work arrangement terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan responden penelitian para pekerja dengan latar belakang profesi. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 73 responden. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Analisis dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan pendekatan PLS dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 3.30. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memediasi secara penuh ( full mediated ) pengaruh flexible work arrangement terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Study This aim is To know the influence of communication marketing and affiliate marketing on sales volume to online merchants in the shop marketplace city of Medan. Type study This is a study quantitative, the population in the study is whole Online traders at the Shopee Marketplace in Medan City, totaling 325 people. The sampling technique used in this study This is there simple random sampling with several samples of as many as 76 people. Data analysis techniques in research This uses Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ) based on Variance version 4. Results from the study This is Influence Communication marketing to sales volume online traders at the Shopee marketplace in Medan city have a coefficient track of 0.252 with mark probability of 0.043 <0.05. Effect of affiliate marketing on sales volume online traders at the Shopee marketplace in Medan City have a coefficient track of 0.868. with a mark probability of 0.000 <0.05. communication marketing and affiliate marketing influence on sales volume to online traders in the marketplace shop the city of Medan has a coefficient track of 0.749 and a coefficient track of 0.307
