Abstract

Since Law Number 28 Year 2009 was regalized, all of relating Land and Building Tax (P&B Tax) Of Rural and Urban have been transfered to local goverments. The locals goverments are expected to explore the exsisting potential, as well as be able to increase the District Own Source Revenue (DOSR) especially those steamming from Land and Building (P&B Tax) Of Rural and Urban. But in fact, the collecting of Land and Building (P&B Tax) Of Rural and Urban in Bagan Sinembah Sub-District Rokan Hilir Regency has not run optimally yet. It can be proven by the result of recapitulation of acceptance has no reached the set target yet. Theoretical concept used is implementation in Van Meter and Van Horn who said that there was several variables that affected the performanced of the public policy implementation, such as : standard and policy objectives, resources, communication between organization, the characteristic of implementers, the condition of social economic and political, as well as implementers disposition. This research used qualitative method by using snowball as information and the data analys thecnique by using triangulation technique. Result of the research showed that The implementation Of Transfer Of Land and Building Tax (P&B Tax) Of Rural and Urban As The Regional Tax In Increasing District Own Source Revenue (DOSR) has not run optimally. This was due to the limited human resources and infrastructure, the lack of awareness taxpayer, and sanctions that did not run in the accordance with provisions, the data of taxpayer did not accomodated as well as people’s economic conditions in Bagan Sinembah-Sub-District Rokan Hilir Regency.Keywords : Land and Building Tax (P&B Tax) Of Rural and Urban, Implementation, District Source Own Revenue (DOSR)

Abstract

The research is aimed at giving contribution to long-termresearches for private universities in Bandar Lampung indeveloping human resources to be empowered eithernationally or internationally by prioritizing the sustainableservice and academic system.It can be reached by using survey method throughquestionnaire to respondents, consisting of a list ofquestions on current problems faced by the researcher andasking respondents for responding the questions. Thismethod is used to know how far the service provided byuniversities in developing their students in BandarLampung.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi swasta pada saat sekarang ini terus dituntut untuk terus melakukan upaya perbaikan baik yang terjadi secara internal dan ekternal. Belum terkenalnya citra kampus menyebabkan perguruan tinggi akan sangat sulit bersaing. Hal inilah yang sering terjadi pada Politeknik Unggul LP3M. Dimana persepsi orang masih menggap kuliah harus di Universitas, Sekolah Tinggi dan Akademi. Kemudian selama ini istilah Politeknik masih asing dibenak orang banyak. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan manajemen Politeknik Unggul LP3M yaitu dengan memaksimalkan program penerimaan mahasiswa baru melalui pemberian reward atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah member get member (MGM). Fokus utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis secara langsung 1) brand image terhadap customer value, 2) menganalisis brand image terhadap customer retention. Selanjutnya menganalisis secara tidak langsung 1) brand image terhadap customer loyalty melalui customer value 4) brand image terhadap customer loyalty melalui customer retention. Pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mahasiswa aktif pada tahun ajaran 2018/2019 pada kampus Politeknik Unggul LP3M yang terdiri dari 5 program studi yang berjumlah 316. Sedangkan metode penentuan sampel dengan non probability sampling yaitu dengan cara accidental sampling. Dimana peneliti mengambil 250 mahasiswa aktif untuk dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung 1) brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhahadap customer value, 2) brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhahadap customer retention. Sedangkan secara tidak langsung 3) brand image tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhahadap customer loyalty melalui customer value, 4) brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhahadap customer loyalty melalui customer retention.Kata Kunci: Brand Image, Value, Retention, Loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the science learning outcomes competency in analyzing the relationship between ecosystem components with the Discovery Learning model. The subjects in this study were students of class V SDN 02 Sarwodadi, consisting of 14 boys and 6 girls. Classroom Action Research Methods implemented in 3 cycles. The research design starts from the planning stage, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The learning outcomes of students with the application of the Discovery Learning model have increased in each cycle. In cycle I (75%), cycle II (87.50%) and cycle III (100%). Completeness of learning in cycle I (70%), cycle II (90% and cycle III (100%) while the class average in cycle I (76.50), cycle II (83.00), and cycle III (85, 50) The conclusion that can be drawn is that learning with the use of the Discovery Learning model can improve science learning outcomes competence in analyzing the relationship between ecosystem components in class V SDN 02 Sarwodadi students.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of work discipline on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on lecturer performance through job satisfaction. This type of research is causal (cause and effect. The population and sample in this study were permanent lecturers of LP3M Superior Polytechnic as many as 52 people. Furthermore, the sampling technique used quota sampling. Then the data collection technique used questionnaires with a Likert scale. The results showed that partially and simultaneously compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of lecturers. Furthermore, for the indirect effect shows that the compensation and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers through job satisfaction. The implication in this study shows that the compensation given is expected based on the performance of lecturers in the three-tridarma of higher education. Furthermore, work discipline shows that reward programs for outstanding lecturers are able to increase job satisfaction and have an impact on lecturer performance ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompenasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja dosen melalui kepuasan kerja. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kausal (sebab-akibat. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan dosen tetap Politeknik Unggul LP3M sebanyak 52 orang. Selanjutnya teknik penarik sampel menggunakan kuota sampling. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan data menggunkan kusioner dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menununjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen. Selanjutnya untuk pengaruh tidak langsung menununjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen melalui kepuasan kerja. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompenasi yang diberikan diharapkan berdasarkan kinerja dosen dalan tridarma perguruan tinggi. Selanjutnya disiplin kerja menunjukkan bahwa program reward kepda dosen yang berprestasi mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja serta berdampak pada kinerja dosen.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the role of satisfaction in mediating marketing communications on visitor loyalty in Lake Toba. The target population and sample in this study were the visitors to Lake Toba who were selected by accidental sampling as many as 125 people. Path analysis in this study was chosen to see the direct and indirect role of satisfaction in mediating marketing communications on loyalty. The results of study 1) direct marketing communication has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at Lake Toba, 2) directly marketing communication does not affect visitor loyalty in Lake Toba. 3) Satisfaction directly has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at Lake Toba. 4) indirectly, satisfaction has a role in mediating marketing communication on visitor loyalty in Lake Toba

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh debt to assets ratio dan debt to equity ratio secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap net profit margin pada perusahaan industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di perusahaan industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2016 – 2019 dengan menggunakan situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia www.idx.co.id Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari semua perusahaan industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia (BEI) selama periode 2016 – 2019 yaitu sebanyak 18 perusahaan dan sample pada penelitian ini sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini Debt to asset Ratio (DAR) secara simultan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Net profit Margin (NPM). Dengan hasil uji t tabel < t hitung yaitu -4,535<1,677, pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman di BEI periode 2016 – 2019. Debt to equity ratio (DER) secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) dengan Hasil uji Hipotesis t hitung = 4,560 > t tabel = 1,677. F hitung sebesar 10,524 > F tabel 3,19 sehingga H3 diterima Ho ditolak dan artinya secara simultan Debt to asset ratio (DAR) dan Debt to Equity ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM). Nilai koefisien determinasi (dilihat dari R Square) sebesar 0,363 hal ini berarti 36,3 % varians nilai NetProfit Margin (NPM) ditentukan oleh variabel independen yaitu Debt to Asset Ratio dan Debt to equity Ratio, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

The current problem in the production of this porridge is that sales are made only to the surrounding community. This happens because many people outside the region are not aware of the existence of the spicy porridge because no branding has been carried out and trust in the spicy porridge product is not yet strong. To overcome this, the solution offered to SME partners is by utilizing social media in building a brand image and finding the most suitable packaging through social media. These activities are carried out such as assistance in making social media and website creation, improving production management, Organizing Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities in the form of socializing the use of social media, utilizing Viral Marketing social media by uploading as often as possible related to spicy porridge products and finally Hastag services. and Google Trends can be part of a strategy to increase sales. The results of the activity can be concluded that (1) this PKM activity is successful, it can increase the understanding of SME partners in utilizing information technology such as social media in building a brand image, (2) In solving problems related to porridge packaging, SME partners have been able to find attractive packaging with utilizing social media and (3) PKM activities are found to be fun and in accordance with their objectives, and participants will feel happier if this activity is continued with collaboration between the service team and SME partners.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of compensation on lecturer performance through job satisfaction. The population and sample in this study were 52 permanent lecturers at the LP3M Superior Polytechnic. Furthermore, the sampling technique uses saturated samples. Then the data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using path analysis. Path analysis is used to see the direct and indirect effects of compensation, job satisfaction and performance variables. The results showed that compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on lecturer job satisfaction. Furthermore, the indirect effect shows that the compensation variable has no effect on lecturer performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Achievement motivation of employees at PT Yanmar Jaya Electrik can appear when their work ethic and if they have good responsibilities towards their work. However, the high and low achievement motivation can also be influenced by a good work environment. The results of this study used a sample of 100 permanent employees who had worked for 5 years and the results showed (1) the significant level of work ethic variable of 0.025 was smaller at = 0.05. So from the test results it is stated that partially the work ethic variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee achievement motivation (Y) at PT Yanmar Jaya Electric, (2) Position Responsibilities Variable with a significant level of 0.029 is smaller at = 0.05 then Partially, the Job Responsibility variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee achievement motivation (Y) at PT Yanmar Jaya Electric (3) Moderate 1 Variable (X1*Z) with a significant level of 0.016 is smaller at = 0.05. It means that the moderating variable of the work environment can moderate the relationship between work ethic and achievement motivation. (4) Moderate variable 2 (X2*Z) has a significant level of 0.423 which is greater at = 0.05. So it means that the moderating variable of the work environment is not able to moderate job responsibilities on achievement motivation
