Abstract

Citrus X sinensis plants are one of the main products of Petungsewu Village, Malang Regency. So far, partners (citrus farmers) have relied on rainwater by using rainfed systems to irrigate their crops. Problems arise during dry season because limited water making watering or spraying become difficult. As a result plants are only able to produce fruits once a year while the same plants in other lands with good irrigation can produce fruits twice. To overcome the problem of limited water, it is determined to have a 4x6x2 m3 water reservoir as an water storage area for rainfed systems. While to control water usage when watering uses a cliff system using the Internet of Things (IoT) technology. In addition, to provide water storage, this activity also built a shelter on the reservoir and toilets. Because of the unavailability of electrical energy sources, this activity also provides renewable energy sources that contain solar panel energy. The watering system is carried out automatically using a soil moisture sensor if the humidity is less than 70%, so that the valve will open and the water flows. On the other hand, if the humidity is greater or equal to 70%, the valve will be closed. With the existence of this activity, partners can do automatic watering of plants during dry season, and citrus plants can produce fruits twice in a year

Abstract

The current billing system can only be done at the cashier by relying on human resources. So that it can increase the number of queues when consumers increase and purchase more than one product. Longer queues can waste time and energy so that it can reduce customer satisfaction. The billing process that can only be done at the cashier can also be an obstacle for customers in knowing the total bill when shopping. This can trigger an over budget so that customers have to increase their expenses. This research proposes an automatic billing system on a smart cart that can support the billing process, especially reading the total bill in real time. This system uses a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) passive label attached to each product as a unique identification code. In the shopping cart there is an RFID reader that functions to read the label. The products that have been added to the cart will be displayed on the application intended for customers and the web server for the cashier. Information on the website includes product name, price per product unit, product quantity, and total bill.

Abstract

Currently, date palm farmers manually assess soil color and dryness without a definitive reference. Manual watering of date palms persists, although some gardens employ irrigation systems. The absence of communication infrastructure in plantations necessitates flexible network technology. The system comprises a DS18B20 soil temperature sensor and FC-28 soil moisture sensor. Temperature and humidity values identify soil dryness, determining water volume for date palm irrigation. Sensor data is stored on Arduino Uno, undergoes pre-programmed processing, and is then transmitted to the sink node via the LoRa Ra-02 communication module. The results of system testing can be concluded that the temperature and humidity sensors can detect the temperature and humidity of the growing media with a fairly small error rate. The use of fuzzy logic inference and watering automation goes according to plan. It is known that for a soil temperature of 25.31°C and soil moisture of 20%RH, the output volume of watering through the hardware is 15,31 liters. The communication module used as a data sender can also run well and stable at a range of up to 200 meters with RSSI = -105 and SNR = -7,1.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Learning media is one aspect that determines the quality of education. For urban areas, digital learning media is easy to reach and diverse. However, for underdeveloped areas, this is quite difficult to access. The hybrid learning method can be an option for schools at this time because it can have a positive influence, namely that students can be trained to learn independently but also still receive lessons offline. However, for areas that do not have internet access, hybrid learning is still difficult to implement, therefore an intranet network is needed that can be accessed by students and teachers without an internet network. The aim of this research is to create a learning server by utilizing a Web Server-based Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system. The content presented on this website is packaged in the form of videos and practice questions, and students and teachers can communicate using the comments feature provided. System design uses development and manufacturing research methods. Service performance testing is carried out by testing Quality of Service (QoS) including Delay, Jitter, Throughput and Packet Loss. This network performance analysis aims to determine the website's ability to send and receive data to users when accessed.

Abstract

The shapes of leaves distinguish the Indonesian grape variants. The grape leaves might look the same at first glance, but there are differences in leaf shapes and characteristics when observed closely. This research uses a deep learning method combined with the faster region-based convolutional neural network (R-CNN) algorithm with the Inception network architecture, ResNet V2, ResNet-152, ResNet-101, and ResNet-50, and uses COCO weights trained to classify five grape varieties through leaf images. The study collected 500 images to be used as an independent dataset. The results show that network improvements can effectively improve operating efficiency. There are also limitations to training scores because the F1 score value tends to stabilize or decrease at a certain point. In the Inception ResNet V2 architecture, with the highest average F1 score of 92%, the average computing time for training and testing is longer than other network architectures. This suggests that the algorithm can classify types of grapes based on their leaves.
