Abstract

Educational media is an important component in education for making the Jambi Province Map which must be presented in an innovative way. Media that is currently known is a digital map that is not easy to read and the position and location or color errors, this situation will lead to errors in meaning and purpose. This study aims to make a product in the form of a digital map and test its validity based on media experts. This study uses the ADDIE model development procedure which is modified into 4 stages, namely analysis, design, development and implementation. The Likert scale method was used as an analysis to retrieve information from 20 class VII students of SMPN I Jambi City as respondents, while the validation method was used as an analysis to test product validity. The results of the development in this study are in the form of digital map images designed through the Android-based UMapper and WhatsApp Plus Aero applications. Test results from two material experts show that this product gets a score of 47 and 46 out of a maximum score of 50 which means very good. This shows that the development of this media is very good in meeting the needs of students in the field of education for making Jambi Province maps, being creative and innovating in using media in the form of android-based applications.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian Perbaikan Pembelajaran ini untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar Pembelajaran matematika dengan penerapan pendekatan keterampilan proses dasar berbasis lingkungan kelas VI SDN 156/III Tangil Kabupaten Kerinci. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SDN 156/III Tangil Kabupaten Kerinci berjumlah 16 orang Siswa. Prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan oleh peneliti berdasarkan model PTK yaitu kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang terdiri dari kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus dengan masing-masing siklus sebanyak 2 pertemuan. Pada siklus I aktivitas siswa diperoleh dengan rata-rata secara klasikal 62,93% yang termasuk dalam kualifikasi Baik. Pada siklus 2 aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa 71,16% dengan kualifikasi baik di mana terdapat peningkatan 6,23%. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 dengan rata-rata yang diperoleh 60,00 dengan kualifikasi cukup baik dan meningkat pada siklus 2 dengan rata-rata yang diperoleh 81,94 dengan kualifikasi Baik, di mana terdapat peningkatan sebanyak 21,94.

Abstract

        The perkumpulan alam hijau (A-HI) is a form of non-formal education that organizes various training activities and is located in Jambi City.  One form of training held is infographic video-making training. So far, the training activities given to students are the delivery of material through power points. The final results of the training activities provided by delivering material through power points are not optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out media development solutions in the delivery of training materials using adobe flash premiere cs6. This study aims to develop a medium for delivering material for making infographic videos based on adobe premiere cs6 using the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) model. The results showed that the training material for making infographic videos using adobe premiere cs6 was effective as shown by the results of an assessment conducted by multimedia experts based on three aspects, namely display, operation, and interaction. The percentage of the results of the assessment of the three aspects is 91%, with the highest percentage being in the operational aspect at 93% and followed successively by the interaction aspect (92.20%), and the display aspect at 87.40%.  Meanwhile, the assessment carried out by the training participants was seen from four aspects, namely benefits, appearance, interaction, and independent learning. The percentage of the four aspects of an assessment is 88.10% with the largest percentage being in the interaction aspect, which is 92% and the lowest percentage is in the independent learning aspect, which is 80%.

Abstract

Tomatoes have a relatively short ripening period, making it essential to identify their ripeness level before distribution. The ripeness level of tomatoes can be detected based on their color. Therefore, the color of tomatoes serves as a crucial indicator in determining whether they are ripe and of good quality. However, classifying tomato ripeness levels manually has several drawbacks, namely requiring a long process, a low level of accuracy, and being inconsistent. The research aimed at developing a detection model for the ripeness level of tomatoes using the LDA algorithm based on color feature extraction, namely CIELAB (L*a*b) and HSV. The L*a*b and HSV color spaces are applied to obtain information about the color of the object being detected. Furthermore, the information obtained from feature extraction is then grouped by class using the LDA algorithm, which separates information for each class and limits the spread between classes through linear projection searches to maximize the covariance matrix between classes so that members within the class can be identified. This research produces a model that can detect the level of ripeness of tomatoes with an accuracy of 88.194%.

Abstract

Hampir tidak ada penyakit anak yang langsung parah, kebanyakkan penyakit pada anak dimulai dengan gejala penyakit ringan seperti demam, batuk,pilek, diare dan konstipasi atau susah buang air besar. Secara umum, masyarakat sudah cukup mengerti bagaimana cara menghadapi gejala penyakit ringan pada anak. Tetapi alangkah lebih baik mengikut sertakan peran serta medis dalam mendeteksi suatu gejala penyakit, karena banyak gejala penyakit yang dianggap sepele oleh sebagian orang tetapi bisa merupakan penyakit yang berakibat fatal bagi anak. Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan suatu aplikasi yang berbasiskan pengetahuan medis untuk mendiagnosa penyakit pada anak yang digunakan untuk sebagai alat bantu dalam memperoleh informasi. Metode forward chaining berhasil diterapkan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai penyakit anak dengan menggunakan pengujian Black Box 0.1, maks epoch 100 dengan pengujian Black Box 31-23-1 menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 100%.

Abstract

The Timestamp Camera application has a time deficiency that can be set as desired by the user. Therefore, employees can still cheat on attendance by setting the time on their Smartphone. This is considered ineffective. Because the data must be sent to the HRD team. Because managing employee attendance data is a big responsibility. If there is fraud on employees, it will affect the results of the data summary. Because specifically for couriers it will have an impact on the selection of the best courier candidates.

Abstract

Technological developments accompanied by developments in science demand that everything be done quickly and accurately, especially at the MuaraTembesi branch of the PLN, because this agency has the duty to serve the public in the electricity sector. To improve work efficiency and effectiveness, especially in the data processing section, the MuaraTembesi Branch PLN Service Information System was created. New Customer Data Collection on a WEB-based basis. The results obtained from this study are data processing of new electricity installation customers which results in the design of information systems and new customer data collection through the PLN web which provides an overview of customer data processing using a computerized system. The purpose of this research is to produce an information system design for data collection of new customers of the State Electricity Company (PLN) at the MuaraTembesi Branch. And for its benefits, namely simplifying and accelerating performance in the registration process and customer data collection, simplifying data processing and making it easier to make reports to officers regarding applicant data reports and customer data.

Abstract

In the world of agriculture, there are many problems that prevent farmers from cultivating this group of crops, causing crop failure. The problem that is often faced is that pests and diseases become serious problems that cannot be handled properly so that plants die or do not grow properly, and result in crop failure and big losses. The purpose of the study was to build an Expert System to Detect Pests and Diseases of Cabbage Using Forward Chaining Methods at the Agricultural Extension Center, Jangkat District, a system that can replace the temporary role of experts in identifying pests and diseases of cabbage or cabbage plants accurately and quickly. An expert system for diagnosing pests and plant diseases are urgently needed to serve as a means for consultation and learning facilities for farmers, especially from Extension Centers. For this reason, the complexity and difficulties experienced by farmers or can be overcome by providing a software (expert system) in the form of an application program to determine pests and diseases that attack cabbage or cabbage plants and how to handle and prevent them appropriately. The advantage of using an expert system application using web programming is that it makes it easier for farmers to determine pests and diseases and so that there are no errors in giving conclusions about pests and diseases, which is expected to help and facilitate farmers in determining pests and diseases that attack plants.
