Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap perhatian, pemahaman dan penerimaan jamaah terhadap humor dalam tabligh Ustadz Fuad Ghinan Burhanudin pada pengajian mingguan di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Tanjungsari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data diantaranya adalah observasi, angket dan wawancara. Sedangkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Stimulus Organisme Respons (S-O-R) karena objek yang di teliti adalah manusia dengan segala unsur dan komponennya seperti sikap, perilaku dan kognisinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat perhatian jamaah terhadap humor dalam tabligh Ustadz Fuad Ghinan Burhanudin cukup besar dengan jumlah prosentase yang cukup tinggi, tingkat pemahaman jamaah terhadap humor dalam tabligh Ustadz Fuad Ghinan Burhanudin sangat besar dan tingkat penerimaan jamaah terhadap humor dalam tabligh Ustadz Fuad Ghinan Burhanudin cukup besar.Hal ini terindikasi dari tingginya minat jamaah terhadap tabligh yang disisipi humor edukatif yang disampaikan oleh Ustadz Fuad Ghinan Burhanudin. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan bahwa orientasi jamaah mengikuti pengajian di pondok pesantren Darussalam Tanjungsari bukan pada humornya namun humor menjadi daya tarik dalam tabligh. Kesimpulan dari penelitian tentang respon jamaah terhadap humor dalam tabligh Ustadz Fuad Ghinan Burhanudin di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Tanjungsari Sumedang sangat baik. The purpose of this study to reveal the attention, understanding and acceptance of pilgrims to humor in Tabligh Ustadz Fuad Ghinan Burhanudin on weekly study in Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Tanjungsari. This research type is quantitative with descriptive method. Data collection techniques such as observation, questionnaires and interviews. While the data analysis in this research using Stimulus Organism Response theory (S-O-R) because the object in the perusal is human with all the elements and components such as attitude, behavior and cognition. The results showed that the level of attention of pilgrims to humor in Tabligh Ustadz Fuad Ghinan Burhanudin quite large with a fairly high percentage, level understanding of humor in the tabligh Ustadz Fuad Ghinan Burhanudin very large and the level of acceptance of pilgrims to humor in Tabligh Ustadz Fuad Ghinan Burhanudin enough This is indicated by the high interest of the congregation towards the tabligh which is inserted by educative humor delivered by Ustadz Fuad Ghinan Burhanudin. In addition, the results of this study also shows that the orientation of pilgrims to follow pengajian in boarding school Darussalam Tanjungsari not on humor but humor into attraction in tabligh. The conclusion of research on the response of pilgrims to humor in Tabligh Ustadz Fuad Ghinan Burhanudin in Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Tanjungsari Sumedang very good.

Abstract

This research departs from the debate on the tension between normative inheritance division (faraidh) and the demands of substantive justice in contemporary Muslim family dynamics. The main problem of this research is how the principle of justice is manifested in the distribution of inheritance based on mutual agreement (ash-shulhu) and how it is implemented in the practice of religious justice. This study uses normative-empirical legal methods with legislative, conceptual, and case study approaches to practices in the Religious Court. The findings of the study show that the principle of justice in inheritance agreements is built on the principles of voluntariness, willingness, equality of rights, and benefits, which are substantively in line with the values in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). In practice, the implementation of inheritance agreements is carried out through mediation mechanisms in contentious cases or through reinforcement by judges in the form of decisions or determinations, as long as it does not violate sharia principles and the absolute rights of heirs. This approach has proven effective in preventing protracted conflict and creating more contextual justice. This study contributes to the debate on the reconciliation between normative Islamic inheritance law and considerations of sociological justice in contemporary Muslim society. Theoretically, this study emphasizes that the concept of justice in Islamic inheritance law is not rigid, but adaptive through an agreement mechanism that remains in the sharia corridor. The recommendation of this study is the need to strengthen the role of mediation and more explicit judicial guidelines in accommodating substantive justice-based inheritance agreements in the religious justice environment.
