Abstract

Laju pembangunan ekonomi yang cukup cepat, telah menimbulkan tingkat mobilitas yang tinggidi Jakarta. Dampak yang ditimbulkan adalah terjadinya kemacetan lalu-lintas yang disebabkankarena semakin bertambahnya penggunaan kendaraan pribadi. Proporsi pelayanan transportasijalan masih sangat dominan (95 %) bila dibandingkan dengan transportasi perkereta-apian (3-4%). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk merencanakan pembangunan kereta api kota di Jakarta,sebagai alternatif di dalam mengatasi kemacetan lalu-lintas yang terjadi di Jakarta menjelang2010, dengan mengurangi pemakaian kendaraan pribadi dan beralih ke transportasi massal(kereta api). Metode yang dipergunakan adalah dengan melihat karakteristik transportasi sertamencari alternatif pemecahan awal masalah kemacetan lalu-lintas melalui transportasi massal,yaitu kereta api kota. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah penentuan jalur pembangunan MRTFatmawati – Kota.AbstrakIn pertaining to economic growth rate which infact that as growing the economic rate of peoplein Jakarta as higher their life rate. It will cause the traffic jam due to so many vehicles on theroad especially private vehicles. Now, road service transportation is still dominant (around95%), while train transportation only around 3-4% proportionally.The objection of the study is to plan the city train transportation in Jakarta, in order to get thesolution how to solve the road traffic jam problem. Here, alternative taken in the study is byincreasing service of train transportation. Study is done by using MRT (mass rapidtransportation) method.Key words : road traffic jam, mass transportation, city train planning

Abstract

Sharia Compliance in Islamic Financial Institutions is compliance, fulfilment of basic values and absolute prices. As an institution that carries the name sharia, KSPPS is expected to provide a better understanding for the general public directly, because its role is closer to the community. This study aims to determine the extent to which the performance of DPS will affect the course of the development of KSPPS in the village. Qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection techniques used were documentation studies, in-depth interviews, analysis was done by narrating the results of interviews, which were then processed again by the author. The result of this research is that sharia compliance has not been fulfilled in the performance of DPS in KSPPS Padang City. The author found that the appointment of DPS is only seen from the point of view of the community store around KSPPS or the village alone, besides that there is also concurrent work so that there is also no standard procedure from the institution on the performance of the DPS. The selected DPS should have integral scientific qualifications, namely understanding the science of muamalah fiqh, sharia and modern Islamic financial economics. It is not the qualifications of all majors.

Abstract

Machinery applications often generate excessive heat due to friction between cutting tools and work-piece materials. To mitigate heat and friction, the use of coolant is necessary in machining operations. Wet coolant systems risk environmental and health concerns because of their consumption rates and chemical content whose  waste requires recycling, a process that consumes additional energy and contributes to increased carbon emissions. As a sustainable alternative, the Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) method supplies a fine mist of lubricant in minimal volumes, thereby reducing waste while enhancing machining performance. This study aims to develop an Embedded Coolant System (ECS) based on the MQL method for CNC milling machines, ensuring both ease of integration and effective cooling performance. The ECS was designed with a simplified open-loop controller using an Arduino Mega 2560, a peristaltic pump, and air-pressure control to regulate the coolant mist. Initial calibration was conducted to establish the coolant flow-rate equation as a function of motor speed. Experimental validation was carried out using aluminum and ST-37 steel with HSS and carbide tools, comparing conventional air-pressure cooling (APC) and the proposed MQL-ECS. The results demonstrate that the MQL-ECS significantly reduces machining temperatures and improves surface roughness compared with APC. For aluminum, the average temperature decreased by up to 3% from 30.3 oC, while surface roughness improved by 31% from 1.1µm. For ST-37, the temperature decreased by 5.5% from 31.1 oC, and surface roughness improved by 72.74% from 5.96 µm. These findings confirm both the effectiveness and environmental benefits of the proposed system, providing a feasible solution for modern CNC operations.
