Abstract

This research aims to determine the capacity of students in earthquake and tsunami disaster preparedness in SMA N 2 Pariaman. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data on student capacity in earthquake and tsunami disaster preparedness was obtained through an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample of this research were 90 students of Pariaman 2 N High School. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the capacity of students in the parameters of the rules and institutional disaster management was in the moderate category (56.82%). Early warning and disaster risk assessment are in the moderate category (55.22%). Disaster education is in the high category (68.40%). Reduction of basic risk factors is in the moderate category (61%). And for the development of preparedness in all lines are in the high category (65.28%). From the five parameters above, it can be concluded that the capacity of students in earthquake and tsunami disaster preparedness at SMA N 2 Pariaman is in the moderate category (61.35%). Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis indeks kerentanan bencana banjir di Kecamatan Sungai Pagu Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan metode matching factor. Data untuk melengkapi penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Kantor Wali Nagari se-Kecamatan Sungai Pagu dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yang mengacu Perka BNPB No. 2 Tahun 2012 dengan indeks kerentanan tinggi peresentase >40%, sedang 20-40%, dan rendah <20%. Kepadatan penduduk mengacu BNPB (2016), dengan indeks kerentanan tinggi >10 jiwa/Ha, sedang 5-10 jiwa/Ha, dan rendah <5 jiwa/Ha. Untuk jarak rumah dengan sungai indeks kerentanan tinggi <25 meter, sedang 25-100 meter, dan rendah >100 meter. Kecamatan Sungai Pagu memiliki indeks kerawanan bencana banjir tinggi dengan luas 2.999,94 Ha, sedang 2.389,28 Ha, dan rendah 14.856 Ha. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Indeks kerentanan ekonomi berdasarkan rasio kemiskinan Kecamatan Sungai Pagu memiliki indeks kerentanan tinggi 5 nagari, sedang 4 nagari, dan rendah 2 nagari. (2) Indeks kerentanan sosial bencana banjir terdiri dari a) kepadatan penduduk, b) rasio kelompok umur, c) rasio jenis kelamin, d) rasio orang cacat. Rasio kepadatan penduduk memiliki indeks kerentanan tinggi 1 nagari, sedang 2 nagari, dan rendah 8 nagari. Rasio kelompok umur memiliki indeks kerentanan tinggi 3 nagari, sedang 3 nagari, dan rendah 5 nagari. Rasio jenis kelamin memiliki indeks kerentanan tinggi di setiap 11 nagari yang artinya persentasenya >40%. Rasio orang cacat memiliki indeks kerentanan rendah di setiap 11 nagari yang artinya presentasenya <20%. (3) Indeks kerentanan fisik bencana banjir terdiri dari, a) rasio rumah bertingkat dan b) jarak rumah dengan sungai. Rasio rumah bertingkat memiliki indeks kerentanan tinggi 2 nagari, sedang 1 nagari, dan rendah 8 nagari. Jarak rumah dengan sungai memiliki indeks keretanan tinggi 7 nagari, sedang 2 nagari, dan rendah 2 nagari.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) mengetahui perubahan tutupan lahan hutan menjadi permukiman di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. 2) mengetahui kesesuaian perubahan tutupan lahan hutan menjadi permukiman dengan RTRW Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan analisa data sekunder yang terdiri dari data numeric yaitu data yang berupa angka yang diperoleh dari instansi terkait dan data peta. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah overlay peta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) perubahan luas tutupan lahan hutan menjadi permukiman di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota selama kurun waktu 22 tahun dari tahun 1996 – 2018 yang didapat melalui analisis peta tutupan lahan tahun 1996, 2006, 2018. Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota mengalami perubahan luas hutan sebesar 2.195,27 Ha yang berubah menjadi lahan permukiman. 2) perubahan tutupan lahan hutan menjadi lahan permukiman yang sesuai dengan RTRW Kabupaten lima puluh kota sebesar 305,967,68 Ha dan yang tidak sesuai sebesar 1.969,3 Ha.

Abstract

Abstrak Pertambahan jumlah penduduk di suatu wilayah membuat kebutuhan untuk lahan permukiman semakin meningkat, sementara lahan memiliki keterbatasan dalam pemanfaatannya. Maka diperlukan kesesuaian antara penggunaan lahan dengan karakteristik lahan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis kesesuaian lahan permukiman dengan rencana pola ruang wilayah di Kecamatan Tanjung Gadang Kabupaten Sijunjung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam menganalisis kesesuaian lahan dilakukan analisis kuantitatif berupa sistem matching, scoring dan overlay peta dengan sistem informasi geografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) Kondisi permukiman aktual di Kecamatan Tanjung Gadang memiliki luas 170 Ha dan pola penyebarannya mengikuti pola jalan. (2) Kesesuaian lahan permukiman di Kecamatan Tanjung Gadang dikategorikan menjadi empat kelas yaitu: Sangat Sesuai (S1) dengan luas 8.902 Ha, Sesuai (S2) dengan luas 5.394 Ha, Sesuai Marginal (S3) dengan luas 12.897 Ha, Tidak Sesuai (N) dengan luas 21.411 Ha. (3) Sedangkan konsistensi lahan permukiman terhadap rencana pola ruang wilayah sebesar 0,88%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi rencana tata ruang wilayah untuk permukiman di Kecamatan Tanjung Gadang sebesar 88%. Kata Kunci: Kesesuaian Lahan, Permukiman, Konsistensi

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know 1) landform, landform unit and land unit 2) land characteristics of the research area 3) class of land suitability to taxus sumaterana in Gunung Tujuh Subdistrict of Kerinci District. This type of research is descriptive quantitative by using area survey methods, with sampling techniques purposive sampling based on land unit. Class of land suitability obtained by matching of land characteristics with growing condition of taxus sumaterana plants (Matching Method). The land unit consists of two processes the landform from that is process of volcanic origin and process of fluvial origin. The characteristics of the taxus sumaterana, temperature 23oC, precipitation average 1628,63 mm/th, 2,4 month of dry month, drainage moderately well drained - well drained, texture of soil (loam), depth soil >50 cm, soil pH level (6,6-6,8), topography (0-8% - 25-45%). class of land suitability whichis is obtained in the Gunung Tujuh Subdistrict : S1 (very suitable) has a land area 5076,28 hectare (33,91%), N1 (Non suitable) has a land area 9892,31 hectare (66,09%).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data, menganalisa, serta mendeskripsikan kepedulian masyarakat pada lingkungan di Kelurahan Limau Manis Selatan, Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, yang digunakan untuk melengkapi penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data kemudian dianalisa secara reduksi, klasifikasi data dan pengambilan kesimpulan sesuai masalah dan tujuan penelitian yang dirumuskan. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan kepustakaan. Data kemudian diolah secara deskriptif yang berbentuk uraian yang didapatkan dari informan. Berdasarkan temuan di lapangan, hasil penelitian adalah: (1) partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan mulai meningkat dalam pendidikan terhadap kebersihan lingkungan kepada anak. (2) sungai masih menjadi sarana penunjang kehidupan masyarakat dalam hal sanitasi. (3) pemberlakuan masyarakat terhadap sampah masih sebatas kumpul dan bakar atau kumpul dan buang. Kata kunci : Perilaku, Sanitasi, Sampah. abstrack This study aims to obtain data, analyze, and describe the community's concern for the environment in the South Limau Manis Village, Pauh District, Padang City. This type of research is qualitative research, which is used to complete this research is primary data and secondary data. The data is then analyzed by reduction, data classification and drawing conclusions according to the problems and research objectives formulated. Data collected using observation, interview and literature techniques. The data is then processed descriptively in the form of a description obtained from the informant. Based on the findings in the field, the results of the research are: (1) community participation in maintaining environmental hygiene begins to increase in education on environmental hygiene to children. (2) rivers are still a means of supporting people's lives in terms of sanitation. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the dynamics of changes in paddy fields and carrying capacity of agricultural land in Tanah Datar District in 2002 - 2018. It is a quantitative descriptive study. Using the supervised classification method, and the formula for comparing the area of harvest of food crops per capita with the area of land for food self-sufficiency. Results: 1) The area of paddy fields in the Tanah Datar districts in 2002 - 2018 was reduced by 4189 Ha. 2) Class I self-sufficiency areas in Tanah Datar District were eight sub-districts in 2002, namely Batipuh, Batipuh Selatan, , Pariangan, Tanjung Emas, Lintau Buo, Salimpaung and Tajung Baru Districts. In 2010 there were 3 additional districts of Lintau Buo Utara, Sugayang and Padang Ganting, in 2018 an increase in 1 Rambatan District. Regional food self-sufficiency classes II, namely Lintau Buo District, Lima Kaum and X Koto.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Vegetation mapping aims to see the changes that occur from 2009 to 2019 and also compare the accuracy of methods of image interpretation of vegetation. The method used to detect vegetation density is the NDVI transformation method and the TVI transformation. This study aims to, 1) Determine the level of vegetation density using vegetation transformation NDVI and TVI transformation. 2) To identify changes in the area of ​​vegetation in West Sumatra's Mount Marapi Nature Reserve in 2009-2019. 3) comparing the NDVI transformation and TVI transformation in the vegetation classification of Mount Marapi Nature Reserve in 2009-2019. NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index), TVI (Tringular Vegetation Index) on vegetation density, confusion matrix are the methods used in this study. The data used Landsat TM5 satellite imagery recording in 2005 and OLITIR in 2019. In this study obtained the results of the level of vegetation density in the 2009 NDVI transformation, of which the most extensive classification is in the classification of meetings with an area of ​​4211.12 ha, and in 2019 the most extensive classification is very tight with an area of ​​2217.56 ha. In the TVI 2009 transformation the broadest classification was the classification of meetings with an area of ​​5855.57 ha, and in 2019 the classification of meetings with an area of ​​4468,057 ha. The two methods used have differences in the level of accuracy, the NDVI transformation method has an accuracy rate of 75.5% while the TVI transformation is 80%, so the TVI method is suitable for detecting the vegetation density of Mount Marapi.

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) to determine the index and sustainability status of the Mandeh Tourism Area, (2) to find out the sustainability index and status of each dimension (ecological, economic, and social) of the Mandeh Tourism Area. This type of research was quantitative descriptive research. This study used research subjects that had links about tourism, the environment, disaster and the area of ​​the Mandeh Tourism Area. Data analysis techniques used were using the Multi Diemnsional Scaling (MDS) approach that was developed into the Rapfish (Rapid Appraisal of Fisheries) application, Leverage analysis and Monte Carlo analysis. The dimensions used for the assessment of the sustainability analysis of the Mandeh Tourism Area used the ecological, economic and social dimensions which included 24 attributes in each dimension. This study found that: (1) the index and the sustainability status of the Mandeh Tourism Area at (IKb-KWM) was 78.82 with very sustainable status, (2) the index and sustainability status of each dimension was, the ecological dimension was 76.42 with very sustainable, an economic dimension was 85.69 with a very sustainable status, and a social dimension of 85.34 with a very sustainable status.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge of UNP students about tsunami shelter information in the UNP environment. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) Carrying capacity 2) Capacity 3) Accessibility of campus buildings as tsunami shelters at UNP. This study uses a quantitative method with observations and measurements in 22 buildings that have a number of building floors of 3 and more than 3. The results of this study are the total population of UNP in 2019 is 33,828 people. Carrying capacity of 22 campus buildings, namely buildings that have a capacity of <1000 inhabitants, namely the New Postgraduate building, 1000-2000 inhabitants of SD UNP Building, Integrated C, Integrated B, MKU A, Central Library, your Rectorat Research Center, FPP Laboratory, and Mosque Al-Azhar, 2000-3000 people Integrated Building A, Postgraduate, Mining Engineering, Laboratory of the Faculty of Engineering and MKU B, 3000-4000 people are the Integrated Building of Economics, SMP UNP Development, Language and Art Laboratory, SMA UNP Development and Hospotality Center, and> 4000 inhabitants of the Education Faculty, Language and Arts and Psychology Faculty, FIP UNP.
