Abstract

Lately there has been an interesting phenomenon, there are schools that initially experienced a setback to progress rapidly, on the other hand there are schools or madrasas that initially progressed to almost go out of business, even experiencing a sad phenomenon. In addition, there are those who initially advanced and persisted in their progress, on the contrary there were those who were originally included in the category of the proverb lâ yahya walâ yamûtu and have remained so until now. These cases were caused more by management factors than other factors, although management factors were not the sole factor independent of other factors. Therefore, to explain further what Islamic education management actually is and its implications as well as the administration, management and leadership of Islamic educators, the author will compile an article entitled "Islamic Education Management and Its Implications: Administration, Management and Leadership of Islamic Educators" which the authors collect. from various references that exist and the author combines with revelations as well as the words of Muslim scholars.

Abstract

Muslims become the best people that ever existed on earth, because the freedom to express their opinions is absolutely guaranteed. Islam obliges nahi munkar (forbidding evil) against any behavior that endangers Islam and man. The mandate to bring goodness and dakwah is the responsibility of every Muslim. If Muslims abandon the obligation of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, then they no longer have the privilege of being the best people. Allah says (that means), “You are the best people born to mankind, telling the ma'ruf, and preventing from being evil, and having faith in God If Our Expert believe, surely it is better for they, among them are believers, and most of them are the wicked ones.”

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions have a dual role in addition to preparing students to master knowledge that is useful for their future life, they also have a responsibility as a forum for forming children's religious character in navigating social life and the hereafter. Madrasas, like Islamic educational institutions, also play a role in instilling and developing community values. The existence of a shift in values ??and demands for modernization has caused educational institutions to be dragged into pragmatism which emphasizes the orientation of students' graduation only. This pragmatic demand seems to negate the main goal of preparing students to become complete human beings: knowledgeable, have faith, have social sensitivity and character.

Abstract

Teachers in carrying out their duties are expected to change the new paradigm. One of these paradigms is that teachers must have creativity in the learning process. Learning creativity is the ability to create or create new things or new combinations based on existing data, information and elements, have high-level thinking skills, and produce creative works obtained through knowledge / life experience and are able to come up with creative ideas. innovative in learning. Given the importance of creativity in learning, in schools it is necessary to develop a learning strategy that can develop creativity. These strategies include the selection of approaches, methods or models, tactics or learning techniques. Islamic religious education is fundamental in the formation of student characteristics. Abstract

The developing of Islamic education must be adjusted to the development of education system. One of the ways is to offer a new paradigm i.e. the paradigm of holistic education. It is important to wholly observe the dynamic of education. Partial point of view is now becoming obstacles and problems of education in these days. Education system which is developed at this present is just more dominantly set for students’ preparation to enter higher educational institutions, not to expand the potentials of each individual student. In the context of Islamic education development, the system of holistic education is relevant to be developed because it is able to frame the learners’ pre-life, the education which substantially contain universal values in order the management can be run well with good management and with the right way so that the output of education will have the holistic capability, not partial.

Abstract

The changing times often make children behave impolitely and even rudely because of the influence of globalization, information and digital. So only faith can stem this negative impact. Therefore, Islamic education is very necessary in this case. And the author chooses Surah Luqman verses 12-19 because it is full of advice to build morals and increase faith in children. The results of the study show that: (1) how the Koran provides an overview of children's education (2) The concept of Children's Education in the perspective of the Koran Luqman verses 12-19 describes the emphasis on the material and methods of children's education. The educational materials taught include creed, sharia, and moral education. The method used is maw'idah (advice). (3) Actualization of the development of the concept of children's education in this globalization era is by developing Islamic religious curriculum based on life skills, Conducting a contextual approach to PAI learning in the aspect of faith, Implementing the integration of faith with science and technology.

Abstract

People's lives today seem to grow and develop materialistic and hedonistic traits, this symptom is characterized by making material a benchmark for achieving success and happiness. People are competing to find and get as much material as possible. This kind of encouragement has an impact on the tendency of people to act without control to get what they want by justifying all means without regard for others, loss of social care, individualistic, materialistic, capitalist and hedonic tendencies. Sufism in social life has a significant influence in solving existing social problems and diseases, the practices contained in the teachings of Sufism will guide a person in navigating the life of the world to become a wise, wise and professional human being in social life and provide spiritual and social values ??that clear. Abstract

Abdurrahman Wahid is one of the pioneers for the realization of Islamic ethical values ??with transformative thinking in interpreting Islamic teachings. Islamic ethics is related to the values ??agreed by the community so that it has relevance in many areas of life, including the fields of religion, politics and leadership, law and human rights, and socio-culture. There are three strategies for developing Islamic ethics in an effort to ground Islamic ethics so that they are expected to be able to overcome social problems in the life of the nation and state in Indonesia. First, the transformation of Islamic ethical values ??into the social realm. Second, the implementation of Islamic ethical values ??in overcoming the problems of minority groups, namely the value of tolerance (respect for differences), the value of love for peace, the value of upholding justice, the value of equality in the eyes of the law and the state, and the value of social care. Third, the orientation of the development of Islamic ethics must be directed at the welfare of the people (al-maslahah al-'ammah).

Abstract

In history before the arrival of Islam, women or women did not have proper dignity and worth, women were likened to merchandise that was worthy of being traded and even made into inheritance. The arrival of Islam by the Prophet Muhammad SAW has brought fresh air to women. Islam places women in an honorable position with the revelation of the Prophet Muhammad and gives them the freedom to go into various fields of choosing jobs that are in accordance with their nature to build society. In Islam, women are likened to the pillars of the state, if they are good, the state will be good, and if they are damaged, the state will be damaged. Furthermore, women have a set of rights and obligations that are closely related to the roles they carry, both roles in the family, community and nation and state in realizing the best future generation of the nation.

Abstract

The Qur'an is a holy book that is easy to memorize, remember and understand. There are so many pious Salaf sayings about the virtues of learning and memorizing in childhood, especially religious education. On the basis of the above thought, this research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the ability to memorize the Qur'an affects the learning achievement of Islamic religious education at Al-Furqon Middle School, to determine the extent of the influence of the ability to memorize the Qur'an on the learning achievement of Islamic religious education. . In this study, the researcher used Ex Post Facto research with the population in grades 8 & 9 being 153 students of SMP Al-Furqon Madrasatul Qur'an Tebuireng and the sample was taken 20% of the total population of 30 students. Meanwhile, the location studied was at Al-Furqon Middle School. Then the method used in this research is to use a questionnaire and report cards. The data processing uses SPSS 16 for windows with descriptive statistics frequency data analysis. In this study used the "Product Moment" data analysis technique, it can be seen that the Effect of Memorizing Al-Qur'an Ability on Learning Achievement of Islamic Religious Education in Al-Furqon Middle School shows a high level with a product moment correlation of 0.602. From these results, it shows that there is a significant effect because it is at a long distance interval between 0.41 to 0.70 which means it is strong
