Abstract

Peuyeum is a special food in West Java regency whose main raw material is cassava. Citatah Village is one of the villages in West Bandung regency which is the center of cassava peuyeum processing. Data obtained from interviews, observations and questionnaires. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method by describing the findings in the field. Both by using storytelling and visual thinking techniques, then depicting using a canvas model to illustrate the overall business of the Peuyem Industry. The result is that there is no innovation in processing peuyeum into other products that have a higher selling value.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, termasuk dalam pengelolaan penjualan dan layanan perbaikan ponsel. Toko Banyu Cell sebelumnya masih mengandalkan pencatatan manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan data, kehilangan informasi, dan keterlambatan proses. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan PHP Native untuk membantu pengelolaan data penjualan, perbaikan ponsel, dan laporan secara lebih efektif, efisien, dan akurat. Sistem dikembangkan dengan metode waterfall melalui tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasilnya berupa aplikasi web yang mempermudah pencatatan data barang, jenis kerusakan, transaksi, serta pembuatan laporan, yang mendapatkan respon positif dari pengguna karena antarmuka yang mudah digunakan dan fitur yang mendukung kebutuhan operasional toko.
