Abstract

This study tested the causal relationship of service quality, religious commitment and trust on customers’ satisfaction, loyalty and decision to repeat their transaction in sharia banking services. This research used quantitative approach to describe the causal relationship between the variables through hypothesis testing. The samples in this research are 160 respondents. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is used to analyze this research. This research findings shows that the quality of service and customers’ trust, satisfaction and loyalty simultaneously influenced the decision to repeat their transaction in that banking service. The customers’ satisfaction and loyalty are intervening variables that linked the service quality and the customers’ trust with the decision to repeat their banking transaction. The religious commitment had insignificant influence toward the service quality; however, it had significant influence toward the loyalty and decision to repeat their banking transaction.

Abstract

Abstract

The residents of West Waru Village, Pamekasan, are renowned for their high numbers of cows, leading to a steadily increasing amount of cow dung that contaminates the environment. To combat this problem, we must find ways to utilize cow manure. There is a potential solution in the form of biogas generator technology, which can convert cow manure into energy. This research seeks to develop and optimize its design in order to provide renewable electricity for Waru Barat Village, Pamekasan. It involves the use of HOMER software to simulate and determine the optimal design. Technical, economic and environmental indicators are used as the main parameters in this research's output. The cost per kWh of generated energy stands at Rp. 1,076/kWh - a far cheaper alternative than electricity from PLN (Rp. 1,500/kWh) - making it highly beneficial for all stakeholders when constructing renewable energy power plants in rural Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of culinary UMKM Jombang is currently starting to grow rapidly. With the presence of non-cash payments, it can increase efficiency and increase the success of an UMKM business. The use of e-wallets can currently help consumers be more effective, and they do not need to carry cash. Most culinary UMKM in the Jombang area have not used digital payments. To overcome this problem, a study was conducted to determine the interest in using e-wallets among culinary UMKM consumers in the Jombang City area. This study uses five exogenous variables consisting of the variables of perceived ease of use, trust, perceived usefulness, risk, promotion, while the endogenous variable is the intention to transact online. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling method which is used to determine the variables that influence the selection of e-wallets. The results of SEM will be used to rank which e-wallet is the best based on consumer preferences using the TOPSIS method. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed offline, with the criteria of sample respondents who had used e-wallets. The number of samples in this study used 125 respondents. The test results using SEM show that significant variables consisting of trust, usability, and promotion variables have an effect on the intention to transact online using e-wallets. The results of the TOPSIS analysis show that the best e-wallet is Dana, followed by Shopeepay, LinkAja, Gopay, and Ovo.
