Abstract

            The purpose of this study to Analyses the Accounting Treatment and the Goods and Service spending on Department of Empowerment of Women Employment and Protection of Children of North Sulawesi Province in accordance with applicable regulations. Accounting treatment is the treatment on goods and service include recognition, measurement, presentment, and disclosure. The purpose of this study to determine the accounting treatment on Department of Empowerment of Women Employment and Protection of Children of North Sulawesi Province. The methods used in this research is a qualitative descriptive. The results obtained that The Accounting Treatment of Goods and Service in Department of Empowerment of Women Employment and Protection of Children of North Sulawesi Province is already Accrual based and the reporting has been arranged in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulations No. 64 of 2013 concerning Implementation of accrual Based Government Accounting Standards.Keyword: Analyses, Accounting treatment, Reporting, Goods and service spending

Abstract

The allocation of village funds is funds allocated by the district/municipality governments for villages sourced from the state budget and revenues or central and regional fiscal balances funds, used to finance the implementation of governance, development implementation, community development and community empowerment. The grant of village funds is done in several stages budgeting, allocation, distribution, use, reporting, and monitoring or evaluation of village funds. The objectives of this research is to find out the mechanism of channeling the allocation of village funds in the kauneran village of one of the subdistricts of sonder of minahasa district and to know the constraints faced in the tranparency and accountibility of the management of the village fund allocation in th kauneran village of one district of minahasa regency. The results of this study indicate that transparency and accountibility of gradual allocation of village funds from budgeting, allocation, use, reporting, and monitoring or evaluation work well.Keywords : Allocation of village funds, Transparency, Accountibility

Abstract

Tax inspection is a series of activities to search, collect, process data and or other information to test compliance fulfillment of tax obligations and for other purposes in order to implement the provisions of tax laws and regulations. This matter is also motivated with the current tax law in Indonesia in implementing tax collection with self assessment system. Cost acquisition of Land and Building Rights is one of the local taxes that has a major contribution as local tax revenue. The used analysis method in this research is descriptive with qualitative approach. The results used in this study show that the effectivity of Customs Acquisition Rights on Land and Buildings in 2015-2017 is considered very effective. This means that the performance of the Government in Southeast Minahasa Tenggara is very good because it can meet the targets that have been determined, and the government of Southeast Minahasa Tenggara should continue to maintain it.Keywords: Effectivity, Cost Acquisition of Land and Building Rights, Local Tax

Abstract

Income Tax Article 21 is a tax that is deducted by another party for income in the form of salary, wages, honorarium, allowances, and other payments by name and in any form in connection with work, services, or activities carried out by domestic private taxpayers. On this basis Government Agencies and Companies that pay employees or employees are obliged to apply Article 21 Income Tax calculations to the income received by their employees every month. This research was carried out at PT Marabunta Adi Perkasa Manado. The purpose of the study is to analyze the collection mechanism and Article 21 PPh reporting of PT Marabunta Adi Perkasa Manado whether it is in accordance with the Taxation Law No. 36 of 2008 concerning Income Tax. The research method used in this thesis research is descriptive method whose purpose every data collected is analyzed and then drawn a conclusion and research type used is qualitative descriptive. The research results obtained that the Article 21 PPh collection and reporting mechanism applied by PT Marabunta Adi Perkasa Manado is in accordance with Law No. 36 of 2008 concerning Income Tax.Keywords: Mechanism of Collection, Reporting, Income Tax Article 21.

Abstract

Income Tax Article 21, or commonly referred to Article 21 Income Tax is as tax on incomce in the form of wages, salary, honoraria, allowances and other payments to the name and in any form in connection with employment or occupation, services and activities that carried out by private persons subject to tax in the country. the purpose of this research is to analyse whether the application of calculation and deduction of Article 21 income tax at PT. Air in Manado has already met the rule of taxing. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, object study was conducted at the PT. Air Manado. Based on thediscussion of research results, it was concluded that in determining the calculation and deduction of Article 21 Income Tax at PT. Air Manado is still not in accordance with the latest tax regulations.Keywords : Article 21 Income Tax

Abstract

Basically Tax is a levy or a contribution to the state and also the main source of income from taxes. Law no. 12 Year 1985 is the basis of collecting Land and Building Tax, while Land Tax and Rural and Urban Buildings are potential for the revenue of local origin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and contribution of land taxes and rural and urban buildings in South Minahasa District and Manado City. The research used is a qualitative descriptive method. The research data is collected by direct interviews with the parties concerned and by literature study. The results showed that the effectiveness of tax revenue earth and rural and urban buildings South Minahasa District 88.12% (quite effective), and Manado City 95.52% (effective). The contribution of the land tax and rural and urban buildings to the local revenue of South Minahasa Regency is 4.55% (very less), and Manado City is 9.46% (very less).Keywords: PBB-P2, income, effectiveness, and contribution

Abstract

The street lighting tax is one of the district / city taxes imposed on the use of electricity provided that street lighting is available in the area, whose accounts are paid by the regional government. Street lighting tax is one of the potential sources of regional income that can be influenced by certain factors. Therefore, this study aims to determine the potential and tax effectiveness of street lighting in the Regional Revenue Office of the City of Manado. The analytical method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The data sources used in this study are secondary data, namely data originating from the Regional Revenue Office of the City of Manado. The results of the study indicate that the potential for street lighting tax in Manado City is less effective, and the tax effectiveness of street lighting from 2013-2017 is very effective. In 2013 the highest effectiveness of street lighting tax was 105.82 with very effective criteria, and in 2016 the lowest effectiveness of street lighting tax was 100.87 with very effective criteria. This means that tax on street lighting is very efficient and good, because the realization of street lighting tax revenues in the city of Manado reaches its real revenue potential.Keywords: Potential, Effectiveness.

Abstract

In an operational company requires production factors to support the company in achieving its objectives. Of the several types of assets, there is one of the most important assets in supporting the company's operations, namely fixed assets. This study aims to find out that the company has implemented a fixed asset accounting policy that is appropriate and based on the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) no.16 in company activities. The method in this study is descriptive analysis method. In carrying out its accounting activities, PT. SulutGo Bank has referred to PSAK No. 16. In practice, companies distinguish types and ways of obtaining fixed assets with cash purchases or by establishing themselves, in depreciating fixed asset companies using the straight-line method and the declining balance method in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards, in terminating fixed assets whose useful lives has expired or is no longer used by removing assets from the register of ownership and releasing them through sales through auction. presentation and disclosure of assets in accordance with the pattern of financial standards and some information disclosed in financial statements. Abstract

In essence, the main task of the government as a public organization is to provide services to the community. Likewise with SAMSAT Amurang as one of the public organizations that are directly related to public services. SAMSAT has the duty to serve the community in terms of managing payments for Motor Vehicle Taxes (PKB) and Taxes on Transfer of Motor Vehicles (BBNKB). The tax sector is an important sector in national development, because most of the development is financed from PKB and BBNKB sectors and then increase, one of hte factors is due to the increasing number of taxpayers who pay taxes. Every day SAMSAT serves hundreds of taxpayers. By increasing the number of these taxpayers can SAMSAT withdraw taxes which in turn will be used for state financing. As one of its contributions SAMSAT strives to provide the best service in accordance with the expectations and needs of the community as taxpayers.

Abstract

In order to encourage the creation of performance accountability, government agencies need an accountability system so that they can operate efficiently and effectively to realize the transparency of government agencies and maintain public trust in the government, especially the City Government of Manado. This study aims to investigate and describe the System Manado City Government Especially at the Tourism Office. The research method used is descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Performance Accountability System of the Manado City Government Agency can improve better transparency where this system is an integration of the planning system, budgeting system, and performance reporting system that is in line with the implementation of the financial accountability system. In this case, each agency, both the leader and the work device, is obliged to record and report on the use of state finances and their suitability with the applicable rules, but in the implementation there are still several obstacles, namely Human Resources that are less understanding and lacking in coordination between providers and trustee / budget users in the institution so that there are differences in the report documents obtained.
